- Garry (9/5): Great break in a quiter area, which is just what we wanted - The apartment was immaculately clean. It looked like the photos on Booking.com. There were no surprises. Communication with owners was great. Ana was on site during the day if we needed anything, and she was super-friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult locally, and we had a hire car, as I was there with my disabled Mum. It took us a while to find a nearby disabled parking space. This is not a criticism of the property though.

Savnede Aircon / heating. Umuligt at finde ud af fjernsyn. Stærk svingende kvalitet på WiFi. Enkelte detaljer vedrørende rengøring kunne klart være bedre.

- Corina (9/5): Es war traumhaft schön - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Probleme sofort!! gelöst. Schöne Lage direkt im Herzen von Arguineguin. Fsantastische Weihnavhtsbeleuchtung direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso der schöne Stand mit Hafen daneben. Die Beleuchtung der Wohnung ist sehr ungemütlich, eine Nachtischlampe und eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer wäre top. Ansonsten wirklich prima Unterkunft.

- Kerstin (8/5): Wir würden wieder buchen! - Das Appartment hat eine super Lage für sämtliche Ausflüge. Obwohl man nicht direkt mit dem Auto parken kann, hat es in der Umgebung bzw in 5min Gehdistanz ein Parkhaus, wo der Aufenthalt mit 6€ pro Tag akzeptabel ist. Ein grosser Spar und HipperDino Supermarkt sind direkt in der Nähe und ein kleiner Spar Express ebenfalls. An der Promenade hat es mehrere Cafes und Restaurants zum Verweilen. Auch der Strand direkt gegenüber vom Appartment haben wir oft besucht. Er war sehr sauber, bewacht und WCs ausgestattet. Ideal für Kleinkinder (3 Jahre), da er geringen Wellengang hat. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig (was allerdings normal ist für südländische Verhältnisse). Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (allerdings alles sauber und gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig)

- Ann-Carin (10/5): - Har bodd på dette stedet tidligere og jeg trives veldig godt her. Verten er veldig hyggelig og gir god service. Eier av boligen er også hyggelig. Er et sted man også kan ha med seg hund og man trenger ikke å ta med annet en mat til hunden. Min hund koste seg og fikk egen hundeseng som hun sov i og hun elsket den og min hund var så heldig og få med den hjem som en gave. Ble veldig glad for det og hun sover bare på den nå😀 Leiligheten er fin og romslig og har det den trenger og ligger sentralt til i Arguineguin. Kort vei til alt, rett ved bystranda. Kan anbefales på det varmeste😊❤️
- Knut (9/5): A very nice and relaxing stay in a nice apartment situated in the original heart of Arguineguin. - Perfekt location at the sea side down by the beautiful harbor in the old or original city of Arguineguin. Another plus was that all of the artificial mass touristic buildings were totally out of sight, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
- Dolores (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would return. Definitely recommend a balcony with sea view. - It was a lovely big clean apartment. Overlooking the beach and close to all the facilities. Beautiful sunset from the balcony. Juan and Ana were perfect hosts. There are two more beach to the left and right if you follow the promenade. Both have golden sand as opposed to the darker sand in front of apartment. A good selection of restaurants nearby also. Not really an issue but there was only one hand towel for 3 persons but they were supplied immediately. Also, we weren’t sure what to do with the trash but once again when I asked Juan immediately responded.
- Samantha (7/5): Lovely but .... earplugs necessary - They were so friendly, and do everything to keep it quiet and peaceful, quiet time from 10 pm To 9 am. Location is lovely and the view is amazing, it's like the balcony ends in the ocean. The beach is literally a stone's throw away. Lovely restaurants, nice walks, close to other towns, cheap taxi's, not too touristy, no nightclubs, great fishfood, amazing excursions through okgrancanaria, safe, easy, supermarket nearby, ... The building is made of cardboard, i hate to say this because they tried so hard to have it be quiet but you can hear everything above, below and beside you, and it's not purposefully noisy, but if your neighbours wake up at 7, you wake up at 7, and 7 is lucky, the woman next door was rearranging her furniture everyday at 5 or 6. Probably just normal movement. It's all tiles, no carpet which ofcourse is logical because of sand but you hear everything, all the furniture is hollow wood, old cupboards even the doors are noisy. The people a floor down from us must have hated us too. Also the street between the apartment and the beach is now a car free boardwalk, which I unfortunately think is noisier than cars, because pedestrians have nice seats where they can hang out all evening and love having loud discussions till very late in the night! There's a small supermarket 20 meters away with great ice cream and a terras, but it's opened til 10h pm, and especially in the weekend it's really busy with locals. Earplugs and noise cancelling headphones every night unfortunately.

Very much home from home - Central to all amenities-shops, beaches, busses and taxis Only one change of bedding and towels for our 4 week stay. Maybe have some spare bath towels in the apartment rather than wait for staff to deliver. Kitchen needed larger dinner plates as dined in most nights so had to purchase from the shop.
- Julia (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, right on the sea front with views of the whole harbour and sun on the balcony for most of the day. The evening sunsets were magnificent with full view. The road being turned into a promenade was a bonus as it was very quiet even on market day every Tuesday. the interesting spectacle of the local people promenading along the seafront was very entertaining. ideal situation for supermarkets and restaurants,also very convenient for local buses and ferries which gave excellent service. We would definitely rebook. The bed pillows and mattress could do with renewing and the toilet tissue having to be deposited in a bin may put some people off.
