• Bernhard (5/5): Airkey Nein Danke - Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Klo mit Dusche Möglichkeit. Wartezeiten einplanen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Putzfrau war sehr freundlich. Diese Unterkunft nutzt das Airkey System zum Öffnen der Türen. Du erhältst ein Video das erklärt wie es funktioniert. Als ich angekommen bin hat es aber nicht funktioniert. Ich habe mich genau an die Anleitung gehalten, aber es ging trotzdem nicht. Also habe ich die Nummer gewählt. Dort meldet sich kein Mensch sondern eine KI per SMS. Die natürlich nicht verstehet was das Problem ist. Nachdem nichts vorangegangenen ist stand ich immer noch vor der Tür. Ich habe dann noch Mal einen neuen Code angefordert und dann öffnete sich die Tür. Es hat immer mehrere Versuche gebraucht bis ich drin war. Fazit: Nie wieder eine Unterkunft mit Airkey.

• Charlli (8/5): - The location was perfect ! The appartement is really nice. I definitely recommend the place 😎✨ Little issue : we could not close the door of our room, the key on the door did not work. Fortunately, the other guests that arrived during the night did not open our room by mistake.

• Ferdinand (4/5): - Es war sauber. Leute aufpassen es ist eine Gemeinschaftswohnung. Ein Bad / WC Gemeinschaftsnutzung, zumal der Schlüssel vom Bad nicht vorhanden war. Da musste man erfinderisch sein. Private Parkplätze werden angeboten, jedoch keine vorhanden. Aufpassen mit dem Parkhaus P7, diese wird abgeschlossen nach 22:00 Uhr und Sonntag könnt ihr euer Auto nur gegen eine Gebühr von 50 € rausfahren. Ich habe zwar noch zwei Aufenthalte gebucht, jedoch werde ich diese nicht in Anspruch nehmen.
• Desideria (8/5): Mega Aufenthalt, würde sicherlich nochmal kommen. - Die Lage ist super, das Bett sehr gemütlich und für diesen Preis wirklich spitze ! Hab mich wohl gefühlt. Leider hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen, woran ich mich dann nach gewisser Zeit gewöhnt habe.. dennoch das einzige was leicht gestört hat, sonst war alles super !!

It had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and fast Wi-Fi. The location is another big highlight. It is situated couple minutes away from center, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Train station is in less than 5 minutes away as well. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well-organized, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Overall, I felt very comfortable and at home during my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

The whole situation was very disappointing. Even finding the place was difficult There was only a number 8 at the entrance, with no information about the property at all. Because I accomodate in other hotel for all datas of reservation (3-8) february. Two time I writing to booking help centre, no answer and from you again any answer and help. Because tomorrow I will inform saarbrucken toirism department aboit that case. Continuing of that hystory: mr Strecker writing me just now (i tbink after editing my comment) and say that i connected with him only yesturday???- last day of accomodation??? What l doit before??? And why hi delete my messages from 3, 4, 5, 6 7 february??? Can you believe to that wrong information??? Or maybe it is jock???

• Ella123456789 (8/5): Für den Preis gut - Lage ist super. Alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmerausstattung ist entsprechend dem Preis - man darf nicht zu viel erwarten, aber für ein Wochenende gut! Parken kostet rund 16 Euro pro Nacht.

Соседи были совсем не тихими, после 12 ночи. Зачем-то пытались открыть мой номер. Может за эти деньги в Германии дешевле не найти, но эти апартаменты похожи на бумажную коробку. За парковку авто заплатил почти как за проживание в отеле, 20€. Номер возле туалета, громкие соседи, плохая шумоизоляция

Meine Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. 😊 ​Was mich besonders überzeugt hat: ​📍 Lage der Extraklasse: Man fällt förmlich direkt in die Fußgängerzone – zentraler und schöner kann man in Saarbrücken gar nicht wohnen! ​📱 Reibungsloser Check-in: Die Nutzung der Schlüssel-App war super bequem und hat für einen total entspannten Start gesorgt. ​✨ Wohlfühl-Ambiente: Alles war so wunderbar ordentlich und blitzsauber (besonders das Badezimmer), dass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe. ​🍳 Perfekte Ausstattung: Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und das gesamte Apartment versprüht eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre. ​💻 Starkes WLAN: Ein riesiger Pluspunkt – das Internet war extrem schnell und absolut stabil. ​Ich schätze die Professionalität und die Liebe zum Detail hier sehr. • Karier (10/5): - Ich war mit meinem Sohn in der Residenz. Wir hatten ruhige Mitgäste 😊 Es war sehr sauber! Zentral gelegen, Fußgängerzone ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Ideal zum shoppen und eine schöne Zeit zu genießen.

Nacht wurde ich dann um 7 von anderen Gästen, die sich lautstark unterhalten haben aufgeweckt… wer Geräuschsensibel ist (oder allgemein Wert auf Schlaf legt), sollte diese Unterkunft also meiden. Die Bitte um Parkplatz wurde von der Unterkunft mehrmals ignoriert, weshalb ich es dann aufgegeben habe.

• Elias (5/5): - Der Gastgeber war gut und die Unterkunft war gut. Die Unterkunft ist akzeptabel, aber das Bett ist sehr schlecht. Es macht störende Geräusche. Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen.
• Tuyet Anh (8/5): - Mr. Tim Strecker, my main point of contact at Viktoria Residence, was extremely helpful and responsive; thus, I did not encounter any issues before, during, and after my stay. At the same time, the place offers an excellent location - very close to Saarbrücken Hauptbahnhof and Saarbrücken Flixbus Station - both within walking distance.
