• Valerie (10/5): Central and excellent value apartment in Riga. Staff were so amazing and helpful. - Staff so so nice and helpful. Allowed us in to the apartment a little early. My friend had hurt her foot and the girl who was cleaning the apartment organised ice and a drink of water while I went to chemist. They also were so helpful in allowing us stay as late as possible on check out day. Apartment is perfect for two people not 5 star but clean and right in the center. Excellent value for money. There was also a Great restaurant right next door called the Garage. Nothing

• Anzelika (10/5): - Недавно были в этих апартаментах и опять туда вернулись, потому что все понравилось и даже не раздумывали где остановится в этот раз. Все полностью устраивает. Прекрасное расположение. Все в шаговой доступности. И главное сразу в старой Риге. Ещё вернёмся обязательно.

• alessandro (9/5): ottimo per stare in centro ma tranquilli - l'appartamento è nel pieno del centro storico ma essendo all'interno di una corte non risente dei rumori tipici quali locali e altro. in un attimo si è sotto i principlai monumenti o in uno dei tantissimi locali del centro. plauso al gestore. risponde sempre nel giro di pochi minuti ed è super disponibile. grazie davvero

• Ieva (8/5): Excellent location, cosy place - Excellent location. Easy check-in. The apartment is cosy and welcoming with all the basic necessities. There is only a handwashing sink in the bathroom, for anything more like washing face, brushing teeth, you have to use the kitchen, but that's just a minor inconvenience, everything else was perfect.

Además viendo las críticas de huéspedes anteriores, diría que el dueño lo ha mejorado casi todo; limpieza casi impecable, instalación de pequeño lavabo en el baño, café y té de cortesía, reubicación de la cama para mejor gestión de luz. Es un gran apartamento. A pesar de que el dueño deja 3 radiadores auxiliares, si has estado todo el día fuera y es invierno...la temperatura de la casa es de unos 15 grados, lo que resulta frío para dormir

• Dru88 (9/5): Beautiful place and excellent location - The place is beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities necessary, and it has an excellent location. Super comfy bed. Friendly hosts. The room is quite cold. Luckily, electrical heaters were available for use. The window next to the bed did not have a lightproof curtain, so there was some light coming in during the night.

• Hamster Mundi (9/5): The cosiest place I have ever stayed in Riga - Coffee, tea, cream, coffee-machine in the kitchen. Lovely, atmospheric apartment with a character. We stayed overnight - I was treating my elderly mum to some music in Riga and we left the day after the concert. But the place is so relaxing that I could have stayed there for a month. Very quiet, good bed, perfect night's sleep. Reasonably spacious shower cabin. All the charms of the old town at your door-step. Good communication. Keyless entrance. Slippers. Umbrellas. Everything's taken care of. First floor location makes it available for the more fragile type of travelers. Actually it's just a word on what to expect: the size and placement of the wash-basin in the bathroom makes it impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth there, but you have got a good shower cabin as an alternative, besides there is a small mirror cleverly installed over the kitchen sink making it usable as a wash-basin. Secondly, I was travelling with my mum and I would have appreciated separate duvets. There were spare duvets in the wardrobe, but no spare duvet-cases, except the one already on the bed, so we had to share. The duvet was big enough though. The check-in instruction may benefit from a clearer statement which code is for which door and mentioning the entrance into the building (which has code locks but they are not in operation, might be puzzling)

• Daniela (10/5): - Una struttura centralissima (di fianco al parlamento per intenderci) e a cinque minuti dai monumenti di Riga. Non poteva andarci meglio... Rapporto qualità-prezzo oserei direi perfetto. La casa ha tutto quel che serve ed è in un cortile, quindi silenziosissima. Il materasso era un po' morbido, forse lo cambierei.

• Alfriston (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything we needed. It was well located so we could easily get to the bus and train stations for day trips. It was also close to the sights in Riga. It wins the prize for the smallest sink in the bathroom! Finally, we loved that we didn't need any keys. Nothing.

• Ingmarr (10/5): Comfortable, affordable, helpful. - All facilities were easy to find and functioned as they should. Shampoo and shower gel was provided, as well as tea, coffee, a place to cook. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, great value for money. The host was also quick to reply and very helpful when needed.

• Dalia (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, everything You need for a short stay (tea, coffee, sugar (and more in the kitchen), shampoo, shower gel). They let me in earlier then supposed. The bed was comfortable for me, I slept well. It's cold in there, especially in a bathroom.. (there's an el. heater in a room, though). No wifi, no TV.

• Kristīne (5/5): Passable - Great location to enjoy old town, apartment had all the necessities (in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). At night it was pretty silent too. If you need to stay one night it was okay Apartment wasnt really cozy, it gave a weird vibe. It also had a smell. If sleep is important bring own pillows, bed also was too soft for us.
