• Dennie (5/5): - The apartment was reasonably clean and the location was good. The facilities were poor and the main bed was uncomfortable. The sofa bed was so small and the mattress so thin that it was insufficient even for a ten year old.. The owner never responded to any of my attempts to contact him, including to my request for an invoice.
• Stephane (5/5): - Pour passer la nuit, l'appartement est réservable. Toutefois, certains éléments nous ont semblé gênants : le "canapé lit" qui n'est qu'un petit canapé déplié à même le sol sur lequel est ajouté un fin surmatelas, la table à 4 pieds qui ne tient que sur 3, les 2 chaises en plastique très fragile ou encore la fin de liquide vaisselle à peine suffisante pour laver notre vaisselle du soir.
• Roland (8/5): Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnug - Es gibt eine gute Busverbindung und die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung Das Inventar des Backofens war voller Fettrückstände und nicht gereinigt und Schlafsofa nicht gerade komfortabel.
• Susan (5/5): We were unsatisfied with the parking information. Other wise it was OK we wouldnt stay there again - good location poor wardrobe space/storage for our things although we requested on site parking there was no permit left or delivered. We had to move our car to the park and ride on one day to avoid a fine as on street parking was limited to 2 hours during the day. This was not made clear when booking. We were unsure whether the parking on the verge was subject to the restrictions or not and could not find out. There were building works going on next door in the adjoining property
• Anonymous (8/5): Good stay for 2 people, don’t book for 2+ people - The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. Lots of light, very close to bus station (30min to city centre), washing machine and dish washer, very nice shower. It was very clean and tidy. The bed has a good mattress and pillows. The sleeper couch is horrible. Do not expect to have a (good) sleep on it. You won’t fit 3 or 4 people in this apartment. The sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small (you flood the whole room while using it). There are 2 normal and 2 additional chairs in the closet, but the table does not fit 4 people when the couch is used for sleeping.

• Mindy (6/5): Comfortable apart from loud noise downstairs - Spacious, clean, good cooking facilities I didn’t expect having to climb up. It took me by surprise when I opened the door. A family of 4 (?) came in downstairs a couple of hours after I arrived. A screaming toddler and an even louder mother. Door knocking and slamming. I could hear everything from upstairs. However the noise eventually stopped when they go to sleep.
• Kate (8/5): Perfect if you are looking for a few days out in Oxford, it is a little out of the way but a taxi won’t cost you more th - Perfect for what we were looking for, perfect size, did the job We were only left with half a roll of toilet roll, which was a little annoying but minor. The people located under us were also really loud in the evening, but this is of course not at fault of the apartment itself

• Edvinas (8/5): Very good - Stayed here with my family for graduation. Happy with the value for money. The fitted sheet was too small and could not fit the sofa bed mattress. Also, there was no hot water on day 1 but they got fixed the next morning.

• David (9/5): Value for money! - The location: a bus available literally across the road that every 20min takes you to the city centre by less than 10GBP for up to 5 adults and valid for the whole day. Nothing in particular. The sofa-bed could be a bit larger considering that it is supposed to accommodate 2x people but still good enough.

• Robert (6/5): Not for more then 2 persons! - It was clean and the parking was for free. The bed for the two children was not prepared. There was only a dismountable sofa and a bag with a bed covers. The bed, we had to prepare in this way was too small for 2 kids of almost 15 and 17.5. Especially the length didn't suffice.

• Gabby (8/5): nice enough but not if you want a quiet sleep - The apartment itself was lovely. The location was close to green spaces. It was 15 min cycle from town (up a hill :)) The apartment was modern. I didn't use the kitchen but the shower was very nice. The bed was OK. There is no soundproofing next to the other apartment. It's like they are in the same apartment as you. I had to go downstairs at 11.30pm and ask them to be quiet. They were super nice about it, but it wasn't great given that I choose this apartment only because it said it was quiet (in the reviews -not on the website). Also, the sound insulation for outside is not great and I heard lots of motobikes and cars until middnight. It then settled, but I was woken up by the downstairs apartment before 7 (they weren't being noisy, but there is just no sound insulation).

It was difficult for three people to get ready with just the one bathroom mirror. A body mirror located next to a wall plug would be so helpful! Or a mirror above the desk.

• Daniela (10/5): Fantastic stay. - Very quiet location, near the bus station. Easy to reach the centre. The apartment is very clean and cosy. The owner Pawel is friendly and does everything in order to accommodate your staying. We had a very pleasant stay.
• Marie (9/5): Beautiful modern flat with great bus connection, WiFi and parking need some improvement. - Beautiful and pristine. Very well thought out conversion flat with all conveniences and very clean. The WiFi was not brilliant and would often cut out even with the booster one especially in the evening when in work video calls. Difficult to secure free parking outside so would have to leave further afield so not ideal.

• George (9/5): Comfortable home away from home. - Had a comfortable stay. Pawel was very polite and accommodating and made our check-in a smooth process. Also a nice quiet neighborhood with parking available. The apartment was clean and comfortable but the one downside was that the provided fan didn't work.

• Steven (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment, very new especially bathroom and kitchen, and clean inside. Well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances. Bed was comfortable. Small detail, but kitchen didn’t come with cooking supplies such as seasoning, spices, oil, baking paper, etc, which would have made everything perfect! Also a fan would have been nice as we stayed during a heatwave, but of course in Oxford this is probably only required on a small part of the year.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - This place is a gem only a couple of miles to the city centre. Can only describe it as the best place I've stayed in Oxford over the past year. The apartment is like a 5☆ for just a fraction of the price. Excellent communication & help from Pawel will be using again

• Barbara (9/5): Superb - Beautifully decorated spacious first-floor apartment. Bright and airly, with all mod cons. The host was very accommodating and twice answered our call on the first ring. Merely a suggestion, but a fan in the room would have been very welcome. Even with the windows open, it was a very hot night with little to no breeze for comfort. That said, we would definitely stay again.
