• Tsz Wa (10/5): Perfect - Spacious apartment, deco with good taste, nice facilities especially the kitchen is gorgeous. Located in a very peaceful environment with good sea view. A minor issue, the toilet lock is hard to open.

• Caroline (10/5): A warm and comfortable stay on Scotland’s beautiful west coast - The flat was clean and comfortable and the views from the front window to the harbour was amazing. The beds were very comfortable the owner left us coffee, tea and sugar which was very much appreciated each morning before heading out for the day. There was nothing not to like but the stairs down to the high street and the elevation of Fort William came as a surprise but that was down to bad research on our part and did mean a beautiful view over the harbour.
• Gareth V (10/5): Wonderful cosy accommodation in Fort William. Great location; gorgeous views. - Not even the pictures can do it justice: it's incredibly cosy and stylish -- all while offering quick access to the center of Fort William for public transport (with which we arrived) as well as the shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. There's also a pleasant 35 min walk across the hill to reach Ben Nevis if you're planning on climbing it as we did, and if you can handle walking up a hill (to which I'm we'll accustomed), the flat offers tremendous views over the town and to the water and hills as a result. We were out and about a fair bit, but it was tempting to spend far more time inside, and the owner is lovely and informative. Not real negatives for me.

• Robert (9/5): Very nice apartment and enjoyed our stay. Steep hills/ steps to navigate from town center to/ from apartment. - Clean and comfortable. Couldn’t find laundry basket and pegs. Didn’t know where to hang laundry. No paper towels in kitchen.

• Tajana (8/5): Comfortable. Good value of money. - Nice instructions, clean, good bedsheets, coffe/tee provided. Netflix available. Wi fi excellent. It was 4 of us and bed for 1 person was too soft amd not comf for her back so she moved to a sofa in a living room. There was no extra blanket. When we asked the owner next day if there is any extra blanket due to the reason above she said she preffered that noone sleeps at the sofa. That was quite rude in our opinion and not good customer service wothout solution.
• Sarah (10/5): A lovely, cosy and comfortable apartment - The apartment was warm and welcoming. It has lovely decorations throughout and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment had a very homey vibe. It was very clean and warm. It was a lovely place to stay and our group all wished we had been staying longer. The host was very responsive to messages and ensured the apartment was nice and warm for our arrival on a snowy day. I highly recommend this property. Nothing
• Will (8/5): Good value for money - Close proximity to High Street with restaurants, shops and pubs. Spacious and nice views. Clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area. Nothing. Only a suggestion. Fix the light outside the front door. We arrived after dark and it took us a long time to enter the code of the keybox having to use the light of our mobile phones.
• Paul (9/5): Superb - Great location, easy walk into Fort William. The apartment was clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. The owner responded quickly to our requests for information and assistance.
• Sapna (9/5): This apartment was just the right fit for us. - The apartment was well maintained and had a nice colour theme throughout the apartment. The apartment was well ventilated and a lot of sunshine/brightness came through around the apartment. The lake views from the apartment were beautiful to watch with a cuppa tea at any time. Not so much as didnot like, but a suggestion. Probably need a small dustbin/toilet bin in the washroom and a small one shelf space in the shower for keeping the toiletries.
• Anke (10/5): Just great really! - Just loved everything about this appartment, all the things available, how clean it was, the little folder explaining how everything in the appartment worked, the location (the views and sunsets, omg), the owner (who is the nicest, and very helpfull), the location to the station and the city centre, just everything. Would totally recommend! Honestly can't think of one thing I didnt like, not one thing I missed, or that would have been nice.
• Poonam (4/5): Over good property, just needs to update beds and supplies - Well equipped kitchen When requested for additional toilet roll and dishwasher tablets, the owner swiftly supplied these Bed mattresses need replacing as we didn’t get much sleep because of the matter springs almost sticking out and generally small beds for adult couple Enough Toilet roll should be supplied, as a family of three staying two days can’t manage on two rolls.
