• Magnus (10/5): Overall, it was very delightful and i enjoyed my time in the accommodation and in the area. - Excellent location, good proximity to local amenities, great host very responsive I missed having a microwave because i am used to it. However there was an oven that worked perfectly. My first time staying in air bnb in italy, i usually stay in hotels, so i am not sure what the configuration of properties in italy is. However i already gave feedback to host that a microwave would have been great to have as well.

The owner was fantastic—extremely reliable and perfectly organized, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Nothing was ever a problem for her. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean and lovely. We especially appreciated the location; it’s right in the city center in one of the charming side streets, yet it remained surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The only very minor detail was that the pillows were a bit too firm and high for our liking, but that is a tiny thing compared to the overall excellent experience. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends.

Our host made us feel like family. - The location has been fantastic — close to everything we needed and incredibly convenient. It really made the stay easy and enjoyable. A fantastic host awaits you. The host was always willing to help, communication was smooth, and the hospitality made the stay feel really comfortable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected.

Nella doccia l'acqua calda arriva molto tardi ed è difficile da capire in che senso girare la manopola inoltre c'è poca pressione . Manca qualche gancio per appendere asciugamani in bagno e giacche in entrata. La scala di accesso molto ripida e mal tenuta. Nessuna finestra in camera da letto.

• edmond (8/5): - Location was excellent and was different from where we stayed on 2 previous visits to Naples. We arrived late and struggled to find the correct doorway. While we were provided with a photograph of the box where the keys were, it took time to find the actual door where the key box was. I would suggest a photograph indicating the door as it was next to a kebab shop. If someone struggles with stairs this would be a problem as there are a lot.

We hadn't realised from reading reviews and property information that the apartment is up a number of relatively steep steps (2 flights after the street steps) which was not ideal for my elderly mother. • _Chrys (9/5): Great stay in Naples - We stayed here for a few days and had a great overall experience. The location is excellent — just 10 minutes from the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Key pickup was easy, and communication with the owner was flawless and very friendly. The apartment is spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, and easy to access (please note it's not wheelchair-friendly due to stairs and no elevator). Both bedrooms offer lots of storage space and hangers, and the kitchen and bathroom were definite highlights. The street is calm compared to other locations, and since the main bedroom is at the back, it’s generally quiet. The bathroom is large with a great shower, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a huge fridge and a good coffee machine (plus complimentary capsules — a nice touch). The water kettle worked but could use some cleaning due to rust. TVs in every room and clean, effective air conditioning were also a plus. The only downside was the mattress in the main bedroom, which was comfortable but extremely noisy, making it very hard to sleep — light sleepers might prefer the second bedroom. The balcony door handle was broken and couldn’t be closed, which allowed the street noise both nights we stayed, but it calmed down around midnight, so we were able to sleep. As a development area, adding a couple of towel hooks in the bathroom would help since there is only the shower door to hand them up. Overall, I’m very satisfied, would return, and have already recommended this apartment to some friends. I'm looking forward to coming back. I just hope they chang the mattress before our next visit! :)

• Hamdi (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of the City - We had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautifully decorated, high ceiling home, located in the heart of the city where everything is just a short walk away. We highly recommend it to everyone.
• Dieferson (10/5): I would choose again. - Stay in Chiaia neighbourhood is always a good choice. It is easy to access the main points in Naples and you have great option to eat. Have a little grocery store in front of the apartment. The host is really friendly. We loved our stay. Nothing to complain in this stay.
• Nergi̇s (8/5): Very good - It was clean and location was perfect. It would have been nice to have detergent for washing clothes. There was only shower gel in the bathroom, no shampoo. Despite previous comments mentioning the lack of a hanger in the bathroom, this issue has not been resolved.

It is located in a very safe and nice area. The property is on the 2-nd European floor. There are 40 stairs to the property.
• Una (7/5): Beautiful apartment in convienent area, shame about kebap under the window - The apartment is in a convenient area just some steps up from Via Chiaia. There is absolutely no traffic noise which is a big plus in Naples. Its a very beautiful apartment. Lots of cupboards and drawers to store stuff. Noisy kebab shop just under that stays open until very late with people eating outside and speaking. If you sleep in room on opposite side it’s acceptable. No bed side tables so no where to leave things near bed or leave down anywhere. No hooks to hang wet / dry towels in the bathroom. The window and the door are locked in the big bedroom so no natural light or fresh air and in case of emergency it could be an issue.

It would have been very helpful to have directions written in English to operate Coffee machine...washer..AC. Would have been nice to just with host. Had alot of ?s on how to get and what 2 see.

• Monica (10/5): Great ! - Excellent, we stayed for 1 night as a stop over. Great facilities, big bathroom and shower, comfortably fit 5 people. The gentleman helped us lug all our large suitcases up the stairs. Please be cautious as there are a lot of stairs. Ensure you have someone to help if you can’t lift heavy. Good location and clean area in Naples. Close to the Central Station too. Great restaurants around. Quick customer service.

The pillows were too big, uncomfortable. There was no bedside table so had to put everything on the floor. Could not use the toaster because it was impossible to plug in.

• Janet (8/5): Fabulous base to explore Naples and the surrounding area. - Location was fantastic and host was really responsive to request for a fan! Shower curtain in the bathroom would make showering easier. A second set of keys would have been helpful but this did not cause us an issue.
