• VISHAL (6/5): - Nice room and location Basement Parking person are very rudely behave, and i call restaurant to confirm morning breakfast time they say 7 am and after i came 7 am they saying breakfast start time is 7.30 i left without breakfast

• Ravindra (7/5): Good Location - Location is walkable to Main Temple Entry There is a need for training to all the new and experienced staff. The room was not completely clean, and a few empty small bathroom bottles and toothpicks were lying around. There are no towels in the bathroom. Check-out experience was not up to the mark.. We believe this hotel has a lot of scope to grow. We wish all of them a very best wishes.

• Uma (9/5): Excellent place to stay for tulzha bhawani darshan. - The location and cleanliness are very good. The decor and rooms / bed linen / bed are very clean and comfortable. They have a wide veriety of dishes in their restaurant.Staff is attentive and congeniel. There is no hot water in the evenings for bath, and they could serve a better breakfast- need not be too elaborate but can be better quality.

They escalated the price and charged us more while checking out, mentioning that bookins through booking.com were more expensive and that we have to pay for the commission that booking.com charges. We even told them that we would not have breakfast next morning, they took advance payment based on standard plan, and then charged us for breakfast plus booking.com commission while checking out.

• Pratik (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable - The location of the hotel is so convinient from the mandir, it is literally 5 mins walking and located in the main market itself and very easy to locate, plus the hospitality was really great and stay was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was also delicious There is nothing that i did not like in particular, but the entry to the reception could be more accesible or may be you need to add more signages to guide, as it is confusing, may be due to things that were kept in the way at the entrance next to the restaurant, I initially thought the entry was through the restaurant, rest all was perfect

• Shrikrishna (8/5): Very good - The location,cleanliness and food except breakfast. The room is comfortable clean and adequately equipped. Non Marathi speaking staff. Poor breakfast standard. The air conditioner in the room functions only in auto mode. The lighting in bathroom is inadequate.
