• Attila (8/5): - A studioapartman elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, közel van a városközpont és a tengerpart. Kb. 100 m-re van egy LIDL és egy nagyon jó kávézó, ami 6:30-tól már nyitva van A szobában enyhén dohos szag volt, a fürdőszoba ablaktalan, szellőzése nagyon gyenge, a mennyezet és a zuhanyfülke kicsit penészes. Szúnyogháló nincs az ablakokon, szellőztetéskor sok szúnyog volt. Egy kávéfőző még jól jött volna, de van egy jó kávézó a közelben.

• Tatiana (8/5): - Хорошее месторасположение. Всё в шаговой доступности - Лидл, пляж , остановка транспорта. Кухня хорошая просторная с диваном, посуды достаточно , сковородки и кастрюли устали уже . Стиралка есть ,вроде новая но очень шумная. Терраса отличная для барбекю, готовили мясо , рыбу . Купили только угли , сетка шампура есть в шкафах. Вила прям у дороги и ты на обзоре всех прохожих , нам повезло был ремонт и дорога была перекрыта , было тихо и спокойно. Менеджер откликался быстро если что то не так . Ну и самый жирный плюс - цена , номер с балконом по цене хостела. Диван в гостиной убитый , пора на свалку. Ваная комната не удобная , если вы большой человек это не для вас.

Apartament z balkonem jasny z dużą kuchnią, na powstanie butelka wina - bardzo miły gest ze strony gospodarza :) Klucze odebrane i oddane do skrytki, zero problemów, bezpieczne miejsce dla rodziny z dziećmi. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia,ale na wakacjach nie to jest najważniejsze! :)

The damp in the bathroom (easily fixed with a good bleaching) created a very unwelcome smell in the studio. No balcony or terrace and blinds had to be kept shut or no privacy.. opaque windows at front..

• Michał (8/5): - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem i błyskawiczna pomoc. Warunki wystarczające do komfortowego wypoczynku. Na wyposażeniu podstawowe sprzęty kuchenne (garnki, patelnie, mikrofalówka, czajnik), jest lodówka, można swobodnie przyrządzić obiad. Kuchnia trochę ciasna i brak piekarnika.

• David (1/5): Avoid basement flat ,damp with leaking roof - The exit . The only good thing Property was not very tidy , with black mold in the bedroom , bathroom, and entrance stairwell . Tarpaulin over the leaking room flapping about in the wind . Complained to management company ... they didn't care , Booking.com didn't help with a resolution. Avoid this property at all cost
• Tatiana (7/5): Ok,jeśli głównym celem pobytu jest zwiedzanie. - Pokój był czysty, z dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym (w tym mikrofalówką z funkcją piekarnika). Łazienka była w miarę zadbana i posiadała podstawowy zestaw kosmetyków. Mieliśmy pokój nr 2, znajdujący się na parterze. Niestety, widok praktycznie nie istnieje – okna są wysoko osadzone i wychodzą na drogę oraz tylną część budynku. Trzeba je zawsze zasłaniać, jeśli nie chce się czuć, jakby było się obserwowanym, trochę jak w akwarium. Całościowo wrażenie było takie, jakbyśmy mieszkali w piwnicy.

• Ljubov (9/5): - Хорошее расположение апартаментов. Магазин Лидл и лунапарк рядом через дорогу. До моря минут 10-15 пешком. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфорта гостей. Компактно и уютно. Комплимент в виде бутылки вина при заезде также порадовал. Мы снимали на 11 дней, поэтому ничего критичного.

• Youhui (10/5): Comfortable, big and quiet - Location is good. A few minutes’ walk to the bus station. You can reach Larnaca. Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Deryneia. The host George is kind. I am allowed to leave my backpack inside the flat before checkin time. He has provided everything, includes adaptors. Flat is clean, tidy and well-quipped. Good value for money.

• Karolina (1/5): Ostrzegam! Brudno wszędzie i pleśń!! - Obiekt jedynie był zgodny z zewnętrzną częścią przedstawioną w ofercie. W środku brudno, pleśń i standard conajmniej kwatery pracowniczej!! Zdjęcia w ofercie nie są aktualne i wprowadzają w błąd!!! Apartament 4- jak dotarliśmy do obiektu to przeżyliśmy szok. Warunki są dramatyczne i nieadekwatne do ceny rezerwacji. Brzydziliśmy się tam być, wszędzie było brudno, na ścianach i na roletach była wilgoć pleśń, a po nocnej ulewie była nawet zalana ścian. Sofa dla trzeciej osoby była zarwana, wystawały elementy twarde i nie dało się na niej spać. Dwie klimatyzacje mimo że niby działały - nie ogrzewały mieszkania. To było okropne przeżycie i niezwłocznie po jednej nocy z uwagi na nieczystość oraz niebezpieczeństwo z powodu grzyba byliśmy zmuszeni się wymeldować i pozostaliśmy stratni. Niestety możemy dodać tylko 4 zdjęcia.

• Marilena_dr (9/5): Foarte bine pentru un sejur, chiar și toamna - Locația e destul de bună, între cele 2 plaje din stațiune, camerele sunt mari, dotate cu tot ce trebuie inclusiv zona de chicinetă. Apartamentul e la demisol, cam întunecat dar ne-am simțit totuși foarte bine. Cine stă mult in interior când are plaja aproape? Canapeaua extensibilă poate fi incomodă pentru o persoană mai voluminoasă.
• Agnieszka (5/5): I'm really disappointed. - The apartment is in a great spot. It's very close to a supermarket (Lidl) and a bus stop. The beach is very nice and very close. (Fig Tree Bay) The host left for us a bottle of wine, which was a very nice surprise. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The apartment has a large balcony with a small table and two chairs. The apartment was in general clean. But that's the only good thing about it. The bathroom was full of hair left by previous guests. The shower door sometimes got stuck and I couldn't close it. You can't wash your face over the sink because the shelf above it prevents you from doing so. The towel holder falls off. There weren't any duvet covers. The towels were very poor quality. They left small pieces of fabric stuck to my skin. It was really very annoying. The water pump, which turned on quite often, was loud enough to wake you up. The windows didn't block sound, so you could hear cars passing by. The sofa was very worn out. In the evening, drinking a glass of wine and watching a series, it was impossible to get comfortable because of this horrible sofa. The same was with the bed mattress. After a whole night, you wake up feeling pain in the back. Unfortunately, these problems had a big effect on how we thought about the whole trip. It's hard to enjoy your vacation when your back hurts after a night on a bad mattress or when you're up half the night because of somw strange noises in the pipes or the water pump turning on and off.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Polecam - Ładny apartament z wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami, w dobrej lokalizacji. Trochę mało półek, szkoda że nie było kawy i herbaty ale za to na powitanie była butelka wina i wody :D

• Violetta (7/5): Nagyon jó helyen elhelyezkedő szállás - Nagyon közel van a szállás mindenhez. A szállásadó kedves és nagyon segítőkész volt. Azonnal segített megoldani az internetes problémát. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon szegényes volt. Hiányoztak az edények. Az ott lévő edények kopottak és elhasználódottak voltak.

• Patrycja (9/5): - Lidl op 200 m afstand, dichtbij het strand en winkels, toch rustig en gezellig gelegen vanachter zwembad is een patio met bbq ruimte , ideaal voor koffie te drinken smorgens Tegen het gebouw staan willas en bij een van de villas ging het alarm heel de nacht. Niemand om die af te zetten.

• Tetiana (9/5): В цілому все дуже сподобалось 😌 - Помешкання досить велике, є гарно обладнана кухня. Зовсім поруч магазин Лідл, парк розваг, головна вулиця з великою кількість закладів. Також поруч з помешканням є чудова кавʼярня з неймовірно смачними десертами. До пляжу Fog tree bay десь 10хв пішки, пляж просто неймовірно красивий і чистий. Можна скористатися пральною машинкою, що мені дуже допомогло. Приємним подарунком стала пляшка вина) В цілому все пройшло чудово! Єдиним мінусом стало те, що номер був розташований в цокольному приміщенні, тому було трішки душно, але це не критично

Needs replacing. Not able to sleep on either of them. Bench tops were not wiped down had bread crumbs and red sauce all around stove area.
• Rania (1/5): ΧΑΛΙΑ. ΒΡΩΜΙΚΑ. ΑΦΟΡΗΤΑ - Η τοποθεσία, ωστόσο θα προτιμούσα να ήταν πιο μακρυά και ας ήταν καθαρά. Τα πάντα. Ήταν η πιο απαίσια εμπειρία που έζησα σε διακοπές. Έχω κλείσει πολλές φορές κατάλυμα τέτοιου είδου (εννοώ όχι ξενοδοχείο) και ήταν ότι χειρότερο! Αρχικά, καταλαβαίνεις πολλά πράγματα από την ώρα που θα αναίβεις τα σκαλιά για να πας στο διαμέρισμα (αρ.4). Τα σκαλιά είχαν αφοδεύματα πουλιών, το κουδούνι ήταν αηδιαστικά βρώμικο! Μπαίνοντας στον χώρο διαπιστώνεις ότι τον «καθάρισαν» επιφανειακά και ΑΝ! Η τουαλέτα σίγουρα καθαρίστηκε απλά με ένα μωρομάντηλο! Ο νιπτήρας από πίσω είχε μούχλα και οδοντόκρεμες από προηγούμενους ενοίκους! Στο τηλέφωνο του ντουζ υπήρχε τρίχα από προηγούμενους! Τα σεντόνια ήταν ΑΗΔΙΑ! Αφού στείλαμε μήνυμα στον ιδιοκτήτη μας είπε απλά ότι θα έρθει κοπέλα να τα αλλάξει και ούτε ένα συγγνώμη δεν είπε, απλώς μας ευχαρίστησε για την ενημέρωση!Υπήρχαν αγιωμένα αντικείμενα στον χώρο! Βρήκαμε επίσης τρίχα καθώς ξεδιπλώναμε την πετσέτα προσώπου και μύριζαν άσχημα, το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις πετσέτες σώματος! Η απλώστρα ήταν σπασμένη με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε που να απλώσουμε τις πετσέτες θαλάσσης και τα μαγιό για να στεγνώσουν. Ο νεροχύτης είχε μυρμήγκια. Οι ανεμιστήρες οροφής ήταν σκονισμένοι σε αρκετό βαθμό πράγμα που σε κάνει να αντιλαμβάνεσαι ότι το διαμέρισμα είχε να κθαριστεί ΜΗΝΕΣ όχι απλώς ημέρες. Περιμέναμε πως και πως τις διακοπές μας για να χαλαρώσουμε και μόνο αυτό δεν έγινε! Δεν το συστήνω σε ΚΑΝΕΝΑΝ! Ήταν αφόρητα, αφού ξυπνούσαμε για να φύγουμε από το κατάλυμα! Ότι χειρότερο. Δεν νοιάζει πραγματικά τον ιδιοκτήτη για την κατάσταση του καταλύματος, αφού είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο και θα βρεθεί σίγουρα κάποιος για να το κλείσει. Απογοητευτικό. Δεν καταλαβαίνω τα σχόλια που έγραψαν ότι ήταν καθαρά…. Πετάξαμε τα λεφτά μας και μας κατέστρεψε τις διακοπές για τις οποίες δουλεύεις σκληρά για να τις πραγματοποιήσεις.

• Dimosthenis (8/5): Overall, a very nicely located apartment with all the essentials. - We stayed in the basement apartment and were very satisfied with our stay. The pictures on the website accurately reflected the property, the location was great, and both the apartment and common areas were clean. All appliances, the AC, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The only minor issue was that the shower was a bit small. There was rust on the shelf, and the silicone at the base of the shower was worn, which gave it a slightly unclean appearance. Overall, a very nicely located apartment with all the essentials.
• Sophie (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend unless you like ants and sweating - Wasn’t too far from the strip, outside bbq and pool area was nice but out of order on a night as the neighbours were rude. The worst aircon I’ve ever experienced, like someone blowing on you, dripping with sweat through the night, then during the day was unbearable, we tried to spend as little time there as possible due to the heat. No towels or bedding restocked in the laundry room throughout our whole stay. Room 2 deluxe studio was tiny, no balcony and had an ant infestation. Ants were in climbing round door frames, inside the toaster and shelving, and around the floor into our belongings. We left for the last 2 nights of our holiday as it was unbearable.

• Alisa (10/5): Cozy and comfortable stay near beautiful beaches and numerous shops. Air conditioning in the property is a biiiiig plus! - Nice location, pretty near to the Fig Tree Bay and the bus stop. So cozy stay with the clear pool. Also close to Lidl and to main touristic street
