Lo elegimos porque acceptance mascotas La comida del restaurante no nos parecio buena para el precio. El servicio sí fue muy bueno. No pudimos dormir debido al calor y la musica a tope de volumen que entrana por la ventana.

Tampoco es normal que la atención por teléfono sea en horario partido. Intentamos contactar con el restaurante del hotel para hacer reserva el mismo día y no fue posible. Olor horroroso en el baño

- Adeline J. (5/5): dissapointing stay at the bungalows, could try hotel next time - Amenities in the hotel were nice and the breakfast was nice too. The pool a little bit on the cold side but enjoyable if you kept moving. Chiquipark, animals and pretty scenery were bonuses that we were happy to have. We stayed in the bungalows, had to take the car and to go up to the hotel since the road to walk passes by a road making it insane to take it with a toddler. There's nothing to enjoy this time of the year by the bungalows; playground is in terrible conditions and the area is sincerely bad looking. The camping part which was just below us looked like a very poor neighborhood in Detroit. The bungalow that was supposed to be for 4-6 people was extremely tiny, all the lights were bright white, which made it very uncomfortable at night. Hot water lasts one shower, no dishwasher, poorly equipped kitchen. In general, everything felt very cheap. Wont be back

Cena de nivel con poco que ofrecer a los más pequeños. Un error que obliga a desplaza para cebar en otros lugares, necesariamente coger el coche.

- Victor (8/5): Ideal para familias - Espacio ideal para familias. Piscina climatizada, mini club para ninos. Es un alojamiento pensado para ellos. El restaurante excesivamente caro para las pocas opciones que ofrecian (menu cerrado). Valia mas la pena ir al centro civico de la calle de enfrente que tenias muchas mas opciones y mucho mas barato.

En general bien. Una oferta más económica de desayuno para los que no queremos buffet, ya que en el bar solo hay bebidas café etc, pero de comer croissant. Lo demás perfecto.

- Nuria (4/5): Decepcionante sin spa ni piscina - La limpieza de los apartamentos y que tenia de todos los utensilios La piscina climatizada cerrada entre semana, el spa cierra los lunes y los martes no abre hasta las 15.00 con lo cual no lo pudimos usar. ASI QUE MUY DECEPCIONANTE por que elegimos este hotel por la piscina y el spa familiar

- John (8/5): AMAZING views of the Pyrenees, peaceful location, great place for families! - AMAZING views of the Pyrenees, ping-pong table, pickleball court, kids play room inside our building, having access to the pool The heated pool was definitely not warm enough…it needs to be at least 2 degrees warmer. The restaurant dinner was on the expensive side for the quality. A bit heavy overly health with vegetable drink included which was not tasty. The breakfast buffet was much better & not overly expensive.
