• Cathy (7/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Rome - L emplacement près de la gare (15mn) à pied et non loin de Colisée. Pas de bruit de voiture. Deux chambres avec deux salles de bain. La petite cour privative est un vrai plus. Ce que j ai le moins apprécié : problème pour utiliser une douche et wc dont l eau coulait tout le temps.

• Helen (1/5): - Läget va det enda som va positivt. Det va smutsigt och verkade inte städat. Det luktade urin, unket och mögel. Det stod i beskrivningen att det va markplan men det va källarplan. Avloppen borde ses över. Det va mögel i lampan i kylen. Riktigt uselt boende. Kan inte rekommendera detta boende.

• Anthony (9/5): Comfortable, great location - Great location, 10min walk to colosseum. comfortable spacious, accomodation, plenty of reseraunts and mini mart nearby
• Faye (1/5): Worst possible apartment. Located in basement, not ground floor. Smelt of sewage and damp. Utterly disgusting. - Location was the only good thing about this property. Everything! It was dirty, smelt musty and damp. Overwhelming smell of sewage. Mould in showers, in fridge and outdoor seating area. Bathrooms were awful, wrong toilet seat, leaky showers, curtain for a door. Minimal crockery and cups, no wine glasses and crockery and cutlery were dirty. Dishwasher not fixed in place. Cooker ignition broken. Patches in walls. Bathroom vents into bedroom and kitchen. No ventilation. Said ‘luxury’ apartment in Rome - unsure how it came anywhere near luxury standard. Coffee machine supplied with wrong coffee pods - no tea/ coffee/ sugar. Horrendous apartment - DO NOT STAY!!! No refund given to date by the owners who clearly do not care.
• Simon A. (7/5): Great, with a few 'buts'! - Location is fantastic, in a lovely neighborhood and it's only a very short walk to the Colosseum. It has good access to public transport links and is easily walkable from Roma Termini. The apartment is a good size, with generous rooms and is generally well equipped. Due to its position, it's also nice and peaceful, although the yoga class across the hallway do like a chat outside of the apartments door when they come and go 😊 But on top of all of this and in some ways most important, was our host Valerio. He is quite possibly the most helpful person ever. He made our trip so easy and was always available to contact. A few things stand out. The apartment could really do with a decent clean. There was jam, I think, smeared on the table when we arrived and the fridge freezer could definitely do with a good scrub. Cooking items in the cupboard were also not clean. I appreciate the host asks guests to clean after themselves, but this should be inspected. Also, the toilets are macerators and your host asks you to not flush paper, so you must use the bins provided and empty them yourselves into the large community waste bins on the street outside.The apartment also does tend to smell a bit unpleasant, a sort of a damp smell, which does explain the large amount of air fresheners dotted around the place.

• Idroose (8/5): Great location and good host!! - It is close to the Colosseum and the skateboarding competition venue where we are participating. The host is good and easy to deal with.
• Andrew (5/5): Great location, well equipped but basic with issues! - In a quiet location, living like the locals, well equipped, large apartment with two large comfortable beds (additional bed in living room a bed settee not used), no outside noise in apartment, secure apartment/block, air conditioning, various TV channels available, Wi-Fi, powerful handset showers, clean linen and a great location for the Colosseum through Parco di Colle Oppio, takeaway's, restaurants at the end of the street on Via Merulana such as Tempio di Mecenate and Alice Pizza and a Carrefour Express on Via Labicana. Rubbish bins convenient on the opposite side of street of main entrance block. The following issues were bearable for two friends using the apartment as a base to spend long days out visiting Rome's various tourist attractions and eating out every day but we wouldn't recommend this apartment for two or more couples or a family with children. We had a week of great weather but the negatives of the apartment took the shine off it for the both of us, the apartment maybe well equipped and the beds comfortable but it is tired and in need of urgent attention/updating! Basement apartment not ground floor, foul smell from main bathroom toilet resulting in purchasing an air freshener spray/opening second bedroom windows regularly, ill fitting main bathroom toilet seat, shower and toilet in second bathroom are within actual bedroom (not separate room) with curtain divider, noisy second bathroom toilet when flushed probably from macerator pump, smell of damp when we arrived within apartment and damp appearing on both bedroom ceilings even with windows open when showering during the week, skirting board off the wall in main bedroom, kitchen kick board appears to be fitted the wrong way round. Strong smell of paint in main bathroom one evening from above apartment DIY activities, initially individual random ants found in bed in main bedroom, on dining table, breakfast bar, main bathroom basin, side board unit resulting in purchasing of ant killer spray. Only one set of towels for each room and same bed linen for a week, the small outside seating terrace wasn't useable required cleaning and there was green mould on the painted walls so we didn't use it, flaking paint/damp on interior outside wall next to kitchen unit, you also have to dispose of your used toilet paper and it appears the lower wall sections within the apartment and upper wall above the shower in second bedroom are being re-painted a different colour regularly.

The appartement is in the basement( not in the ground floor as it says), when we entered the first time there was a smell of a mold, after that it was ok. Most of the sockets were not working in the kitchen.
• Wini-louise (9/5): All in all a very good stay and would definitely recommend it. - The property was spacious and well equipped. Very well located. Neat and tidy bedrooms and bathrooms. The toilets make a weird sound, which is a bit annoying. Also, there seems like there is an aircon, but we could not get it to work. The fans did the trick though.
• Mr. (5/5): In general, if not for the incident with the key, I would have been satisfied. - Cozy and clean apartment, with two separate bedrooms and all the necessary amenities. The owner said that the keys would be in the safe and gave the safe code, but when they arrived at the place (about 3:00 o’clock) the keys were not there... I called the owner, and he said that they probably forgot to put the key back after cleaning... And he won’t be able to do anything until 9:00, but he will return the money in one night... And we had to wait with two children on the street all night, 6 hours... We had to look for another hotel nearby, in which we had to pay almost 400 € for 1 night... There is little light in the apartment since it is underground (for me this is not critical, but who loves bright apartments, this option will not work). There is no air conditioner, only fans, which on hot days do not help much ...

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing. A short 5-10 minute walk to the colosseum. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Apartment was very spacious The bedroom with the en-suite smelt damp, especially when the window was open.

• Leanne (7/5): Fabulous location, with easy walk to Colloseum. - Location was fabulous. Facilities in apartment were great. Clear instructions on how to get into property. Clean and well appointed bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Smelled a little damp, in some areas. Drainage in shower was worrying as it did not drain very freely.
• Monica (5/5): Passable - + location + Hot water + Heat + host availability - it was not clean; - many smells: sewage, mold, moisture, maybe because the apartment is located at basement; - the second bathroom is in one of the rooms and separated from the rest of the room by a curtain; ( not too intimate); also the noise made by the drain from the second bathroom could be heard throughout all the apartament; -more atention to the details ( shower head flowed partially, furniruire in the kitchen was sticky, although in the apartment they have dishwasher the cutlery were also sticky, etc) , maybe more atention to the cleaning staff;
• Flpy (7/5): Very helpful and responsible host - The host was very responsive when we experienced problems in the apartment, also they were sincere in finding solution/alternative when the problems could not be solved completely (because it was a Sunday), very near (~6 minutes walking) to Colosseum through a park, good value for a whole apartment in such a convenient location There were many minor problems in the apartment (i.e. toilet was not able to flush properly, a bed was broken) but the host came immediately to fix what they could; not the cleanest - some cooking utensils were greasy, my allergy was triggered probably due to the not so clean bedding set; the apartment is at the basement so it was a bit moist inside
