The location and beach were beautiful. We stayed Anna’s. The house was cozy and comfortable. We rented a car, but a bus also passes by the house. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Yukarıdaki park yerine girerken büyük bir çukur var. Girip çıkarken zorladı. There was a large pothole as you entered the parking lot. It was difficult to get in and out.
• Mustafa (10/5): Güzel bir tatil deneyimi oldu - Temizlik açısından ev çok temiz ferah ve kullanisliydi.Kahvaltı dahil değildi ama mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç vardı.Herturlu kahve makinesi ve ikram hazır kahve kapsülleri ve çay vardi.Buzdolabinda su ve dondurma, şarap bulunmaktaydi.Konum olarak denize yakın olması çok iyiydi.Ev sahibi ilgiliydi sürekli iletisimdeydik.Cikista saat konusunda esneklik sağladı. Sadece teras bölümünde güneşlenmek için senzlong olabilirdi.

Evin iç dekorasyonu sade ve modern, temel ihtiyaçlarınızi karşılayacak her türlü araç gereç mevcut. Maria'nin yardımcı ve sıcakkanlı tavırlarından çok memnun kaldık. Tesisin fiyat/performans dengesi biraz daha iyi olabilirdi, ama erken rezervasyon yapanlar için tatmin edici olacaktir. Elektrikli araçlar için şarj imkanı yok. Araç park yerimiz çok dardi, geniş ve uzun araçlar icin dikkatli olunmaz ise aracınızi park ederken zarar gormesi muhtemel.

• Tezgin (10/5): Exceptional - The property was amazing, very clean, and had everything you would need. It is just above the beach so you can just walk in seconds and enjoy the sea. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
• Semih (10/5): Very good vacation - I'd like to tank to residence owner Barbara and her lovely family due to their very warm hospitality. Barbara and her husband are very helpful for anything you need. The residence is a new building having almost all the facilities that we need for a week stay. It is a modern building very close to beach. We will visit there again for sure. Nothing to report

• Safak (10/5): Exeptional!! - Thanks to very friendly and helpful owners. There are 3 villas, we rented Dimitris Villa and it has 2 rooms and saloon, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It also has veranda and terrace. There are all necessary tools and wares in kitchen. Even they kept ice for us in the fridge. :) There was a parking lot for each villa. We asked them to extend check out time up to 4pm and they accepted. There were no employee at residances, we got keys from a keybox with a password and left at same place with same style. Place was close to Chios city centre(15min), market(10min), restaurants(1min) and cafes(1min). And there was a very good beach at only 30meter distance. Shortly, it was very good place. You should go!
