• fabio (8/5): - Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutti i confort, pulito. Letti validi e comodi. Posto auto nel cortile privato a pagamento 1.difficolta' a trovare l'appartamento anche con Maps. 2. L'host al momento più importante era irreperibile al telefono per ore, per cui, nonostante l'orario di arrivo a Parma fosse definito e puntuale, non è stato possibile prendere possesso della casa se non dopo più di un ora più tardi 3. Posto auto che improvvisamente è stato occupato da altra vettura. Solo dopo telefonata all'host abbiamo scoperto che in effetti c'erano altri posti in alternativa di cui nessuno all'arrivo ci ha mostrato. Nel frattempo io ho dovuto spostare l'auto alle 7.30 del mattino iretta e furia perché probabilmente qualcuno del condominio ha fatto casino. 4. Al piano di sopra per tutta la nostra permanenza ci sono stati rumori, tonfi, pedate sul pavimento e urli di un bambino piccolo dalle 10 di mattina fino alle 23 ininterrotti, neanche dopo che è stato segnalato direttamente all'inquilino. Nel pomeriggio era impossibile riposarsi

• Marika (10/5): - La posizione era vicino al centro, comodissima, la struttura fornisce anche un parcheggio a 5 euro al giorno. L’accoglienza è stata accogliente e il proprietario si è mostrato molto disponibile anche nell’acconsentire il checkout posticipato. Nulla, andava benissimo tutto

• Oleg (9/5): Много добър и широк апартамент който с Wi-Fi и асансьор във входа ще стане - превъзходен. - Посрещането на домакина, който ни настани в по-голям апартамент, защото прецени, че ървоначалния ще ни бъде леко по-малък. Наистина апартамента беше превъзходен и огромен с изключително удобни легла. Домакина беше невероятно любезен и отзивчив и ни обясни всичко необходимо. Той ни покани и ние се възползвахме и двата дни за вечеря в ресторанта в който той работи и наистина всичко в менюто беше изключително вкусно и на доста добри цени с голямо разнообразие за италианската кухня. Ресторанта се намираше и на много пешеходно разстояние от апартамента. Локацията на апартамента беше на добро и удобно пешеходно място за отиването до центъра на града. Домакина ни предостави паркинг за колата срещу символична сума за 2-та дни в които бяхме, което беше огромен бонус от негова страна. Не ми хареса това, че няма безжична мобилна мрежа в апартамента, което ни принуди да си изполваме мобилните данни от роуминга и почти ги изхарчихме. Също така апартамента е на 6-ия етаж и асансьора не работеше и се катерехме постълбите нагоре с куфарите и багажа доста време, което е неприятно, но пък домакина ни помогна с единия куфар.

• Michaela (9/5): Clean, functional apartment with complete amenities. Not in centre, but a good 10-15 min walk. - Clean apartment, easy check-in, owner was helpful and responsive. Appreciated small air ventilator, as weather was warm. Parking was provided. Shops, cafes and park nearby. Still a good 15 mins walk to the city centre.
