• Sofía (10/5): Excelente estancia - Excelente apartamento con balcones y piscina en la urbanización. Cocina completamente equipada y con café, sal, azúcar, etc. También hay sillas de playa a tu disposición y toallas para la piscina. Cuenta con gel, champú, secador, cremas varias, etc. La televisión es smartTV y hay wifi. Sitio de sobra para aparcar y a 3km de Denia. La playa al lado. Muy buena atención de la anfitriona, con unos detalles de bienvenida. Sin duda sitio para repetir. Únicamente que la casa de al lado tiene un perro que ladra por las noches, entonces si eres de sueño ligero puede despertarte.

• andres (9/5): Retiro apartament - La ubicación a un paso de la playa y la anfitriona Natalia ha estado todo el rato pendiente y servicial además de tener impoluto y súper limpio el apartamento y no echar en falta nada en el mismo Más ruido del deseado al estar al lado de la entrada a la finca pero no nos resultó molesto y el sistema de persianas

• Jose (10/5): MUY LIMPIO Y BIEN SITUADO. PERFECTO PARA DESCONECTAR - Estancia muy agradable en un apartamento perfectamente ubicado junto a la playa. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo. La comunicación con los anfitriónes fue excelente. Sin duda. Por cierto, la cama super comoda. Una opción totalmente recomendable.
• Esther (10/5): EXCELENTE ESTANCIA - Reconozco que tuve mis dudas antes de reservar por una reseña anterior que leí, pero me alegro muchísimo de no haberle hecho caso. El apartamento está impecable y la ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa. Me sorprendió gratamente ver que las fotos son un reflejo fiel de la realidad. Es verdad que el espacio es pequeño, pero está tan bien aprovechado que resulta superadecuado para lo que necesitábamos. Todo estaba impecable y en orden. Además, los anfitriones "Marisol y Paco" se portaron de diez. Me explicaron muchísimas cosas de la zona para conocerla mejor, como la visita al puerto deportivo, Els Magazinos y la calle Loreto, que es la más típica y con más encanto. Aunque no tuve mucha suerte con el tiempo durante mi estancia, no me importó porque el sitio es fantástico. ¡Pienso repetir seguro!
• SHEILA (1/5): Estudio anunciado como apartamento 2 habitaciones - Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y no se hicieron cargo ni nos ofrecieron solución, perdimos el fin de semana y el dinero. Nos tuvimos que ir no cabíamos los 4 , 2 adultos y 2 niños. En booking en el anuncio ponía 2 habitaciones, y solo era 1 , con un sofá cama. Nos sentimos estafados, ya que no tenía habitabilidad para 4 miembros de la familia, y pensamos que nos reembolsarían el dinero de la noche que no pernoctamos i nos ofrecerían una solución de cambio. Y nada, los anfitriones tampoco estuvieron a la altura, no nos ofrecieron soluciones, y abandonamos el diminuto apartamento en menos de 12 horas (dormir , informar e irnos) cuando habíamos contratado el fin de semana completo (48 horas). La búsqueda en Booking al filtrar el apartamento, poniendo 2 habitaciones y luego que no fuera así, fue bastante decepcionante, ya que en el comedor-salón sofá , mesa de comedor, cocina , no cabíamos los 4. Me alegra que a raíz de este problema, comunicado a Booking y a los anfitriones, se haya cambiado y ya aparezca como apartamento de 1 habitación, en la búsqueda al realizar el filtrado. Y me decepcionó , la pérdida de dinero, de tiempo, de fin de semana y de todo. Booking no ha hecho nada, y ellos tampoco. Nosotros tenemos también alquileres de viviendas y ante problemas, sí que otorgamos soluciones. Si van a ir 2 personas, es válido, más es cuestionable. Que ponía 2 habitaciones al filtrar por Booking, y no era real (tengo pantallazos que lo demuestran).

• Gemma (9/5): Perfecta amfitriona y ubicación - Cabe destacar la proximidad de la anfitriona y la predisposición en que nos encontraramos bien en el lugar y pudieramos disfrutar de distintas experiencias en la unicación, gracias Natalia. El apartamente completamente equipado con todo, incluso nos dejo sombrillas y sillas por si queriamos ir a la playa. Con piscina y zona de parking y, cerca del centro y destinos destacados de la zona. Destaco el hecho de que a lo mejor, a corto plazo, realizan algun cambio de modernización. No es un edificio nuevo por lo que le daria un toque de 15/10, siendo ya un 10/10 por todo lo positivo nombrado.

• Gisela (9/5): - Natalia was ontzettend vriendelijk en enthousiast. We voelden ons direct welkom! Het ligt heerlijk dichtbij zee en er was ook een zwembad waar we gebruik van mochten maken. Het appartement was heerlijk schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt een aanrader. Dankjewel Natalia! Oprecht niks

• Erwin (9/5): Small apartment in Denia - Nice decorated apartment. We checked in earlier with an agreement of the owner. The apartment is situated on the ground floor - safe for children, but a little bit small for 2 adults and 2 small children. The pool has a bar with smoothies. We can reach children's playground by car. Beach is close but was a little bit dirty and was situated next to the old, not constructed building. Small stairs to enter building -> child stroller should be lifted.
• Coello (8/5): Very good - Great bed! The accommodation was confortable and nice to stay in. Very handy for families of max 4. Could do laundry and cook simple things. The airco is used for heat and cooling. Lots of light, that makes us happy. Nothing really. We were not there during hit weather so It don't know how it would be to be there during the summer.
• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - After one week spent in this apartment, I can only have great words. To start with, the host was super supportive, and caring for the guests with some complimentary details that were really appreciated (coffee, ice, water) not to talk about the indications for leisure and restaurants nearby. The apartment is super-cute, small but very functional with all the appliances you might think off. Special mention for the mattress in the bedroom, that was amazing, helping us to rest after every single tiring journey. I felt very comfortable. Besides that, the apartment was just 5 minutes walk from the beach. You feel like home somehow. Absolutely recommended stay- I'm thinking on repeating any time next year. Denia is also a discovery for me. So, all in all: host, apartment and location highly recommended.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are incredibly friendly and accomodating. The apartment is cosy, clean and very well equipped. 3 people and an infant were perfectly comfortable there for 1.5 weeks. Foldable chairs and umbrella for the beach were provided as were some kitchen (salt, olive oil, tea, washing machine capsules, etc.) and bathroom (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) products. The bedsheets and towels were changed every 4 days. Pool was available with a small restaurant, life guard and very friendly staff. Beach is across the street and a big supermarket is a walking distance. I wholeheadly recommend this place and I hope to return there in not too distant future.
