• kärt (10/5): - Väga hea asukoht,kesklinn,bussijaama lähedal. Mõnus hubane korter ja väga hästi organiseeritud kõik. Omanik abivalmis. Aitäh meeldiva peatumise eest! 5 korrus ligti pole,juhul kuo reisid suurte kohvritega,aga see ei olnud ka suur probleem:)

• Judith (8/5): Lovely stay - Lovely modern flat. The instructions were really clear and ahead of time which I appreciated as I didn't have internet once I landed in Riga. The place is really comfortable and the windows were open so nice and fresh air. I didn't have any issues with the shower or noise that others mentioned. Everything was great Not a big deal really but I'm nearly 6ft and couldn't reach some of the things in the cupboard over the sink which was surprising to me.

• Kristi (10/5): Comfortable and with good accessibility. - Well located property, communication with the host pleasant and fast. As flexible as possible regarding early check-in. Thanks to clear instructions, finding the apartment is easy. The apartment is better suited for those who do not have large luggage, as it is located on the 5th floor and in a building without an elevator. It suited us :) I would definitely come again and recommend it to others!

• Evita (8/5): - Good location. For one night it is an OK option. 1.They have separated 1 bigger apartment into 2 smaller ones. If there are people staying next doors than you can hear them coming and going everytime. 2. Kitchen is big and nicely done but I didn't see any sponge or Kitchen towel. 3. There is no heating but you can use AC. It was warm enough in the cold days of winter but the AC makes some noise. For light sleepers light me it is annoying. 4. If there are other people next doors then you soon realise that on the other side of the bedroom wall (where you lay your head down) is their bathroom. If you are a light sleeper like me then be prepared to wake up everytime they flush the toilet.

• Jon (9/5): The communication was excellent.s little apprehensive walking up the five floors to the apartment one arrived it was ex - The location.
• Mari (8/5): Central, well renovated apartment - Apartment is in the very centre - close to transport hubs, shopping centre etc. It is nicely renovated and comfortable. There is a coffee machine with some capsules, full kitchen (incl dishwasher), bathroom with soap. It is easy to check in and out - instructions that were sent are clear. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I felt like cleaner had left suddenly in the middle of cleaning as floor was not done and some cleaning equipment was still in corridor. Also there is one heating element for the whole apartment and it is AC that can be adjusted to higher degrees. Whilst it works for kitchen area, it is not helpful for bathroom, for example. Also this is actually an apartment that shares the entrance and corridor with other apartment. So depending of your neighbours you might hear them comin, going and living.

• Miodrag (9/5): Graeat place to stay for a couple of days - Perfect location, 15 minutes on foot from the old town. Apartment is new, freshly furbished, very clean and tidy. The only disadvantage is that the apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator.

• Beth (9/5): Great value, great apartment. - Spotless, it had everything that we needed, in a fun neighborhood outside of Old Town (we preferred being outside of Old Town) and close to a lot of great restaurants. We asked that the key information be sent to my partner (my phone isn't on in Europe) and host confirmed, but then only sent me an email, so that was unfortunate. It is on the 5th floor, without an elevator. We travel light, so it was wasn't an issue, but for some folks, it might be.

• Šárka (8/5): - Studio velice vkusně vybavené, vše vypadá jako nové. Fotky na booking odpovídají realitě. V podstatě v centru města. Je tam klid, na 1-2 noci ideální. Studio se nachází ve 4.patře bez výtahu, do každého patra se stoupá po třech schodištích. Pro méně pohyblivé osoby může být dost náročné. Je celkem složité ubytování najít. Parkovat se dá skoro u vchodu, ale je samozřejmě zpoplatněné. Postele by měly být tvrdší.
• Tsveta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is modern, clean, at a perfect location in the city center, 7 min walking from the railway station. The host gives clear check-in instructions. The view is to a inner courtyard so it is quiet during the day and night and you can sleep on an open windows. Very comfortable bed. As mentioned from everybody taking my luggage to the fifth floor without elevator.

• Neil (9/5): Nice peaceful stay within 15 min walk to old town of Riga - I arrived early and host accommodated that as best as possible. Nice and quiet location, not too far (15 minute walk) from old town centre. Super clean and super comfy bed and pillow. Probably my fault for not reading, and wasn't a problem anyway as such, but it's 5th floor for anyone with lots of bags (or is unfit)
• Dian (7/5): Good for short stay, 5th floor no elevator - It is very new and pretty comfortable It is a bit outside of the central area and requires 15-20 min walk to the old town. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, it worked fine for us as we had only carry on bags, but for someone with big suitcases this will be very uncomfortable. Plus for a smoker you need to go up and down the stairs all the time. The worst part was the shower which was not draining properly - it needs to be fixed as your swamped in water while showering and it does not drain out for 15-20 minutes.

• Renāte (8/5): Good - Newly renovated, bright apartment in a good location. Functional kitchen with good facilities. Good bathroom. The bed was also comfortable. There aren’t any essentials in the kitchen like oil or tea. And one more problem is that the water in the shower doesn’t drain properly.
• Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check-in/check-out. Great communication and the host is very helpful. Location is very good. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. The bed is so, so comfortable. We were there on Saturday/Sunday, so we parked right on the street next to the building without having to pay for parking. As evenings and Sundays parking is free. So that was convinient. Would definitely return 💯

There is everything you need for a comfortable staying.It is freshly renovated, with new furniture, dishes. The owner is very kind, hospitable and responsible. When electricity switched off at midnight, I called the owner, he came and fixed it. It was very nice. -
