• Ursula (10/5): - What a wonderful discovery - both, this beautiful apartment and the city of Brescia. Massimo was a perfect host: great communication, always there to answer questions and provide support. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great bed, very spacious bathroom with excellent shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine and a generous supply of coffee pods - grazie! -, a wide selection of teas, snacks, water and soft-drinks. The location in the heart of the old town could not be better! Close to all the historic piazzas and museums, plenty of bars and restaurants - and also very quiet!

There were toiletries (including toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb) included, as well as a complementary mini bar (a great surprise). The host was very helpful with self-check-in and check-out. The location was also exception, in close proximity to restaurants and sights of the city. Easily the best Booking.com room I've stayed in (and I've been doing it for many years). No faults. Simply outstanding.

• Robert&carolyn (10/5): The BEST studio apartment experience we have ever had during decades of travelling. - Amazing little studio a short walk from everything you want to see. Everything we needed to self-cater was in the galley kitchen. Also - very generous supplies by the hosts - there were cold drinks ready for our arrival in the fridge which was VERY much appreciated after 15 hours of travelling to get here (a cold beer was just the thing to revive me - I hate travel days). Also, a basket of snacks was ready to enjoy. Coffee and a wide range of tea was also provided. It was easy to access the building and apartment with the provided codes. Another thoughtful touch - outside each room is a rack with an umbrella. This is one of the few times we wish we could rate a place higher than 10 - we would absolutely stay here again when we return to this part of Italy. The A/C set up was a little quirky - maybe we messed up the controls as we tried to cool the room a little, but not much changed. Fortunately we didn't need it really - early May was comfortable.

Communication with the owner was very good and they were available all the time for all the questions. Big plus - we could store the luggage in the common area, so we were luggage free tourists in Brescia. Very good experience, we’d definitely come back!

• Phil (9/5): Brilliant stay in he heart oof the old Town of Brescia - Loved this apartment in the heart of the old Town. Lovely facilities, the staff even let me get my stuff as I was a little late checking out. Supremo. Nothing, great communication via whatsapp. Bit hot for me in the room, but then again I'm from a cooler climate.
