Raimund (5/5): Essen, Kaffee trinken, spülen, waschen und auf dem Balkon sitzen sollte man woanders. - Gutes, recht neues Badezimmer. Bett ist bequem. Gute Lage mitten in Adeje. Geschirr und Geschirrschrank waren nicht sauber und hatten "dauerhafte Flecken". Billige, einfache Filterkaffeemaschine. Leider keine großen Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Wenig Besteck. Zum Geschirr abtrocknen gibt es genau EIN ca. 20x20cm großes Handtuch. Uralte Waschmaschine ohne erkennbares Schleuderprogramm. Kein Problem, denn zum Wäsche aufhängen stehen exakt 7 Wäscheklammern zur Verfügung. Balkon ist vorhanden, leider ohne Stühle und Tisch, daher nur zum Wäsche aufhängen zu gebrauchen. Kontakt zum Vermieter: Vereinbarte Ankunft war 16h. Als ich ihm um 14h schrieb, ich sei bereits vor Ort kam die Antwort "ich melde mich", was leider nicht passierte. Als ich ihn um 16h anrief meinte er "ich esse gerade". Gegen 16.30 konnte ich das Apartment dann beziehen. Auf mein kommentarloses Foto von unsauberem Geschirr im unsauberen Schrank kam keine Antwort des Vermieters.
Sofja (4/5): We come to Tenerife 3-5 times a year, but never had such poor experience. - Nice apartment, good quality of mattresses. The location is good for traveling by car around the island, but there is never free parking nearby. No hair dryer, no cooking knives and boards, shortage of towels and bed linen for 9-days staying. Only one key for 2 persons. The owner doesn’t speak English but try to talk Spanish all the time. If he could text me I could use a translation app at least. In the end of staying we’ve received a charge of stealing a TOWEL for 20€. Although, on the contrary, we had to buy a lot of different things in order to spend our vacation comfortably.
