- mary (7/5): - Comfy bed No kettle in room

- Sue (7/5): Comfortable - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The manager was polite and helpful. The accommodation did what we were expecting, and we knew there wouldn’t be a kettle etc. but I would have paid a bit more to have one!
- Doyle (7/5): - Could of done with a kettle in the room
- selley (8/5): Was a great location - Great location with tesco over the street
Dingwall high street easy access plenty of food options to be found locally. The room was huge plenty of space. It was like krypton factor to get in with all the push button codes, front door, then corridor door the finally your room door. You certainly don't want to forget your phone and leave it inside your room unless you have other means of remembering them all.
Would be great to have a kettle in the room, and a dressing table and chair just to place things on.
- Davies (8/5): Satisfied - Easy to book. Comfortable for one night stay. Opposite Tesco which we used for morning coffee and breakfast. No facilities in room for making a drink.
Parking was free Everything was fine you got what you paid for.

- Clare (5/5): A cheap, convenient option. But it’s not a quiet place to stay. - Good parking Noisy -walls really thin so lots of noise from adjacent rooms. Fire alarm went off randomly as well.
- Philip (8/5): - Good location, secure, great sized room. Having to leave to go home at the end of my break.
- oyeronke (9/5): - The room is comfortable and ensuite with good parking lot
- Rebekah (5/5): Nice room. No kettle. - Location was convenient. Bed was comfy. Room was warm. TESCO very close for breakfast - but cafe not open first thing in the morning. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was my only real disappointment with the accommodation. That would have made a big difference after a long drive north.

- Clare (2/5): Good location. Over priced smelly - Bed comfy Stench of cigarettes water running down bathroom wall dirty carpet noise from other guests
- Donald (5/5): It did the job but it was a bit noisy. - A kettle in the room and door closure devices on the doors to stop them slamming shut late at night.
- Zack (7/5): -
- James (5/5): -
I servizi funzionavano bene.
- Yoeri (2/5): Niet goed - Niks. Niet schoon, oud bed. Geen warm water. Duur voor wat je krijgt. Geen warm water, oud krakend/piepend bed. Onhygiënisch.
- Di (2/5): Very disappointed!! - Signage to location was poor although we arrived in the dark! Very basic poor accommodation. Was more like a basic hostel accommodation. There was no coffee/tea making facilities. The showers gel was a top up. No information available on services/provisions! We only used this as an emergency stop over. Would not recommend. See above!!!
- Iain (9/5): - Clean comfortable room, All the different door locks n codes
- Aldis (10/5): -
- steve (5/5): - Location is excellent, High St just around the corner, great parking Bed was terrible, I have stayed here before and this is unusual, but it was a cheap spring bed with a very thin mattress.
- Yvonne (7/5): - Basic room but was all that was required. Bed comfy enough. Would have like a kettle / tea making facility in the room and a mirror in the bedroom.

- BikerSan (6/5): It wasn't too bad, for a night or two is OK - Cheap, location is really good, Tesco superstore is literally just the opposite side of the road. The whole North of Scotland can visit from here and back for the night. Hot shower with decent pressure. Weird, no keys only codes on the doors. Hallway was stinky, but my room looked and smelled clean! Walls are very thin.
- Mick (7/5): - Value for money Should have a kettle
- Mick (6/5): Nice room bit should have a kettle for a cup of tea - Good price No kettle in the room
- Harikrishnan (10/5): -
- Margaret (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - NOTHING. THIS WAS NOT A GUEST HOUSE. SEE BELOW, WE STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT AS WE HAD NO CHOICE. THE ACCOMMODATION IS NOT A GUEST HOUSE. IT IS LIKE A PRISON, WITH 6 OR 7 DIGIT CODES TO BE PUT IN TO OPEN 3 DIFFERENT DOORS IN POOR LIGHT TO ACCESS A BARE CELL LIKE ROOM. WE COMPLAINED TO THE ONLY HUMAN BEING AVAILABLE ÄLAISTAIR, WHO SAID HE WAS THE CLEANER, AND WE WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT YOU FOR A REFUND.
- Joanna (5/5): - Localisation, free parking space Cleaning standard
- Lynda (10/5): - This place was very comfortable, clean and amazing value for money! We booked 1 night initially, but ended up staying 3!
- Emily (4/5): A basic place to sleep and nothing else - The location was perfect for what I needed - walking distance to Tesco/leisure center and restaurants.
Easy entrance system with codes and no keys It was incredibly basic. Rubbish pillows, squeaky bed & thin walls. The shower was moldy, there’s no tea facilities or even a glass to drink from.
It was clean enough to sleep in but you wouldn’t spend any extended time there.
I’m still trying to work out if it’s a halfway house or something
- Dritan (10/5): -
- Peter (10/5): gemütlich, stylisch mit Tartan-Bettwäsche und Vorhängen -
- Thorsten (4/5): - Gut gelegen, gutes Frühstück bei Tesco. Renoviert.
- Ricky (8/5): - Great location, was close to my job, bed comfy, Internet excellent, good shower, reasonably quiet. Quite expensive for me, no kettle for cups of tea but luckily I carry a wee travel kettle.
- Guest (10/5): Very relaxing and the staff were so nice and helpful. - We didn’t have breakfast. The roads were too busy ,and the amount of traffic was too much.
- simon (5/5): -
- Willy (7/5): -
- Yvonne (7/5): It was ok for 1 night, just very basic. - Location and clean No kettle or tea making facilities, not even a glass in the bathroom. Bathroom quite grubby and toilet seat kept sliding off the toilet. A lot of steps up to the room too.
- Bishwamani (8/5): -
- Ravinder (8/5): -
- Nicholas (8/5): Clean, secure, great location. - A very last minute booking due to reserved hotel letting our room. Host couldn't have been more helpful/ interested. Although in Inverness at the time, ensured access gained & checked all was well afterwards. Brilliant.
- Markus (1/5): do not book this - nothing. It was horrible & massively overpriced. Completely unlocked when we arrived, no hot water, and workmen started drilling at 4.30 am outside, so that you could not sleep. Do not book!!
- Guest (6/5): - There was no kettle etc
- Guest (10/5): Short but sweet. Thanks! - Quiet, comfortable and good value for money. Perfect after a long days driving for work Na
- Adam (5/5): Overall, it's a good place, but check your bed before checking in. - Close to the shops. Bed bugs. But the person on the phone reacted quickly and changed the room as one had a bed bug in it.
- Graham (8/5): Best value digs in dingwall - Price is always good. Right next to town centre with Tesco across the road. No check in needed they just provide access codes and the owner replies quick to any questions. Free private car parking. Car park can get quite full but I've always found a space.

- Rut (7/5): Thank you for a safe night at out trip around Scottland - Flexibilita pozdni fezervace a check-inu 👍🏻
- Smith (4/5): - Still not received our VAT invoice from owner
No towels in room
- Paul (3/5): - Location and price Sheets were stained
- Artūras (8/5): -

- Teresa (2/5): Never again - I liked the area. I did get a few hours of solid sleep. The shower had dampness. For someone with asthma, this was not a good place to be sleeping in overnight. The shower and the toilet were not cleaned properly. The bed squeaked every time I moved. I could hear every person going to their room and chatting from the rooms down the hall and upstairs. And as a female staying alone, I would recommend a hotel.
- Mark (8/5): Cheap and cheerful place to stay, safe, clean, warm, central to everything in Dingwall. Will be back again for the footb - Very central location in Dingwall. Right across from the Tesco and next to the high street with various takeaways.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Free parking right outside front door. Was shown up to my room by the porter, clear instructions with passcodes for the guesthouses. Absolutely ideal if you are coming up for the football and want a bed for the night. Might have been a bit dated but didn’t bother me as I was only there for a night. You can hear people and tvs in other rooms but nothing that bad. Leather chair in my room was burst on one side.
- Carol-Ann (6/5): Served our needs for our stay in Dingwall. - Location.
Cleanliness. I'm not good at technology so the booking, check in system and communication was difficult for me. No hair dryer or cup of tea facilities. No option for breakfast, it was very useful to have Tesco across the road. No human element or telephone number when attempting to book which was causing me difficulty .
- Petr (8/5): - Location, availability, car park, cleanliness Noise from tv in neighbour room, not disturbing, but still hearable.
- Michelle (8/5): Basic, clean and comfortable - It was what we needed clean, basic and comfortable beds and a hot shower. Was on the start of the NC500 perfectly placed to start an adventure
- Norbert (8/5): -
- Guest (2/5): Loud dirty place, horrible smell. Not worth the money. - The person working there, who never gave his name of explained clearly who he was, tried to be helpful but also in a pushy way that I didn't appreciate. The room was supossed to have a kettle but didnt. He lend us one. Not clean, loude very bad smells. Tree codes had to be entered each time you enter the house, and the description of arriving where badly write and confusing. The person working there, who never gave his name of explained clearly who he was, was strange and didnt reply at all when we asked for the cancellation of at least one night. Instead he woke us up the last day and ask if we were going or not. We said we wrote and we didnt know if he would get a refound or not, and he said "you have to leave but I dont know if you will get the money back" which is ridiculous. When allowed in the kitchen, I had a strong body reaction towards the pungent smell. Very weird place. And the person working there too.
- David (9/5): - Nice wee place for a base to travel around in the highlands!
- S Qureshi (7/5): The stay was OK. could have been much better if the property is operated in a professional manner - quietness professional handling of guests and room facilities
- Asjad (10/5): Was amazing stay . The owner is an amazing person. Very cooperative and friendly - Service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful All good
Kein Ansprechpartner. Wer das weiß, ist gut vorbereitet.
- Jan-Ove (3/5): - Bra läge nära centrum. Gammalt och slitet.

Bed a bit basic
- Dean (9/5): Stayed here for work for three weeks and it was everything I needed. Tesco on the doorstep and great parking. No issues - Comfortable beds, good privacy and great location with good parking

- Ruth (1/5): Apartment 1, Room 5: No wonder the room window was open on my arrival....bedroom + bathroom stank. - Re Apartment 1, Room 5 ........nothing😞.
Booked three weeks+ beforehand, and thought £55 was a very good deal BUT Morvich Guesthouse is NO guesthouse. It's a pungent smelling bedsit with room containing bed, bed cabinet, chest of drawers, and TV - nothing else. A guesthouse surely would have a tea tray or access to a kitchen - or somebody around to advise?!
Bedroom appears to have a brand new carpet, which looked nice, but force was required to open/close bathroom door because of how thick it was - ahhhh, maybe that's what carries the pungent smell? As soon as I went into the room (Apartment 1, room 5) there was this pungent smell and the ensuite bathroom was even worse. Thank goodness Tesco's was just 5minutes walk away, where I went for cleaning stuffs. I sprayed the bedroom unit tops with Pledge and wiped which allowed a short-term annulment of smell. Then I cif-cleaned the sink, taps, shower base, shower tap handles, toilet seat, and used anti-bacterial floor wipes on bathroom floor - and there was still a smell. Small blobs of 'something suspect' on wall to left of sink, which surely a cleaner would notice ......if they were doing the job properly.
- Barry (8/5): - Cheap and cheerful, great shower and comfy bed. Right by the high street and opposite Tesco which is where I was working for 3 days. Great value for what it is. No kettle in room, so had to wait till went to Tesco to get a coffee each morning.
