• Mariah (7/5): Our stay was good for the most part and we appreciate how helpful the hosts were! - The location was great and the hosts were very helpful and professional. The room was very modern and fairly well kept. The room we had booked was not the room we got, but we made it work and it ended up being just fine! Also, the Nespresso machine was broken so I couldn’t make my morning coffee, but not a big deal.

• andrea (10/5): Location centrale, comoda per visitare la città, staff gentilissimo, appartamento molto bello. - La posizione centrale rende comodo visitare la città, si ha moltissimo a portata di pochi minuti. La possibilità di fare colazione presso l'albergo è una cosa molto positiva. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio di parcheggio, ma è da non sottovalutare per chi deve arrivare a Genova in maccina. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibilie. Per la nostra esperienza, non c'è nulla da migliorare, forse perchè siamo stati solo due giorni, ma tutto è andato per il meglio.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, waren nur auf der Durchreise. Der vom Hotel organisierte Parkplatz war mehrere Minuten entfernt und teuer. Haben nachher gesehen, dass in sehr kurzer Entfernung eine öff Tiefgarage gelegen wäre (minerva)

• Renee (10/5): An Australian family in Genoa for the first time. - It was very central to the city and was great having the staff lead us around the corner to show us entry. The apartment was nice and modern and clean. The hallways of the building smelt of cigarette smoke and were quite sickening sometimes but once in the room, it was fine.

• Crisan (4/5): Short and not sweet - The apartament was nice, clean, good furniture The description includes parking as facility, misleading into believing that it is included in the price. The price they charge for parking - 21 euros a day. The long walk from the hotel to the apartment and inaccessibility of the place by car, you have to move around with your bags.
• Lucian (7/5): One night stay in Genoa - The apartment was modern, clean and with a lot of facilities. 3th floor with a small elevator in an old building. Apartment was clean, well equiped, 2 A/Cs, free WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix. Firste time in Genoa and we didn't enjoyed it overall. Very dirty city with ugly streets and full of sites everywhere. The location where the apartment is located is really dirty and noisy. Until late at night there was a lot of noise from outside, even with all windows closed was hard to fall asleep, and early morning started again. The pillows a little too big and hard for us, we got a neck ache in the morning.
• Jan (10/5): nice apartment in a great location - The appartment belongs to the hotel and it is about 10 minutes of walking from Helvetia Garibaldi hotel, where we got the keys. The parking was pre ordered and cost 20€ extra - about 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. The lady from the hotel told us everything, I left the family in a hotel and drove to park the car. I left the car in a not very nice looking garage, but all was finaly ok. There was a man who operates about 20 cars. Then I walked back to the hotel and the lady took us to the appartment. Which is nice, newly recostructed, all perfect. It is very close to Via Garibaldi, and to the centre and port. The parking could be a bit easier, but a the end of the day, all set perfectly.
