• Ramona Valentina (10/5): Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back! - We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Alicante. The location is excellent—very central and close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach, so everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach items, the coffee machine, and even an iron—small details that really make a difference. The only minor downside could be the noise from outside, as it’s located on a central boulevard, but for us it wasn’t a major issue.

• Bogdan Paul (10/5): Wonderful place. - Perfect location. Lovely host. Enjoyed Alicante. The bed could be a little bit more bigger and the mattress could be more comfortable. But it was ok. Considering the location it is totally worth it.

Excellent staff, there is everything for cooking. There is a coffee machine + coffee. Because of the noise, it is simply impossible to sleep, the walls are like cardboard, you can also hear the street. Very little hot water, I didn't find the boiler, but the hot water runs out quickly (

• Margarita (10/5): Perfekt für den Urlaub in Alicante - Die Lage ist perfekt, 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Supermärkte in der Nähe. TacoBell gegenüber. In der Wohnung sab es auch alles was man braucht, Shampoo usw., Kaffee, sogar Sonnenschirme die man zum Strand mitnehmen kann. Der Vermieter hat immer im Chat geantwortet. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, aber der Vermieter hat gesagt dass sie normalerweise geht. Das Bett ist ein bisschen klein für 2 Personen, vor allem wenn man größer ist (es ist 190×130 ungefähr).
• Una (8/5): - Odlicna lokacija, mali ali prostran stan, ima sve sto vam je potrebno. Cist Lokacija je takva da se cuju prolaznici iz glavne ulice, buka je. I ako se zatvore svi prozori i vrata i dalje se cuje zvuk. Pored toga zidovi stana su jako tanki tako da se sve cuje iz oba stana pored, neverovatno kao da smo svi u jednoj prostoriji. U spavacoj sobi krevet je jako neudoban.

• Martyna (4/5): alicante was great - location was fine and the balcony was also a good facility. The towels were fresh. We were not thrilled with the fact that there were ants everywhere. The apartment was fine but a lot of dirt on the floor from the very begining. The worst thing I saw was potatoes with water in kettle, looked like it has been there for a while. The smell was also unpleasant. We couldnt find where it was coming from but somewhere near kitchen.

We were grateful for the complimentary welcome pack of bottled water, milk and a few other refreshments. We liked the fact that we could look out for the cow outside the “ Ale Hop” shop and then we knew we were home as the entrance is next door to this shop. Alia responded quickly via WhatsApp once we’d got each other’s numbers on our phones. We had a stressful time getting into the apartment due to poor communication! No prior information about how we will get the keys. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE TO PHONE WHEN THEY ARE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY AND SOMEONE WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 5 MINUTES TO GIVE YOU THE KEYS. We kept being asked when we will arrive at the property and we did reply with a rough idea, but we were asked again. We were arriving by bus and then walking from the bus station to an apartment that we hadn’t been to before so it took us a while to find and couldn’t give a precise time. We’re not used to phoning foreign numbers from our UK phones so we had problems contacting the person with the keys and needed booking,com to assist us. It was very noisy at the front door so it was difficult to hear. No information pack in the apartment advising us about rubbish or what to do with the keys when we leave.

• David (7/5): Good - Location is amazing right in the midle of evertyhing walking distance to many sites and thousands of bars. The terace is also super nice and convinient for morning coffe. Location is amazing but with that comes the noise which is to be expected. The bigest thing is the bed if your taller than 165cm you will not fit in it and its also extremly uncomfortable.

• Hilary (6/5): Slightly disappointing. - Good location Cutlery draw fell apart when pulled open. Door in bedroom would not close completely which led to disturbed sleep due to outside noise. Toilet did not flush very well.

CHerry on top was the host that was very nice to us, we had some minor constraints related to check out and they were ready to listen and suggest solutions! I would definitely commend! Very recommended place! Everything was perfect!

The apartment offers everything you need, including beach umbrella and a gorgeous view of Santa Barbara Castle. It was a little noisy - we could hear the traffic and people singing at 3am despite the closed windows.

• Jose (9/5): Very good city center apartment - Location was right in the city centre. Restaurants, bars, shops and everything was in minute or two walking dintance. About 300-400 meters to Postiguet beach. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, balcony (x3) and air condition. In kitchen there was complimentary water, coffee, bisquit, ice cream etc. And washingmachine in kitchen´s balcony. Netflix was installed and ready to use in both livinroom and bedroom TV. Bed and pillows were both very good. Apartment was clean and in good condition. Wifi was working fine, but not exellent in speed. Everything in apartment was just like in pictures. If you are light sleeper and want quiet apartment, this is not your perfect choice. Traffic and people sounds are loud from street almost 24 hours and comes up to this 6th floor apartment. Table and chair for using laptop would be great. Now there is none.
