• Nina (10/5): Fantastic apartment with a lovely host - The apartment had everything you could need provided, the view from the terrace was great and location perfect. Only negative is the car park is very tricky to get in and out of! Better to park outside.

De ligging van appartement met zwembad en uitzicht is top! De communicatie was ook goed. De temperatuur en druk met douchen. We kregen snel lauw tot koud water. Stofzuiger zat vol vuiligheid toen we deze wilde gebruiken. Wat spetters en viezigheid op wanden en woonkamer kast. Ook kleine details ontbraken nasr onze mening in de woning, zoals wat extra schappen/opbergguimte in de badkamer en wat dubbele stopcontacten ipv enkele. De locatie/omgeving vonden we minder.
• Patrick (5/5): Disappointing - The apartment is very modern, clean, secure and the location in Playa Flamenca is good. There is a large terrace. The apartment is east facing so in March it got the sun only till about lunchtime, then it was in shadow for the rest of the day. The apartment was cold in the evenings at this time of the year. Be aware that there is an 84KW usage allowance for the week. This is not mentioned on the listing but the info appears after you have booked and paid. As the apartment was cold in the evenings we turned on the heat for 2 hours on the first night. This used 28KW so we didnt use it after this. For 5 days of our stay we turned off the air con completely. At the end of the week we had used 80KW.

• Neil (10/5): Fantastic Family holiday - The apartment and facilities were all modern and clean. Great location to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment has an enormous patio area with a gate for easy access to the pool. Road links to go and explore were really easy. On-site gym. Shutters helped make the bedroom blackout at night. The host was always in contact, when we needed. I would recommend hiring a car if you like exploring the different beaches, because they are a little too far to walk with kids. Plus it gives you the freedom to explore past the local area. There was the chance that you could lock yourself out of the apartment if you forgot to take your keys with you. (Luckily never happened to us) The pool got busy on a couple of afternoons but we always got at least one sunbed.
