• Erika (10/5): Holidays in Tallin - La ubicación, las instalaciones, la limpieza. No había la opción de servicio de desayuno en el hotel. Solo café de pago, pero precio similar de lo que costaba en una cafetería externa.
• Andrey (8/5): A historical building with both benefits and drawbacks. - Located in a historical building in the Old Town of Tallinn. Steps from the places of interest, walking distance from the ferry. It met the expectations and matched the description. Very friendly personnel. Nothing that wasn’t expected. Just be prepared for some drawbacks. All the issues come with the age of the building, that adds some infrastructural limitations. Take into account that the room is tiny. There’s no elevator (not a problem for us and was never promised). For some reason, it was a bit too hot in our room despite quite chilly weather outside.

• TanjaS04 (7/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Das Personal war nicht sehr hilfreich und nicht so freundlich.

• natalia (10/5): Gottard Hotel un grande SI 👍 , GRAZIE ❤️ - Questo albergo è ottimo, molto bello, costruito proprio dentro le mura medievale...quindi vivendo dentro lr mura mi sono sentita parte della storia ....stare seduta sulla parte delle mura , guardare dalle stesse finestre fuori dalle mura, i soffitti-l egno massiccio, vere opere d'arte, qualcosa di magica .... posizione perfetta👑, al centro di tutto, e stato facilissimo raggiungere ogni punto d'interesse grazie alla posizione ... raccomandò 👍 Ci sono stati alcuni piccoli "problemi" però sono diventate insignificante riguardo a quello che ho ricevuto , grazie ❤️

• Lauris (8/5): Good value for the money, but some earplugs might be useful. - The location and the building itself were fantastic. Nice and comfy interior, well equipped. The walls between rooms are paper thin! My room was on the 2nd floor and my neighbour was really loud 4-8 AM, hard to keep asleep then.

• Hleb Kesler (10/5): - A lovely spot in the old town, convenient and comfortable. The hotel is decorated in a traditional style, exuding the charm and elegance of days gone by. There are some shortcomings. In particular, the bed: there’s a mattress on top of it that’s so soft it was impossible to sleep properly, but whilst that’s not comfortable for me, it might suit someone else.
• Nancy (7/5): Memorable stay - I absolutely loved the location! Inside the old city and close enough to the port if you are taking the boat. The hotel is an old building so has a big a character! The room I had was on the 4th floor and NO elevator - so you should pay attention to that if you have mobility issues or large luggage. Also the room had a ceiling window that I could not open to freshen the air on the room and also no blinds so the room becomes very bright as early as 4 am!

• Orla (6/5): - The location is fantastic - in the old town and the outside and reception are lovely. The room was far too crowded and small. We booked a double and got a twin room. Pushed the beds together but there was no need for the desk, drawers. The fridge was so loud we had to turn it off. The window blinds didnt close fully. The room was very stuffy. The shower drain did not drain properly and so flooded the entire bathroom. The floor felt dusty as you walked around and the staff were very unfriendly and never so much as said hello. The only good thing is the location.

• Piipa (8/5): Budjettimatkailijan löytö - Vanhan kaupungin ja hotellirakennuksen tunnelma toimii aina! Sijainti julkisille loistava! Kunnon jääkaappi on budjettimatkailijan pelastus! Vedenkeittimellä saatiin aamuisin omat (muru-)kahvit sänkyyn😊 Huoneesta löytyi edellisten roskia. Edelleenkin roskis puuttui, astioita ja keittiövälineitä oli hyvin vähän eli mikron ja varsinkin lieden käyttö siksi mahdotonta. Toisena aamuna huoneemme ovi avattiin ulkopuolelta, koputtamatta - ja kun avaaja teki havainnon sisällä olevista ihmisistä, ovi pamahti kiinni sanaakaan sanomatta. Tästä jäi outo olo.

• Lyudmyla (7/5): Девушка на ресепшене всегда готова прийти на помощь. - Отель расположен очень близко от терминалов парома Думаю, в теплое время года будешь очень душно в номере, 4 этаж под крышей. В номере есть варочная панель, но нет кухонной утвари для приготовления еды. Но есть тарелки, чашки и столовые приборы

• Andrei (7/5): Ночь в Таллинне. - Отель очень удобно расположен. Старый город, близко от порта, удобно подъехать. Номер маленький, но очень удобный, есть все необходимое и чайник и холодильник, микроволновка и даже немного необходимой посуды. Большая душевая, много полотенец. Все отлично. В отеле есть видовые террасы и вообще очень колоритно и аутентично. Удобное прибытие и убытие. Странно расположена батарея- обогреватель, почти под кроватью. Нет розетки над письменный столом. Пол у стены, к которой примыкает стол и кровать никто давно не убирал., нет ограничителя на открытие двери в помещение уборная-душевая и дверь при открытии постоянно ударяет в ручку входной двери, что , как я полагаю, не особо нравиться проживающим в соседних номерах из-за создаваемого шума. И особо хочу отметить сейф для получения карточки-ключа. Эти циферки на наборных дисках различить можно только с фонариком и увеличительным стеклом или если человек от рождения "Соколиный Глаз". Впрочем это обычная проблема на такого вида входных ящиках-сейфах.

• Paweł (8/5): - Hotel zlokalizowany jest na starówce, bardzo blisko od najważniejszych atrakcji. Stylizowany na średniowieczny zamek - efekt jest super. Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżka. Do dyspozycji przestronna jadalnia, jednak hotel nie oferuje wyżywienia. -bardzo słaby kontakt telefoniczny z recepcją -słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego w pokoju. Płyta indukcyjna nie działa a gdyby nawet działała to i tak nie ma ani jednego garnka.

Keittiössä ei ollut ruoantekovälineitä paria lautasta ja mikroa lukuunottamatta ja naapurista kuului öisin kovaäänisiä television ääniä.

• Casey (1/5): Don’t waste your money - Location. That’s it I left this room the day I checked in. The room is too small for anything to be done in it. I can’t even open my luggage on the floor with the limited space. The bed is touching the radiator which is a fire hazard. There was no shade on the skylight window so that leaves no room for relaxation or peaceful rest. The person across the hall had all their laundry drying in the hall and I could not easily access my room. Their shoes were also just sitting in the hall. No outlets near the bed. Drywall peeling off the wall.
• Daniel (10/5): A nice place to stay in the old town - The staff were helpful and friendly I didn’t like having to walk up and down stairs to get to our room which wasn’t what we reserved
• Eric (4/5): Decepcionante - Las habitaciones disponen de "cocina" pero no de campana extractora (la cocina está al lado de la cama). Ni siquiera hay utensilios de cocina, ni te los dejan en recepción así que en realidad la cocina no sirve para nada. La habitación es muy pequeña, no les cabe ni un armario y apenas se puede mover un mueble para hacer espacio, un desastre. La ubicación, sí, está dentro de las murallas de Tallin, pero está literalmente en la parte más alejada del centro y no hay nada alrededor, así que su ubicación en comparación con cualquier otra zona dentro de las murallas es de las peores.

Rohkem ruumi toas liikuda + minikülmikud mahuksid ilusasti kirjutuslaua alla. Ühesõnaga mõelda rohkem sellele kuidas ruumi kasutada otstarbekamalt :) . Muidu kõik puhas ja ilus ;)
