- Victoria (10/5): - The location was great! It was a 5 minute walk to Chungmuro station and maybe a 10 minute walk to Euljiro station. We were able to get around with ease. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The washer came in handy since we had a longer trip and was easy to use. Also, if we ran out of anything, we just asked the office staff and they were able to give us more (toilet paper, garbage bags, extra towels, etc.). There were also two GS25s( convenience stores) in the building, which was nice if we didn't want to go out for food sometimes or if we needed something else.

- Stefania (10/5): - Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in perfekter Lage, um Seoul zu erkunden. Wir (im 13. Stock) hatten durchs Fenster sogar Blick auf die Stadt von oben (in fast allen anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Südkoreareise haben wir auf die Fassaden anderer Gebäude geschaut😄) - so war das Zimmer auch schön hell. Sehr sauber und leise trotz zentraler Lage, konnten sogar bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Self-Check-In.

- Lenka (9/5): totally recoomemd!! - the biggest pro of wecostay chungmuro is the excellent location!! it’s just 3 mins from the airport bus stop as well, which was the most convenient thing. there are several convenience stores, cafés and restaurants nearby. the apartment was clean and spacious, it had superb views. everytime we interacted with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. we appreciated the self check in/check out. we really enjoyed our stay. it’s minor, but we weren’t really satisfied with the storage options. only one room has a wardrobe and a mirror. there is a big wardrobe in the hall, but there wasn’t any place to hang our clothes, and we had to leave our stuff on the floor in the room with no wardrobe. the bathroom also didn’t have much space, we didn’t know where to keep our towels. they only gave us 2 toilet papers for 8 night stay, we had to go ask them for more.

Better if you find another accommodation around this location. - The location was great - when we visited Korea for the last 3 years, we always stayed in Chungmuro as it is a very handy location. Check-in and out process was easy and straightforward. The worst bathroom ever - don't expect to get the hot water from the shower on time. I was 27 weeks pregnant and had to stay in the cold shower for more than 15 minutes. Hot water came roughly after 5-10 minutes and all of a sudden it turned into cold water. I have messaged the office on the second day of my stay (after the second shower) and only received the feedback on the 4th day (in the morning just before the check-out). They were saying they have issue with the messenger app - which didn't make any sense. Very poor service and the smell of the toilet was very bad - can smell the odor whenever we came into the accommodation. When we first checked in, the place was full of strong diffuser and there was a reason for this.

- Mai (10/5): Wonderful hotel stay!!! - The bed was comfortable & the unit has a washer plus the cloth hanging racks which worked out perfectly. We stayed here for 5 nights and it felt like home. Will definitely come back again when in Seoul. The hotel is only 1 subway station from Myeongdong night market. Can also walk there in 15 minutes. Conveniently located next to subway & bus stations. The staff members were also helpful & quick in response. None.

- Marina (10/5): Ideal para turismo - Había todo lo imprescindible, lavadora, microondas, hervidor de agua. Ducha con mampara.... Camas cómodas, ubicación muy buena para turismo. Si vuelvo a Seul intentaría volver a quedarme aquí. Muy recomendable. Cuesta un poco encontrarlo, hay otro sitio que se llama igual muy cerca. Consta de un grupo de habitaciones dentro de otro hotel.
- 郭 (8/5): - 這次住的是四人房，裡面還巧妙劃分成兩個小房間，空間很寬敞又明亮，大家一起住也不會覺得擁擠。浴室裡盥洗用品很齊全，像是沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳都有準備好，不需要自己額外帶。房間還配有微波爐和IH爐，臨時想熱點東西或簡單料理都沒問題。最方便的是地點，就在捷運4號線忠武路站7號出口附近，走幾步路就能搭車，無論要去明洞或東大門都很方便。整體下來，我覺得特別適合家庭出遊，或是朋友揪團一起住，舒適度跟便利性都滿分。 美中不足的是，旅館附近比較像是老舊社區，尤其每天晚上回住宿時，路上總會有喝醉的人大呼小叫，這點提供給需要的人參考，其他的很棒！

Genuine helpfulness is what sets them apart. For any question, we didn't just get a polite answer, but a truly useful and friendly one. I want to express an ENORMOUS thank you to the guy at reception (I really regret not asking his name!) who literally saved our day dedicated to the water park! We were completely stuck on how to get there and where to buy transfer tickets. He didn't just explain – he himself found the best option for us, helped us purchase the tickets online, printed them out, and gave us clear instructions! Thanks to him, the trip went perfectly, without any stress. This level of help and engagement is rare! This young man is a true professional and a gem of an employee! I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Seoul with genuinely caring staff.

Everything was fine, the room was tidy, it was equipped with everything we could need, and the location was 10/10, the metro was close, which made our job very easy. The only thing missing was a shovel and a broom, and if someone doesn't ask for cleaning, it's a bit inconvenient, but we were so satisfied with everything that we don't want to give a worse rating.

- Heyde (9/5): First Trip to Korea - The room was very comfortable. I really appreciated having a refrigerator with a freezer and a washer. The location was great for walking and taking the subway. The room felt like a mini home away from home. The hot water took a long time to heat up and the pillow was too flat.

- Martin (7/5): Good - Location, the room space was big for 2 people, easy to check in and check out, luggage storage space was handy. Cleanliness was not so good, the bathroom counter was not cleaned, wiping the top of the counter revealed it to be dusty. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly, more dust on the lid. Towels smelled old so we had to wash them in the machine before use.

Not easy to locate the location when booking through Uber or taxi as it state Sollago instead of Weco Stay Chungmuro. During the whole 8 days of stay, there was no room cleaning or towel change, a bit disappointing.

A plus point to the showrr not being a wet bathroom like most in most Koreans studio appartments. Recommended for a long time stay if you want to be independent in the city. We booked it again after our short trip to Busan. Would have loved if a cleaning could have been arranged for our one week stay.

- Hwee (10/5): Great stay overall! - Reasonably sized and well equipped! Apartment was comfortable for 2, and was clean and cosy. Great location as well, within mins walk from Chungmuro station. Area was quiet and peaceful.
- Gar (6/5): Overall it was good !! - Took a while to figure out where to go as was connected to another hotel. Wasn’t sure if I used the same lifts as I did self check in. The room was clean and spacious which I needed. Close to tube less 5 mins walk. The pillow was flat, had a bad neck from it. Requested an extra pillow but wanted to charge me, so left it (never been charged for extra pillow was surprised)
- Ewelina (10/5): GOOD. - I rate my stay very highly. The place is equipped with everything that makes the stay easier. The apartment is very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you for assisting with contacting the restaurant where I left my souvenir. During our stay of over a week, we were able to change towels, borrow a steamer, and receive toilet paper. There are two shops downstairs. At night, it is quiet compared to my previous stay in Myeongdong. There are many recommended restaurants around. Everything is close by. Finally, there is a beautiful view of N Seoul Tower from the window. You can check in earlier. Each hour costs 10,000 WON. No cleaning service during the stay. It can be requested for an additional fee.

Information about check-in was a day earlier before our arrival. The room was clean. We expected that the room would be cleaned at least once every 2-3 days, but it turned out to be a paid service...It was a bit disappointing, because the expectations were different for that kind of money. But in any case, we did the cleaning ourselves and it wasn't a big problem for us
