Jean-louis (7/5): Très bien mais trop sonore - Appartement propre, proche de la plage, de la gare et du bord de mer. Le propriétaire est reactif L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé. On entend très bien le retour tardif des autres locataires, (discussion dans l'escalier, claquements de portes, deplacements de chaises etc...) ainsi que la circulation et les trains qui passent dès 5h du matin. Petite odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain.

Magdalena (9/5): Close to the beach and great communication with Barcelona - It is a small apartment very close to the beach, chiringitos, restaurants and close to the railway station to Barcelona. The communication with the owner was excellent. Apartment has a decent equipment. With a little refurbishment the apartment would be just perfect… and it is worth to add a small lamp in the bedroom.

Radoslaw (5/5): Not recommend for families with kids due to bad soundproofing, but locations wise it's good. - Location was ok. There was plenty of local shops with great food. Surrounding streets were relatively quiet and safe in the night. The beech, train station and metro station were also in a walking distance. Apartment was clean. Air-conditioning was great. Separate bed for the baby which is a big plus. So all in all there were 3 beds in the apartment. Host replied very quickly to all our questions. Nespresso machine and other coffee related utilities plus coffee pods. Good selection of knives and pans. The apartment and the building would need more care as there are many problems that needs to be resolved. The biggest are acoustics/noise and smell. The walls and doors are paper-thin. The air-duct from the kitchen goes out to the terrace so you can hear everything what people talk about at the terrace. Rooms and corridors require carpeting or any sound proofing as you can hear everything from outside of the apartment (as if amplified). You can also hear all noises from other apartments. Entrance keypad is to be replaced as the number pad is invisible in the sun. It is almost impossible to enter a valid key code. That was a big issue for us on the arrival. Christmas Tree in the lobby (summer time)!!! Dried-out plants in the apartment. Frying pans completely worn out. Random plates and chipped mugs. Cheap, plastic kettle. Big run down water tank in the kitchen (it is not in the way, it just looks bad).

Jana (9/5): Perfect for family vacation - Everything was great. Beach is literally like 5 minutes from this place. The air conditioning work like heaven. And Barcelona is 15 minutes by R1 train. So cerz great location.
Christian (4/5): A bad experience - The apartment is relatively close to the beach and shops are close by. Shower was new. Our host was responsive trying to resolve the issue with the neighbors but succeeded only on the last day. The apartment was smelly and not very clean. We had extremely loud neighbors partying all day and nights. There was constant yelling, shouting, loud music, running and hissing sounds during the day and the night. The price is high compared to what the apartment offers.
Jewgenij (10/5): Nice appartment few steps away from Badalona Beach - Due to misunderstanding we parked our second car infront of the garage. Next day the guest of the second appartment was not able to park. After some discussion with the owner I agreed to take over costs of the public parking for them. But next day the owner said that he had no additional costs so no payment from my side is required. It is always nice to meet honest people.
