Appartement tès bien situé, spacieux, lumineux, confortable, très propre, bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons bien dormi! À notre arrivée, le taxi nous a déposées aux pieds des deux tours de Bologne, à proximité de l'appartement, via Zamboni, vraiment rapide et pratique! Le petit salon de la terrasse, un peu inconfortable.

• Gillian (10/5): A beautiful, airy, clean and exquisitely renovated apartment with panoramic views, set high above the old centre of Bolo - The views from the apartment are stunning. A genuine panorama of the city from every room. The apartment is on the 4th floor (easily accessible using elevator or stairs) and is beautifully appointed and equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom airy and modern. The check in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. Please note, the apartment is accessed from a pedestrian section of the road. Taxis stop a short distance from the apartment, easily walkable (be warned Google Maps can direct you to the wrong road, immediately behind the apartment)

Perfekt für 3-4 Personen, da zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Es ist sehr neu und sauber. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin hat für uns einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft reserviert und uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in Bologna geschickt. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr eng und dunkel. Eine Toilette/Bad für zwei Schlafzimmer.

The host is very responsive, and available anytime on WhatsApp, while the apartment is self check in, which makes everything very convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, extremely well appointment and quite luxurious. It is located in a great super central area of Bologna, and we found it quiet at night. I must admit that the best part is the balcony, overlooking the powers, from where you can marvel at beautiful sunsets! We would recommend this apartment without hesitation and we hope to return soon. Nothing

A beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on level 4 that was very comfortable modern, clean, bight and relaxing. The kitchen had all the requirements if choosing to utilise, the bathroom large and spacious, the apartment airy with full opening windows. Alessandra sent a full series of Whats App text to explain, if arriving by car which garage parking was close, how to enter the property through the front door to the level 4 entry along with Video text as an explanation. She could not have made it any easier Would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again on my next visit to Bologna Superb and nothing to complain about

Il miglior soggiorno in una struttura prenotata su Booking della mia vita, prima e unica volta in cui le foto, per quanto bellissime, non rendono la meraviglia dell’appartamento e del panorama. • Andrew (10/5): Amazing and memorable place to stay - This apartment and host deliver on absolutely everything. The views are absolutely stunning, the apartment itself is like staying in a penthouse in a luxury hotel. It has all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel, but in an apartment. The beds are super comfy, the place is lovely and warm in winter. Blinds block out all light which makes for a great sleep. Leonardo is a wonderful host, very attentive and provides all info you need up front. He offered to help with booking a taxi on our departure too which is very helpful in Bologna. Nothing!

Excellent communication and she really went above and beyond for us, even calling for a Taxi for an early morning departure. She is a gem. Impeccably clean apt , fully updated with a spectacular view of Bologna —the view is terrific and makes this apt unique—and it has a patio! Elevator. Great shower. Restaurants, gelato, bakery within steps of front door. On a pedestrian only street. Immediately next to Due Torres and hundreds of restaurants, shops. Walking +++ The noise in Bologna is crazy. Party atmosphere in the streets throughout the night til 3-4am even on weekdays. The apartment is in the back away from the pedestrian area, and it has ultra deluxe, thick windows, but you can still hear it a bit. if you open the windows it is difficult to sleep. The apt has AC but it was not hot enough to use it so it was a bit of a struggle with whether to open the window or not at night. We loved the apartment and it’s probably the best to sleep in this attractive tourist part of the city due to its excellent windows.

Nothing much…except no English channels on the TV and uncomfortable pillows in the main bedroom…..but this wasn’t as bad as it sounds, as the apartment included everything and was extremely comfortable.

• Pjfs (9/5): Lovely apartment - which would have been pretty much perfect but for air-conditioning issues - The apartment was perfectly located for visiting the City. Spotlessly clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was welcoming (by WhatsApp) and always available. The only issues were malfunctioning Netflix on one of two TVs (the other worked perfectly; and not a big deal!), a slightly hard second double bed and air-conditioning (more of a big deal). The apartment was very hot. The host pre-warned that there was a minimum temperature set for the building - but it was hotter than that. We were told that a thermometer in etc living room did not measure the room temperature (but it seemed to me to be accurately reflecting the ambient temperature throughout). Even though apparently controlled by the host's phone, the temperature did not significantly reduce after we requested assistance.

Alexandra could not have been more helpful - offering to do our laundry; ordering a taxi in the early morning for us My wife said she'd have given the property 11/10 if there had been a washing machine (hence Alexandra's offer to help with the laundry); we just used a local laundry which, while expensive, was very easy

For Canadians it is $45 a night. We stayed for two nights. That being said, Bologna is amazing and the accommodation is gorgeous. This property was so great, modern comfortable, perfect location.

The bathtub offers a breathtaking view of the two towers from the gorgeous bathroom. The apartment's location is unbeatable; it's just the best! Alexandra and I had great communication as well, and she was really supportive. This apartment is excellent for visiting Bologna!
