• Louise (10/5): A perfect stay - Angela was a perfect host and made up feel very welcome, but also gave us time alone to enjoy the accommodation and the birds. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

• Lucie (10/5): - Glenn was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The space is very homely and tranquil. We immediately felt comfortable and surrounded by nature. We had a beautiful time and will definitely be back again.
• Benjamin (10/5): A home among the gum trees - Glen and Angela were so lovely and accommodating, unfortunately as we had to run out for an event we didn't get to spend as much time as we would like at Kookaburra retreat but the house is beautiful, comfortable beds and sizable rooms, the bird life and bush land on site was lovely and the hosts were welcoming and genuine. Nothing we were very happy with our stay

They made me feel right at home and so did the Kookaburras that came to visit. It was such a peaceful and beautiful spot. I can't wait to go back. That I couldn't stay longer.

• Hiromi (10/5): Awesome gateway. - We really enjoyed our stay at Kookaburra retreat. The house is surrounded by nature and also the inside is very neat, clean and very welcoming. There are many indoor plants that made us relax. Our lovely hosts Angela and Glenn are a warm nice couple. It was the first time to feed to WILD Kookaburras !! They were really cute and friendly. We had breakfast near by beautiful birds!! We’ll come back one day for sure. Thanks Angela and Glenn xxx Nothing.

• Clara (10/5): Keeping this on the bucket list to come back - Angela and Glen were absolutely lovely, made us feel very welcome, and gave us fruits, toast, hot chocolate, and other snacks for our stay with them. They were even kind enough to let us come back well after out check out time to shower and clean up after a running event in Beaconsfield. They have a lovely home with a beautiful view, and you even get to feed the Kookaburras on the deck. Ideal home for relaxing with a book, being surrounded by nature, and close to town. • Jitka (10/5): Extraordinary, peaceful place with breathtaking views - This place is extraordinarily special! I felt very welcome; the house, the room, and the surroundings were beautiful. Angela and Glenn are such a lovely people. There are many walks close by, and the views are breathtaking. The birds come so close. What a great feeling when the kookaburra or parrot is sitting next to you, and you feed them :) I enjoyed every minute at this wonderful place.
