• Tamara (9/5): - Het is een heerlijk ruim huis. Met een prachtig uitzicht. De weg ernaar toe was op z'n zachtst gezegd avontuurlijk. Hier en daar liet de hygiëne wat te wensen over. Stinkende afvoer (wrs lang niet gebruikt) en flink wat insekten lijkjes her en der.

• P.E. (7/5): We hebben genoten. - Locatie en uitzicht zijn echt waanzinnig. Het weggetje ernaar toe is de eerste keer wat spannend maar went heel snel. De serre en de vele plekjes om te zitten in de tuin zijn heel fijn. Het is een licht huis. Foto's komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid volgens ons zijn dat 2 verschillende huizen. Dat is niet heel netjes vinden vinden wij.

• Johannes Gerardus ( Hans) (10/5): - De eerste keer naar het huis rijden is een avontuur maar zodra je hier op het terrein bent weet je dat het alle moeite waard was. Wat een schitterend uitzicht! En dan een ruime, schone villa met compleet uitgeruste keuken. Buiten een superleuk zitje om te eten. Perfect voor de hond omdat het volledig omheind is. Airco in alle ruimtes. Er lagen veel peuken in de tuin. MAAR: Dat kun je de verhuurder niet verwijten. Dit is het werk van a- sociale andere gasten die te beroerd zijn om hun peuken in een asbak te doen en dan netjes weg te gooien. Zwembad is te klein voor zwembad maar te koud voor jacuzzi.
• alain (9/5): Pour s’immerger dans la campagne - La maison disposant de tout le confort moderne est isolée dans les collines avec une rude montée pour l’atteindre. La vue est dominante sur la campagne environnante et le jardin clôturé est de toute beauté
• Marcos (9/5): Todo muy bien con algún detalle a tener en cuenta - El apartamento esta super bien, la verdad que se está super a gusto, fuimos 2 personas y la verdad que todo perfecto, las camas cómodas y las diferentes zonas de estar dan mucha variedad para pasar el rato. Está cerca de la playa aunque es cierto que el camino es un poco complicado pero nada que no pueda hacer cualquier conductor con turismo cualquiera. La piscina es cierto que es pequeña pero para 2-4 personas refrescarte mientras tomas algo charlando es perfecta. Desde luego guardo este apartamento para posibles viajes futuros. Lo único que diría es que las habitaciones no tienen persianas por lo que si eres una persona que no duerme con algo de luz mejor llevar antifaz o improvisar unas cortinas. Y si buscar una gran piscina pues tambien habria que tenerlo en cuenta, aunque para el plan que yo buscaba el tamaño era mas que suficiente.

• Xavi (6/5): Podria ser perfecto - Muy completo y tranquilo, higiene del interior. Jardin cuidado. Piscina pequeña pero disponible. Falta de higiene importante en elementos exteriores como cojines, pérgola y bbq con heces y orines de rata, lo cual es peligroso, sobretodo por los niños. Avisamos y nos dijeron que vendrían a revisarlo pero no fue así. La ubicación se hace más lejana debido a que hay que ir por otro camino. El principal es intransitable.
• Luis (5/5): - La casa es realmente chula Bastante sucio y descuidado, la piscina estaba muy sucia porque no funcionaba la depuradora y seguramente llevara más tiempo rota, está bastante lejos de la playa a unos 20 minutos en coche
• Baena benitez (8/5): Unos días de retiro - Es un sitio con mucha paz y mucho silencio. La piscina es muy pequeñita pero está bien para refrescarse y disfrutar un poco. Los colchones súper cómodos. En plena ola de calor y con fresquito por la noche. Es un poco complicado de llegar la primera vez, pero despacito y con paciencia se llega bien. El camino es todo el rato asfaltado pero está en la sierra y hay que comprender que es una carretera estrecha y con muchas curvas. Como mejora, recomendaría poner mosquiteras y cortinas más cubrientes para las habitaciones para no despertar con la claridad.
• Salvador (6/5): MIRA BIEN LA CARRETERA DE ACCESO - Es una casa bonita y agradable El acceso a la casa es una broma de mal gusto. Debería estar indicado en la descripción de la ubicación. Es tan complicado llegar qué sopesando, puede ser que no te compense alquilarlo.

• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic, relaxing time here. We brought our two dogs here who loved it as much as us. Awesome sunrises. Loved the peace and tranquility.
• Agnetė (7/5): Nice house, misleading location, and has what to improve - Spacious, newly furnished (mostly), bright, comfy sofa, nice view, you can enjoy peace, and quite. Surrounding areas are nice if you are ok with hiking instead of walking because the roads are very steep. Misleading location - the owner rents 2 houses (and there are pics of 2 different houses) and most likely the given location on Booking is for the other house that we did not stay in. Our house was located outside of the town, in the mountains, more than 15 minutes by car (I’ll attach a screenshot of the location vs the town center) to Almunecar. You have to take the car everywhere, if you plan to be able to have a relaxing walk from the house - forget it - you’ll start hiking from the moment you leave the house. There are no actual hiking paths, so you’ll be walking on the road where the cars drive. The house is surrounded by avocado plantations, and farmers (almost daily) were burning something, and if you ‘get lucky’ with the wind, it will bring the smoke to the house. Then you cannot sit outside, or keep any windows open. Shower - old shower cabin with broken doors, but the worst was the water pressure - it was very weak. Had issues with water overall, as the hot water dissapeared for more than 24 hours once. WiFi - speed is ~25mbps (ok for simple use, but not if you plan to work, and have video calls), it was not stable, sometimes would just stop working (would happen at least once a day for a few minutes). So not a major issue, but something to keep in mind. We stayed for a month so it would have been nice to have a 2nd pack of bed sheets. The house is recently been renovated, and the back yard was not yet fully cleaned, and it was full of nails (in one area), and one actually cut through my sneeker up to my feet.. I decided to write a detailed comment, because I see the prices that this house will be rented for in the summer (~1k per week), and I believe that there are much better houses for such price range.
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic Location, hidden away! Wonderful host! Helpful and lovely people. The perfect getaway in the hills with fantastic views . Absolutely clean. We can only recommend it and many thanks to Juan Manuel and Pepe! We will be back! Absolutely nothing to declare
