• Rick (8/5): Great (but noisy) location to explore Granada - Great location to explore Granada from. It is close to the local bars where you can enjoy drinkt with complementary tapas and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The apartment looks nice and new. The noise. We stayed from friday till monday and it was very difficult to sleep with all the noise from the narrow streets, which act like a echo chamber. Cars, people having fun, rolling doors, it was quite a lot. Also, no coffee machine.
• Zhu (3/5): won’t put myself through this kind of torture again. - Good Location When we arrived, we had to wait outside in the cold for the key. It was freezing, and there was no one to assist us. At first glance, the house seemed spacious and clean, which gave me some hope. The landlord quickly sent the house rules, but strangely, the most basic thing—the Wi-Fi password—was missing. I had to send multiple messages before getting a response, and even then, I never received the password until we checked out. The communication experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Although the location is convenient, the soundproofing is almost nonexistent. The entire night was filled with unbearable noise. Forget about resting—it was hard to even have a moment of quiet. I was shocked that the house had zero soundproofing measures. Something as simple as earplugs or soundproof glass could have made a difference. At 3 AM, the noise was so bad it felt like people were arguing right next to my ear. Falling asleep was completely impossible. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. It was an old unit, and no instructions were provided. The nights were freezing, and after struggling for a long time, I gave up—we had to endure the cold. As if that wasn’t enough, the hot water lasted for only five minutes. Taking a shower became a challenge, and my friend and I had to wait two hours just to get more hot water. And to top it off, there wasn’t even a microwave in the room, which made short-term stays incredibly inconvenient. Originally, we planned to stay for two nights. But after suffering through the first night, I immediately requested a refund—it was just too frustrating. In the end, they only refunded part of the second night’s fee, which felt unfair given the experience. But honestly, I don’t even care anymore. One thing is for sure: I won’t put myself through this kind of torture again.

• Alain (1/5): AVOID IT DOESN'T WORTH TO STAY HERE. - Nothing, this apartment and the staff are a joke to steal your money. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the accommodation provided during my recent stay at Calle Gracia. From the outset, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to outline the numerous issues that led to my early departure. Firstly, despite being assured that a physical key would be provided, I arrived to find that only an online lock system was available "because the physical kew wasn't put back in the key box by the cleaner". I had explicitly informed the property of my difficulties with using such technology, yet no alternative was offered, leaving me feeling disregarded. I had to ask a member of the public to help me with that causing me enormous anxiety. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately struck by the unhygienic conditions. The sheets appeared used and dirty, and the kitchen pans and cutlery were in a similar state. The smell within the apartment was so overwhelming that it caused me to vomit multiple times. These conditions were not only unsanitary but also posed a significant risk to my health, leading to dehydration and forcing me to leave after just two nights. Throughout my stay, the noise levels from outside and neighboring apartments were excessively loud, making it impossible to rest or work. Additionally, when I raised concerns about the dirty bedding, the staff offered to change it, but this was insufficient. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially given the amount I paid for this accommodation beforehand I shouldn't have to ask to be cleaned again disturbing my stay. Moreover, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They refused to provide their names when I made complaints, and when I requested to communicate solely through the Booking website’s messaging system, they ignored my request and insisted on using a different app. This lack of respect for customer preferences and their disregard for my concerns are unacceptable.

• Ioanna (10/5): Exceptional - Cute and spacious place, easy check-in, the door could open with a link sent to us. The host contacted us few days before arriving to send some information about the apartment and the parking options. He was really helpful. The location was really convenient, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and a lot of shops around. We parked on a public road 300 metres away, as it was free of charge on the Weekends, but there are also private parking areas around (cost about €17-€20/day). We didn't use the kitchen tools, but it seem to have almost everything needed. I missed a full length mirror 🙂

• Ivica (10/5): Exceptional - Good location in the sity center, on-line system for door opening without the necessity of using keys, fully equipped, nice and modern and in the same time stylish appartment. Worth the price. Highly recommended.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Overall my stay was good and I would recommend this property for everybody, especially if owners will add this things I - I like location a lot, was in real center of the city. Mattress was very comfortable.Everything was clean. I didn’t like noises from the street, but this is price for staying in the center. I was surprised that was no hangers in the wardrobe, no shelves in the kitchen, no cutting board and no cattle for boil water. This is small things but would really upgrade this property.
