• cminmat (9/5): Muy recomendable, ubicación excelente. - La ubicación es excelente, el bloque del piso muy bien, la casa está bastante bien con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo el alojamiento 100%. La persona con la que he tratado muy bien y muy amable. Ofrecen plaza de garaje por 7 euros el día, perfecto. Las almohadas yo las cambiaría todas, ninguna es firme y son de calidad baja, pero es algo fácilmente solucionable y me consta que lo van a tener en cuenta.
• HANA (7/5): 위치는 훌륭하지만 시설 보완이 필요한 숙소 - 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 탁월한 위치입니다. 숙소 바로 앞이 바다라 언제든지 나가서 놀기 좋았고, 아이들이 이용할 수 있는 놀이터도 가까워 가족 여행에 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 맛집이 많아 집 앞에 나서기만 해도 다양한 음식을 즐길 수 있었고, 도보 5분 이내 거리에 마트가 있어 장보기도 수월했습니다. 또한 마스팔로마스와 인근 주요 쇼핑몰까지 차량으로 약 15분이면 이동할 수 있어 전반적인 동선이 매우 좋았습니다. 화장실은 두 개가 있으나, 샤워가 가능한 곳은 한 곳뿐입니다. 기본적인 생활에 필요한 물품들은 대부분 갖춰져 있으나, 전반적으로 가구와 냄비, 조리기구 등은 많이 낡아 정비가 필요해 보였습니다. 사용에 불편함이 있었고, 커튼 역시 재정비가 필요해 보입니다. 특히 주방 옆 방의 침구류와 각 방의 베개 커버는 교체를 고려하시는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 사용 기간이 오래된 듯 보풀이 많고 약간의 냄새도 느껴졌습니다. 첫날은 저녁 늦게 체크인하여 바로 온 가족이 잠자리에 들었는데, 다음 날 아침 식탁을 보니 개미들이 돌아다니고 있었습니다. 즉시 동영상을 촬영해 두었고, 밤새 짐을 풀거나 음식을 꺼내둔 적이 없었기 때문에 바로 호스트에게 연락했습니다. 호스트는 답변을 주었고 조치를 취하겠다고 했습니다. 이틀 뒤에는 개미 제거용 화학 제품도 구매해 주었으나, 아이 다섯 명과 함께 지내는 숙소라 제가 직접 실내에 살포하기는 어려웠습니다. 주방 낡은 찬장 틈에서 개미가 계속 보였고 조리용 양념통에도 기어다녔습니다. 어른 2명과 아이 5명이 함께 머무르기에는 샤워 시설이 충분하지 않았으며, 성인 6명이 이용한다고 가정하더라도 샤워 시설은 부족하게 느껴졌습니다.

• Elia (10/5): Una estancia cómoda y muy agradable. - El apartamento es perfecto. Muy cerquita de la playa, ideal para familias (fuimos 6 personas con niños y una persona mayor y todos estuvimos muy a gusto). Muy bien equipado y muy cómodo. El trato con el anfitrión también fue de 10. Además hay un supermercado en la misma manzana y muchos sitios donde comer. ¡Nos gustó todo!
• Szabolcs (8/5): Ár-érték arányban ez egy nagyszerű szállás - Központi elhelyzekedése amennyire előnyös, annyira tud hátrányt is jelenteni. A strand és a csodás óváros is 2-3 perc sétára található, ami negyszerűvé teszi a szállást. Az éttermek szintén pillanatok alatt elérhetők voltak. A lakáshoz tartozó teremgarázst csak ajánlani tudom (napi 7 euró), rendkívül kényelmessé teszi a parkolást, hogy nem kell helyet keresgetni az utcán. A péntekenként esedékes helyi piac könnyen elérhető, jó kikapcsolódást jelent pár órára. A kikötő 5 perc alatt elérhető, számos hajós kirándulásra van lehetőség. Rugalmas volt a szállásadó, mert biztosította a későbbi kijelentkezést, ez külön dícséretes. A terasz hiánya, és a térre/parkolóra való kilátás ugyanakkor elvesz egy kicsit a gondtalan pihenésből. Mi az El Carmen idején laktunk a szálláson, ezért kimondottan zavaró volt a hajnalig (3-4 óráig) tartó hangos zene és buli. A nappaliban ugyan látni, hogy van redőny, de a tulajdonos szerint nincs, vagy csak nem működőképes, emiatt a nap már korán bevilágít, és felmelegíti a lakást. A két kisebb hálószobában, amelyek egy közös belső helyiségre nyílnak, nincs redőny, csak sötétítő függöny, amely nem segít sokat reggelente.

• Peggy (9/5): The apartment was comfortable and big and comfortable Raul the host was very helpful - Location was really good and comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom where it had the Juliet balcony it was a bit noisy sometimes first thing in the morning when they cleaned the street!!
• Stuart (8/5): Great location to everywhere easy to find with on site car parking in basement. - Property is very central to everywhere, its also surprisingly very quiet at night. Theres a Supermarket two mins away. on site car parking for Euro 7 per day was a bonus as street parking fills up quickly. The chairs could do with up grading as the arms are quiet grubby looking.

• Josef (10/5): Owner very nice and helpfull person, easy to speak with him in english. Everything OK. - The Owner was very nice to us...we was comming late, than expected, because of delay of our flight. But the owner was very helpfull, leave the keys in the house and make a video for us, where to find it, so it was very easy to check-in. Parking was little bit difficult near the house, but the owner offered us to parking under the house in the garage, so with the parking was it more better. Recommend to everyone, who is travelling there with the car to reserve this parking slot there.
• Emily (10/5): Excellent location in a gorgeous town - We felt so lucky to have found this apartment! The location was excellent; a stones throw to a calm beach, beautiful harbour, supermarket, bus stop and endless shops and restaurants. Situated on the first floor of a quiet building there was lift access as well as underground parking and a roof terrace. The apartment was spotless and had a toilet and sink as well as shower room with toilet and sink which we were grateful for. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week and there is a washing machine as well. Raul was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Our mattress was a little hard but that's my personal opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone!
• Helen (9/5): Highly recommended apartment in fantastic location - Fantastic apartment, clean and well equiped with everything you need for a home away from home stay in a superb location. Steps away from shops and restaurants but very quiet. Beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers (spent most of the time here as beach very busy) Near to large Spar supermarket. Friendly host very welcoming and always at the end of the phone or email. Apartment cleaned weekly with bedding and towels changed. Lots of clean towels, including beach towels.
• Sabrina (7/5): Ok if you’re looking for a flat in the heart of Mogan! - In the city center, big flat, washing machine available, everything you need within short distance (even the beach!), good temperature of the flat - There were three bedrooms, two had “fake windows” to the inside of the building (so no fresh air), one was broken and couldnt open at all during my whole stay. Quite bothering… - being in the city center has its ups but also its downs, i have been waken up few times very early because of street noises - underground parking is really hard, you need to have good driving skills. However even in the middle of christman holidays I always found spots to park for free outside. It made me feel safer, i was too affraid to break the car rental!

The apartment was so clean and modern and when we got there we realised there was a huge terrace the size of the whole building with a lift up to it for my aunties, what a bonus 👌 We were there for my mums 70th, there were 6 people in the apartment, and it still felt spacious. Highly recommend and will be back. Laura There was nothing not to like, if I had to be super super critical the twin beds were slightly harder for my aunties, I loved them.
• Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in an excellent location literally a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was nothing negative about it. We didnt have to leave Puerto Mogan till 3pm and asked for a late check out if possible. This was no problem and made such a difference to our last day. Would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone. Everything spotless and clean. Well equipped for anyone who wanted to cook while staying there I could not find anything negative to say about the place
• Ingus (10/5): Very nice - Nice, clean, fresh and quite apartment. We found location the best in Puerto de Mogan - beach is 2 min walk, wonderful port area is 5 min walk, Spar supermarket just around the corner. Free car parking available in the basement (some parking skills were needed to park there for the first time), if there are no free place on the street. Host Raul was very helpful and easy reachable in case of any needs or questions. For our family with 3 small kids Puerto de Mogan was best location where to stay in Gran Canaria. No terrace. For longer stays dish washing machine would be great
