Guest Reviews
- Pugh (10/5): - Great apartment, conveniently located
- Kaul (8/5): Everything thing was nice and decorated but ghe only 2 things which I don’t like is that blanket were not clean enough I - Apartment Nice property but hard to find
- Filip (10/5): Super - Czystość Nic
- Stewart (10/5): Cheap but clean and lovely apartment in a central location. - We wanted something cheap and clean just for the one night, as it was cheap we weren’t expecting too much but it was really nice. It was close so close to the civic halls which we were visiting and really central for lots of pubs and bars. It was a bit noisy at times but we were staying in the city centre on a Saturday night close to a couple of bars. It wasn’t excessively noisy and wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.
- craig (5/5): - Location was good for a concert at the Civic Hall. Plenty of room for 2 of us. Entrance down an alley was a bit run down, as was the lobby, halls and stairs to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean enough, however everything seemed well used and a bit shabby. The bedroom blinds let so much light in and it felt like everything needs a makeover.
- Sam (7/5): Very convenient location and nice apartment! - It was very spacious and modern. Dirty used sponge on the draining board and hot water was very tempremental.
Communal stairwell could do with a refresh.
- UkWilko (10/5): - City centre location, full apartment with washing machine, fridge, cooker etc But rough ariund the edges in stairs
- Federica (10/5): -
- Liesa (9/5): -
- Darrell (10/5): Perfect - Clean and spacious
- Andrew's Account (9/5): - The location was ideal for our intended venue, KK's Steel Mill, which was a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was exceptional and clean, with plenty of room and all the necessary facilities. Nothing I can think of.
- Janet wilso (10/5): - Clean well equipped, location was perfect for us, bed was comfy too. Would definately stay again. Getying in and out was tricky with security codes etc but the proprietor was a great help. No complaints at all
- Terry (8/5): - Location, spaciousness, facilities Shower boiling hot for a few seconds, then barely luke warm
- Mathew (1/5): Avoid -
- Kelly (10/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): Great Value for money , great location will definitely use again - Location, Cleanliness, Facilities, When called owners as we got lots trying find it they were very helpful in guiding us to property. There was a power outage in night but when it came back on someone checked to see if we had our power The property is very hidden & was difficult to find, some directions as to where it is like opposite Giffard Arms on left hand side by cafe like an alleyway property is on left hand side with note saying New Kingdom Apartments
- Traci (8/5): -
- Moore (8/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Tia (9/5): Great apartment - Shower is cold on the hot setting. Neighbour unnecessarily complaints
- Racheal (10/5): Comfy homely and clean - Very clean and quiet considering it’s in the city centre Nothing to complain about but the remote needs batteries 😂 sat there for 20 mins till I realised it’s a empty remote 🌚
- Caroline (10/5): -
- Peter (6/5): -
- Claire (10/5): - Great location spotlessly clean and a comfy bed Everything was great
- Jakub Zagar (5/5): Not happy :-( - Location is ok. The overall entrance is in a dark alley, very ugly and broken hallway, no navigation. The room has a nice kitchen and bathroom, but only two beds (one guy had to sleep on a smaller couch), no extra blankets. The worst is a checkin time - it's 4pm checkin and 10am checkout. No reception to at least leave your baggage. For WH definitely not worth the money (comparing even to London).
- Ian (8/5): Good Apartment, very clean, Wi-Fi needs a review - Location was good apartment very clean Wi-Fi was appalling, couldn’t work out where the router was to reboot or check, was critical for stay, so had to use phone data which was far from ideal.
- David (10/5): -
- darren (10/5): Nice & quiet place - Great location.easy to check in.loads of space Bedroom could do with a king size bed in it . As there is room for one & a wardrobe too
- Romilly (9/5): Great location for gig at The Halls - Phoned before arriving, gentleman who answered was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, very clean very comfortable everything we needed. Instructions/information were also impeccable.
- Anthony (8/5): Did the job fine - Location good and apartment spacious Heating control difficult
- Holly (10/5): -
- MIck (9/5): Clean. Convenient. Comfortable. - Great location. Easy check in with good instructions. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Only drawback was the WiFi being poor. Even the TV buffered every couple of minutes.
- Victoria (5/5): Passable - Location is very central On arrival the property hadn’t been cleaned from the last person
During the night the fire alarm sounded, the staff member didn’t have a clue how to turn it off
- Zoltan (5/5): - good location cold water during shower
- Mark (8/5): - In the city centre. Clean. Plenty of room. Entrance is not easy to spot; some sort of clear sign on the door or in the window would help. Entrance is in quite a gloomy alleyway. More lighting if possible?
- Tim (7/5): -
- Lorna (10/5): very good value for money, a smart, spacious and extremely comfortable stay - Bed was incredibly comfortable, the apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. Very good value for money. The water temperature was unreliable, the shower was luke warm at best, and it would be nice to have a tea-towel and also a lamp in the sitting room as the overhead lighting is very bright.
- Zoya (1/5): Great services - Everything but our room heating system was not working Heating system
- Elena (10/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): A very pleasant stay and would recommend it. - It’s very central, the facilities are clean and the place is comfortable. Parking was difficult. There are car parks locally but most of them were shut or you had to pay cash to use them, unrealistic in this day and age.
- Ade (9/5): Brilliant - All None
- Kenneth (9/5): Perfect for short stays with access to all you need - close to key venues - KK's Steel M under 10min - Great location for attending venues hosting gigs and within walking distance of fast food outlets and shopping centre, with all the space of an apartment for less than a hotel room
- Kaitlin (1/5): DISGUSTING THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN!!! - The interior was nice THIS PROPERTY WAS NOT CLEAN. THE BED SHEETS WERE FROM THE PREVIOUS PERSON. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE AS THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CLEAN.
- Sozzi (10/5): -
- Jahmarni (7/5): -
- UkWilko (7/5): Average but good location - Great location for KKs and Gifford
Comfortable, and homely TV doesnt connect to Internet, so of little use
Can be noisy around 2-3 am as on main pedestrian area for people going home, but bearable.
- Sandhu (10/5): -
- Susan (10/5): -
- Stuart (10/5): Thank you a fantastic stay in your lovely apartment. We will definitely be back. - Excellent location and facilities and was very clean. Everything we needed for our flying visit. Communication and information from the owners was excellent.
- ANGIE (7/5): - Good location Very intermittent hot water managed to wash some dishes but never enough for a hot shower
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Excellent - Good location very clean
- Michelle (10/5): Great value for money - Everything only very small thing was that the room was very bright at night due to lights outside. Just need blackout blinds putting up.
- Claire (10/5): - This was such a great find Great location very clean with loads of space I liked everything
- Adam (9/5): Well situated and we'll presented - Very clean and spacious Shower temperature was limited - only thing that could be improved really!
- Georgia (8/5): Very nice apartments - Lovely spacious apartment, good value for money. The host was very good responsive. Someone was in the room I had been given. He quickly resolved the issue and responded quickly if I needed any assistance. I didn’t like the early check out. I was lead to believe there was free parking near by but this wasn’t the case
- Paul (8/5): Idea facilities - All clean and tidy, great facilities. Ideal place to stay No light in hallway to operate, it's a sensor light that went on during the night and done my head in
- Janine (7/5): A great place to stay in the centre of Wolverhampton - The flat was conveniently located in the town centre, just minutes walk from where we needed to be. All amenities were catered for. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The property is not well sign posted and was hard to locate, but once there all was well.
- David (10/5): Perfect location for my stay and a great value accommodation - Easy to find, great facilities and very safe. Parking close to the apartment and very central. Nothing
- Stella-Maria Thomas (7/5): Perfectly fine for a short stay. - Location was fine for what I needed (I was going to a gig at The Halls), Heating worked, there were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, though would have been a bit small if there had been two of us as originally planned. It's very noisy being right in the centre of town, with quite a lot of drunken shouting until the very small hours. Obviously there's nothing the owners can do about that but if you're a light sleeper this might not be the best choice.
- Eliza (6/5): - central location Pillows are not great at all, definitely need a proper deep clean, even though the place is quite new. Also, there are weird, honestly scary sounds coming from the boiler at night, and the massive lamp outside the window lights up the whole room like a football pitch. Not ideal. 😅
- Shona (9/5): -
- Shahzad (7/5): 6 - The tv No hot water. No fan
- Wolfgang (9/5): -
- Storey (9/5): Very good serviced apartment in an ideal location - Lovely, big clean apartment with everything needed for a business trip. Fully equipped kitchen, towels, shower gel, and tea and coffee. Very clear and good communicatiob from the hosts Apartment 4 has a very bright flood light right outside the bedroom window that illuminates the whole room and makes it difficult to sleep despite the blinds
- andrew (10/5): cracking - That wasn't included Our Government
- Emily (5/5): - The walls in this building are quite thin, and the neighbours were quite loud during my stay. That, combined with the lack of curtains in the bedroom which meant that the light from outside wasn't blocked properly, meant I didn't have a great night's sleep.
- Garry (7/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): Great stay for a gig in Wolverhampton - Comfortable bed
Tea and coffee facilities
Spacious living room
Easy to find and access property as clear instructions were provided Bulb had gone in the bathroom
- carol (8/5): Stayed here twice and would definitely stay again with the exception of my comment - Clean and central Cleaner just walking in on the day of arrival telling us it was 4pm check-in even though we had arranged an early check in and then trying 3x to walk in on day of departure even though we had a late check out.
Very little hot water and no clothes hangers or anywhere to hang stuff
- Richard (9/5): - Great location, fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The apartment block was very quiet late on and had a good night's sleep. Great value for money. Very minor gripes only, bedroom could do with some hooks on the door or a small wardrobe. I wasn't emailed the instructiond and codes for access and getting in in the dark and pouring rain whilst on the phone wasn't straightforward but the phone was answered promptly and the operative was very helpful.
- Oz (8/5): - Clean apartment, very secure and safe, all the amenities available, bed was very clean and comfortable, location was very accessible to bars, restaurants and shops.
I totally recommend this place to stay and the price was very affordable, thank you Kingdom. We were there for one night and was not there for long as we went to a concert so we didnt have time to moan about the bad points lol.
- Dawn (7/5): Town centre - Needs a little tlc or a quick paint over on the scuffed bits No WiFi even though it said there was free connection and the TV didn't have any channels set.
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Matthew (7/5): Overall a good value stay in the heart of Wolverhampton - Spacious, airy & modern. Shower wasn’t hot only warm.
- mark (10/5): - Great location for the city centre. Owner lets you know of nearest cheap 24hr car parks, your key code to get in etc. Modern spacious apartment.
- douglas (9/5): -
- Oliver (8/5): Nice large apartment - Nice large apartment. Beds were really comfy. Great place in a great location though. TV was hard to use and no WiFi instructions.
- Ben (9/5): - . Not a complaint but somewhere to hang clothes would be a useful addition.
- anthony (8/5): -
- Rhi (10/5): Couldn’t be happier! Got in last minute. Host was amazing - The host was efficient, helpful and so friendly
It was clean, comfortable and perfect location for my visit
Got in last minute after another property that I booked bailed when I arrived and I was stranded. I felt safe and secure and it was the perfect place to relax after all the stress of the initial part of my trip
- Lettoyer (10/5): -
- John (7/5): - The facilities were modern, clean, and easy to use. The TV struggled to stream properly, meaning I couldn't relax and watch anything.
Also, there was no coffee. Plenty of tea bags, but no coffee.
The room I stayed in had a light outside one of the windows, although I will point out this isn't the fault of the host, and they have put an extra thick blind on that window, but light did still get through.
There is no sign outside to tell you it's Kingdom Apartments, in fact the only sign has a different name, so it took me a while of walking around asking people where I was meant to go. Not great after a long drive and just wanting to sit down and relax!
- Moss (6/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): Budget price and good location. - Property was perfectly located for a gig at The Halls. Flat was comfortable and warm. The bedding smelt divine! Good supply of towels and soap. Would have appreciated some coffee alongside the tea please. Great to have a lift - some might find it noisy when used but it’s literally for seconds. The building was quite hidden away but the photo provided for check in helped.
- Jon (8/5): Great stay - Huge comfy bed, great location for city gig, fast WiFi and coffee and tea facilities Shower Water was warm not hot. A few tea stains on the floors.
- Dave (8/5): -
- Rocco (10/5): We had a wonderful time here - The rooms were so big
- Robert (8/5): Spacious and clean property centrally located, would stay at Kingdom apartments again, but maybe in a flays with a bigge - Very clean - in fact, spotless. good location, spacious. Tricky to locate the property, the supplied Google maps location helped, but it still took some time to find the door. Some of the furniture and fittings are a little tired, with some stains on the sofa. Shower was tricky to control, don’t think the temperature control knob is working, fortunately was able to control temp by increasing and decreasing the flow control. Bed felt small and was a bit noisy, though not uncomfortable. A room that size could easily accommodate a bigger bed.
- Maninder (10/5): -
- Matthew (7/5): With blackout blinds this would be perfect - Very clean, super responsive owner, very central location near to short term parking There was a light shining directly through the blinds from outside causing the room to never get dark
- Jackie (9/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Great Stay in great location - Easy to access and next to where we needed to be. Facilities were great and it was very comfortable The front door was a bit shaky even when locked but building very secure.
- Susan (10/5): Lovely apartment - Done to a very high standard everything we needed for our night away Nothing
- Natalie (9/5): Very comfortable stay - Very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect for attending an event at the halls at Wolverhampton university. Nothing
- Andrew (6/5): - Roomy
Close to everything No… teaspoons, nothing to use in microwave ie large bowl, jug.
made boiled eggs and toast, no egg cups.
Left in bathroom hanging and dirty, we’re two sponges from last guests
