- Donati (5/5): Una struttura molto lontana dalle aspettative - La struttura ha un' ampia terrazza con vista mare La struttura al nostro arrivo era sporca, soprattutto nelle aree esterne, completamente abbandonate all' incuria (erba alta, materiali ed oggetti disseminati dovunque); la piscina esterna inutilizzabile, perché sporca, con acqua stagnante, abbandonata lì da non so quanto tempo). Barbecue sporco e di fatto inutilizzabile. Gli appartamenti presentavano varie criticità: bagni senza finestra né impianti di aereazione; scarichi mal funzionanti e dunque maleodoranti e docce senza piatto e in molte camere senza tendina né cabine (dunque acqua dappertutto). L'ingresso alla cucina era così basso che era necessario piegarsi per entrare. Difficilissimo, poi, comunicare con l' host, che parlava solo tedesco e non conosceva neppure poche frasi di uso comune in inglese. Aggiungo che in ogni camera l' host aveva lasciato alcuni fogli in croato ed inglese in cui specificava che la pulizia delle aree esterne era a carico degli ospiti, cosa di cui non era fatta assolutamente menzione su Booking e di fatto impossibile (un ospite che va una settimana in vacanza non può chiaramente mettersi a comprare l'antialga per la piscina, a cambiare i filtri o addirittura a svuotarla per pulirne le pareti).
