• Iosif (3/5): Χάλια - Μεγάλο δωμάτιο και μπαλκόνι Από που να ξεκινήσω… Η υποδοχή ήταν απαίσια, έφτασα στη reception και βλέπω μια κυρία Teressa να περιφέρεται με το τηλέφωνο στο αυτί, με έβλεπε και με αγνοούσε σε 15 λεπτά, μετά ήρθε ένας κύριος και μου λέει… θα κάνει τη δουλειά τις Κυρίας Teressa που με αγνοούσε…. Μου ζητάει deposit 150€ μου κάνει λέει και χάρη και μου δίνει το δωμάτιο 45 λεπτά νωρίτερα… ενώ το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ΑΔΕΙΟ… Φτάνω στο δωμάτιο, κοντρόλ τηλεόρασης πουθενά… εεεε βέβαια για το κοντρόλ ήθελαν 6€ deposit, αν ήθελα πετσέτα για την πισίνα 15€ deposit, αν ήθελα το χρηματοκιβώτιο 9€ deposit + 1,80€ χρέωση την ημέρα, αν ήθελα δεύτερο κλειδί 6€ deposit… COME ON REALLY??? Έμεινα 1 εβδομάδα και Το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε μια φορά σωστά, απλά έστρωναν το κρεββάτι, αναγκαστήκαμε να καθαρίσουμε οι ίδιοι το μπαλκόνι γιατί δεν το καθάρισαν ποτέ. Η πισίνα ήταν πάγος, χωρίς ομπρέλες και έκλεινε στις 17:45
• Sebastian (8/5): Ogólnie polecanko - Lokalizacja. Niedaleko wspaniała plaża . Autobus pod recepcja z dobrymi połączeniami i częstotliwością,parking na ulicy na wynajęte auto. Spokojna -nowa okolica. Dobre rozlokowanie domków. Wokoło obiektu czysto,zadbane. Ogródki urządzone z klimatem,zadbane. Z apartamentów z balkonami wyżej i w pierwszej linii-widok na Fuerte. Łazienki wymagają remontu (parawan w łazience zamontowany tak,że przepuszcza wodę) Sofa,stolik w salonie lata świetności mają za sobą. Kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej wysposazona. Obiekt pobiera 150€ kaucji na poczet ewentualnych zniszczeń. Depozyty psują bardzo dobrą opinię gdyż depozyt za ręcznik kąpielowy 15 € jeszcze można zrozumieć,ale już depozyt czy nawet płatność na recepcji ZA PILOT do TV 6€ to przesada. Personel miły i pomocny.
• Leila (7/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - Son emplacement est sympa, plages, commerces à proximité. La chambre était spacieuse avec un salon et une kitchenette. En mai très peu de personnes ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. Pas de condiments dans la cuisine (sel,poivre). Le petit déjeuner n’aurais pas été de refus. L’hôtel n’en propose pas.
• Rebecca (8/5): Quiet and peaceful - Apartments were great. The location was very quiet but it was handy as shopping centre across the road so you could go and get the things that you needed for your stay. Across the road you can walk all the way up to play blanca centre which takes about 45 minutes in total but it is a nice walk up the sea front and pass the marina. Apartments were spacious and pool area was great. No place to buy food or drink on site.

• Emma Dearden (9/5): Great value for money - Lovely pool and great location. 25 min walk to the harbour along the front. Locak supermarket, shops and restaurants The pillows could be a little bit better. You have to pay a deposit for the TV remote, safe, towels etc. But not an issues really.

• laurent (5/5): - La destination : Playa blanca et Lanzarote Demander 150 euros de cautions pour 4 jours de séjour et que je doivent réclamer deux fois de suite pour être remboursé seulement 3 jours plus tard..hôtel impersonnel et vide, tout est payant en additionnel (en plus de la caution) la télévision, le coffre, la seconde clefs, etc etc Seul le personnel de la piscine est sympathique ( très belle piscine ), hotel non sécurisé n’importe qui de la rue peut accéder aux chambres directement.

Tener que pagar 150€ de fianza al hacer el checking ante "posibles daños", me parece una tomadura de pelo, por mucho que se ponga con letra MUY PEQUEÑA en las condiciones de la reserva. 6€ extra por tener el mando a distancia, otra cutrada. También caja fuerte de la habitación con coste. NO volvería

• laura (1/5): Nefasta. - Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación. Estaba lleno de mierda literal, con pelos por todos sitios y polvo. Las limpiadoras solo traían una fregona en la mano para limpiar, sin ni siquiera cubo de agua. Todas las mañanas a las 9 te despiertan y han entrado dos días estando dentro en la cama dormida. Te retienen 150€ por lo que puedas romper, no entiendo por qué si el mobiliario es del año 1900. Y si quieres mando de la tv, te retienen a parte. Resumiendo, lo único bueno la ubicación y las camas que son cómodas. No lo recomiendo para nada.

• Victor (7/5): Agradable y tranquilo - El personal es bastante agradable, la ubicación es ideal, cerca de multitud de servicios y una buena playa. La cocina es de subsistencia, tiene a penas 2 cubiertos contados, una mini sarten y no hay horno. Las camas son 2 camas pequeñas juntas con ruedas que se desplazan, no reocmenado para parejas.

• Ross (9/5): Fab apartment, staff, hotel, location. - We loved our apartment: spacious, clean, large sunny balcony (in the morning) and a view over the pool. Didn't feel overlooked at all. Well equipped apartment, cleaned regularly - the cleaners deserve special mention - they were fantastic, as were the reception staff. A small point in case it's of use to others: the deafening between apartments is pretty standard so if your neighbour has a hacking fit at 2am then you'll hear them. It's just one of these things. Unless you book your own detatched house then this can happen. The location is fab. Theres's a wee centre of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes walk, and also it's an easy scenic walk along the promenade into the start of the main touristy bit. There's also a regular bus (which stops outside the hotel) into the main centre. Lovely spacious pool area (though in January we had it to ourselves anyway lol) . Nada!

Guy from Sierra Leone was fabulous on reception Apart from the guy from Sierra Leone who was fantastic , the other Staff were a little odd,. I was charged a larger deposit than expected and also I was told that I could chill near the pool that I had to get in it or lay on a chair which I found strange. Also the cleaners threw away my own bags for airport and cosmetics etc as well as shopping bags with stuff in them … really odd

Er wordt regelmatig ook gekuist waardoor het lijkt alsof je op hotel bent. Fijn babybed. Alles is buggyproof. Voldoende plaats om te parkeren. Veel te koud water in het zwembad.

• gazky (7/5): - Hotel na dobrom mieste, na okraji mesta ale v prijatelnej dostupnosti do centra. Hned pred hotelom je zastavka MHD. Izby vybavene iba zakladnymi potrebami, ale celkovo ok. Okolie pekne, bazen sme nepouzili, bolo veterno a bazen nie je vyhrievany. Personal - jeden den ked sme sa vratili na izbu sme zistili, ze vstupne dvere na izbe su otvorene. Bolo vidno ze izba bola upratana iba ciastocne, v strede upratovania personal odisiel a nechal izbu otvorene. Isiel som sa stazovat na recepciu. Tam mi zamestnanec drzo argumentoval, ze to nie je jeho zodpovednost a co sa vlastne stazujem - takto drzeho cloveka v personale som este v zivote v hoteloch nestretol.

• Giovanni (6/5): Hubiera sido perfecto sino fuera por la limpieza de las habitaciones 😵‍💫 - La ubicación, la piscina y las instalaciones en general estaba todo muy bien La limpieza fue decepcionante, la cama cuando llegamos estaba completamente llena de arena por la zona de los pies debajo del edredón…. Nos dio mucho asco encontrar las sábanas de otro inquilino así que para asegurarnos que las cambiaran después de hablarlo en recepción les hize una pequeña marca en cada sábana… al día siguiente nos dijo el chico de recepción que la chica de la limpiada les había enviado incluso un vídeo con las camas cambiadas…. Para nuestra sorpresa las marcas de cada una de las sábanas, almohadas y edredón seguía estando ahí 😓… lo único que hacen es sacudir las sábanas y listo , preparadas para el siguiente huésped!! 🤢😵‍💫

La terraza fantástica... La limpieza deficiente.. aun k creo k tuvimos mala suerte con la persona encargada de nuestro apartmento.

• Minerva (8/5): - El apartamento es muy cómodo y amplio. Los col coches de 10. Por poner una pega…se nos cayó al suelo comida y al día siguiente solo hicieron las camas y cambiaron toallas sin barrer. Tampoco habían utensilios para recogerlo tu misma.

• Iain (8/5): Very good value for money. - Good price accommodation. Peaceful location outside of town. Good choice of local restaurants. Bus stop outside front of hotel for easy travel to Marina Rubicon & Playa Blanca centre. Sound proofing. On first night a young couple next door had a fight at 1 in the morning. The noise was awful. Reception not staffed at night.

• BeeVan123 (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Large,bright apartment with large balcony and comfy outdoor seating.Very clean. Location we know and love-both area and hotel very peaceful. Friendly,helpful cleaners. Bus passes main door regularly. Lack of equipment-only 1 thin pillow each(happily remedied on request)No bowls,no dustpan and brush. Majority of reception staff great, but one definitely lacking in communication and customer service skills which left us a bit uncomfortable.

• Petra (9/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und werde wiederkommen ! - Die Nähe zu den Papagayo Stränden war super. In 20 Minuten Wanderung war ich an der Playa Mujeres. Auch die Nähe zur Promenade und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten unabhängig vom Auto. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umsicht des Reinigungspersonals für die Zimmer hätte besser sein können.
• Heather (10/5): - Apartment very spacious, clean. Great bus service just outside and goes to town and beach every 30 mins. Pool area lovely and plenty of sun beds. Nice and quiet place so great for relaxing. Close to shopping centre with some restaurants too. Down fall was there is no snack bar. Really would be great to have one for drinks and light snacks.

Pas de resto. Pas de petit déjeuner. Le confort juste minimum.Un canapé pas confortable. Aucune éponge pour laver la vaisselle ni produit vaisselle par exemple. Une poêle à cuire ridiculement petite. Deux lits jumeaux alors que l'on avait demandé un lit double. Une porte d'entrée extrêmement difficile à ouvrir. Pas du tout pratique. Bref un peu déçus pour le prix

• Charles (8/5): - Very clean, quiet, the flat had space and pool was spotless. TV had bbc1, 2 and channel 4 which was a change. Kitchen needs scissors.
• Simone (7/5): - La posizione e' ottima per le spiaggie della zona anche se un po decentrata rispetto all'isola. Casa accogliente e molto molto comoda. La casa e' ben arredata ma le stoviglie presenti nella casa sono veramente minime. Inoltre non e' presente nulla ..una spugnetta..il detersivo per i piatti non ci sono. Peccato, sarebbe davvero comodo trovare queste cose in casa. Le pulizie vengono fatte quasi tutti i giorni ma almeno nel nostro caso venivano fatte in modo molto superficiale.
