• Prunelle (10/5): - La localisation est top 👌🏻 Enfin une decoration qui ne ressemble pas aux hôtels uniformisés et qui respire la personnalité de son propriétaire. Un lieu avec beaucoup de charme, adapté à la beauté de la ville. La présence d'un espace commun (machine à café, micro-onde, évier, frigo) est un vrai plus. L'absence de rideau de fenêtre occultant dans la salle de bain mais rien de bien gênant. La chambre est parfaite pour un séjour à Bologne.

De inrichting is heel authentiek, mooie oude details in het pand. Super sfeervol en karaktervol ingericht. En een waterkoker op de kamer. Contact met de host via WhatsApp was snel en efficiënt. Geen tegenvallers

• Rikke Brandt (8/5): - Beliggenheden var super. Dejlig med det lille køkken i kælderen. Gode senge og super brusekabine m godt tryk på vandet. Der var en del larm fra gaden, så vi vågnede tidligt. Vi blev modtaget af en medarbejder da vi ankom som ikke sagde velkommen eller smilede.

• Wiktoria (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w klimatycznym miejscu. - Obiekt znajduje się w dogodnej cichej lokalizacji. Jest dużo miejsca, wszystko działa sprawnie. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Jedynym minusem jest to, że w pokoju jest mało światła. Jest jedno okno, które wychodzi na samą ulicę więc żeby mieć trochę prywatności to większość czasu jest zasłonięte.

• jankoszela (9/5): - Klimat wnętrza, cofasz się dwie epoki do tyłu. Taki babcia-style ale z klasą, pieczołowicie dobrany każdy detal, urokliwe miejsce. Czysto, schludnie. Generalnie wszystko słychać, jak ktoś z góry spuszcza wodę, albo za oknem ktoś idzie przez ulicę i rozmawia czy wchodzi do domu. Okolica jest w miarę cicha na szczęście. Stare budownictwo, nieszczelne okna, drzwi to jest przyczyną, że wszystko słychać. Trzeba do tego przywyknąć. Jak się wchodzi do pomieszczeń to czuć w nosie zapach "starości", raczej dodaje klimatu bo nie jest to ostry intensywny zapach na szczęście. Zapachy kojarzyły się jak z wejściem do starego kościoła. Ciężko nazwać to wadą, gdyż wszystko ma przywoływać właśnie inną minioną epokę

• Angela (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt aber zu umfangreiche Weitergabe von sensiblen Daten nicht akzeptabel - Im Vorhinein verlangt die Verwaltung der Unterkunft umfangreiche, sensible Daten über WhatsApp. Um sicherzugehen, dass wir nicht übertrieben empfindlich bei der Weitergabe dieser Daten sind, kontaktierten wir booking.com, die uns unsere Beurteilung bestätigte. Wäre schön, wenn die Unterkunft dieses Procedere verschlankt. Dank booking.com ging es dann auch anders.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la sala comune che era fornita di caffè e the, frigo e microonde e ci ha permesso di farci la colazione. Grazie, struttura super consigliata anche per la posizione in centro, strategica per visitare a piedi Bologna.

• Barbara (10/5): 2 giorni a Bologna - Alloggio delizioso, ricco di calore e di comfort, ben arredato in stile shabby chic/provenzale, accogliente, come sentirsi in casa propria. A Bologna faceva molto freddo e rientrare in stanza era un vero piacere. Pulizia impeccabile, zona centralissima ma molto silenziosa. Tornerò. Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

Апартаменти дуже колоритні, все продумано і гарно до деталей, але це цокольний поверх, тому треба бути готовим до вологості і відповідного запаху. Від ваної кімнати в захваті, це витвір мистецтва 😍 Запах підвалу... 😔

Had a homely feel, which made us comfortable Too many locks and keys, kept forgetting which color key belongs to which lock, but it wasn't a major issue.

• Silvia (9/5): Sehr angenehm und unaufgeregt 💫 - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral zum Altstadtkern und man kann dadurch Nachts prima schlafen. Alles war sehr sauber. Toll fanden wir auch, dass das Team Lesdormus jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich war und uns gute Tipps rund ums Parken des Autos dort gab. Die Einrichtung ist charmant und verspielt, aber wie so oft: sogar ein Kabel wirkt mit schönem Stoff überzogen schon wieder irgendwie majestätisch. Italienischer Flair bis ins Detail…Wir kommen gerne wieder☺️ Es gab nichts zu meckern.

• Francesca (7/5): Close to the centre be aware the room is at ground level. - The position is close to the centre, it was clean and easy to check in. The property is at the ground level, if you open the bedroom’s window people can see inside even with curtains. All the windows have fixed grates and I didn’t feel free to escape in case of emergency such as an earthquake or a fire. If I knew about it, I wouldn’t have booked there. I can understand that I’m a bit anxious. My suggestion is to made it clearer in the photos so clients can have an informed decision.
• monica (7/5): - Posizione perfetta, comoda e ben servita. Struttura pulita, con tv e condizionatore. La struttura è mezzo piano sotto il livello della strada, piuttosto umida e con un leggero odore di muffa nonostante l'estate e il caldo. Stretta per due adulti e un bambino perché con il divano letto aperto lo spazio per muoversi è veramente limitato. Ma credo che la cosa che mi ha lasciato più perplessa è che per accedere (e quindi anche e soprattutto per uscire!) si devono aprire con due chiavi diverse un portone di legno e un cancello.. Diciamo che in caso di emergenza finché si cercano le chiavi per uscire.....

• Olivér (8/5): Very good value for money, perfect location - The location was really good, 10 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, there are good cafes and gelato places very close, I also recommend visiting Park Margherita, that was beautiful. There was a little “kitchen” , but it was very hard eating our home made sandwiches there, without plates and proper utensils, as well as the lack of a dishwashing sponge. All in all the room is nice, just a bit too dark.

The bed was comfortable and there was great communication with the management. The room was a bit dark as there is no much natural light coming in, but we did not care as we were out most of the time.
