• Monika (8/5): - Location, comfortable beds, big rooms and kitchen. The bathroom was a bit updated and while flashing the toilet you could fill water spraying on your shoulders from the water reservoir hanging above your head. The water in the shower was warmish only.

• Diana (7/5): Vacanță Roma oct 2025 - Locația apartamentului foarte bine poziționată, aproape de metrou, cca 2 minute, zona liniștită, cu magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Scara curata si vecini liniștiți. Gazda foarte amabila, am putut sa facem check-in înainte de ora 12, ne-a asteptat cu suc, bere si cafea. Ni s-au facut recomandări f bune la restaurantele din apropiere, la Rest Joseph am avut si 10% , recomand, se mânca foarte bine si preturile f ok. Foarte rece apartamentul, multa, multa umiditate, AC functioneaza dar este zgomotos. Curățenia apartamentului lasă de dorit, bucătăria trebuie curățată si igenizata bine, vesela nu-ti inspira siguranță, frigiderul trebuie spalat, cuptorul cu microunde la fel, centrala termica nu e calibrata pentru utilizarea apei calde, funcționează intermitent, ai surprize la duș, lenjeria patata, prosoapele curate dar vechi si uzate, apartamentul necesita improspatarea zugravelii. Pereții subțiri, se aude tot de la vecini.

• Marion (10/5): - Super Lage direkt an der Metro, nur wenige Stationen zum Vatikan. Sehr gemütlich, sauber und gute Ausstattung incl Waschmaschine und 5. Bett. 1. OG in ordentlichem Mehrfamilienhaus. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, um die Ecke viele Läden, Restaurants, Busstationen.

• Lucia (5/5): - L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica a due passi dalla metro. Ci sono supermercati, bar, ristoranti, negozi ecc...tutti i servizi necessari sono nelle vicinanze . Purtroppo la pulizia della casa è scarsa. Consiglio più pulizia soprattutto in cucina

• Eka (8/5): Recommended choice - Bedrooms are spacious and have same descriptions as advertised. Location is about 20 minutes far by Metro, but it is still worth it.

• Adam (10/5): Nice and cosy, yet spacious apartment close to the city center - Nice and cosy, yet spacious apartment in the vicinity of the historical centre of Rome (7 min metro ride! ). Clean, tidy and well equipped, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, giving us some nice tips on how to get around the city. Overall, Victoria Apartment is the perfect place to stay at Rome on your visit, be it a summer holiday or a weekend trip. During the first day (mid November), the weather got quite cold and it took a while for the central heating to kick in. But this got resolved quickly and definitely isn't something to blame the owners for.
• Yuan (10/5): Perfect! - No doubt I strongly recommend this apt if you prefer to a longer stay in Roma. ( for 4-5 days). The host is very friendly and warm to welcome our arrival at the way to apt( as we are late for the delay train and not familiar with the route). The host provide the welcome beverage and coupons for restaurant. The apartment is just 2min to subway (even if the slow walk speed). Near the apt there are lots of grocery and shops and restaurants and supermarket to buy anything you want! The most convenient place I stay in Italy. It is spacious in the apt for two bedroom (2 double bed and two single bed). In the kitchen it provides all items for either self-cooking or take-away food. It also provides the espresso cafe machine and quite decisions for the coffee. The bed room is warm and easy to fall ásleep . The bathroom is also large in Roma! In addition. The apartment includes the balcony to release your minds in the morning and evening. I would say everything is perfect and beyond my imagination for the accommodation in Roma. Absolutely I would recommend this apt to my friends and every one would have an idea to enjoy the vocation in Roma. Next time I would stay here again! No
• Carrie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was located in a lovely area of Rome. Ideally located for Buses and Metro. Everything went very smoothly from getting from the airport to getting keys to the apartment. Andrea and his family were so helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. If I was looking for something, the shower door, but that's nit-picking.

The neighborhood is very nice. Sometimes, the place was a little bit chilly... A few more forks, knives and spoons would be nice.
• Przemysław (10/5): Exceptional - Metro is 2min from the appartment. 1 min is from 7ds open supermarket. Flat is very comfortable. All you need is on the spot.

Apartment very comfortable with central heating. Old building and thin walls, kitchen very old and in decaying state, need to clean a bit better the apartment as the dust was everywhere.

• Łukasz (10/5): Exceptional - Great location right next to the metro station. Completely equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient bus connection from and to Fiumicino Airport (SIT Bus Shuttle - Circonvallanzione Aurelia). I would highly recommend.
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - We visited Victoria Apartament with three kids -7,9,13. Appartement is very spacefull and from the first minute we felt like home. There’s everything you need. Metro station, shops and cafes are on the same street.It’s great time in Rome!
• Omkar (10/5): Great apartment, good location and helpful hosts - The apartment is at an excellent location with bus and metro connections in the immediate vicinity. The owners are very nice and they were present in person to check us in. They also shared some helpful tips about the public transport and nearby restaurants. The apartment is quite large and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is also fully equipped with utensils and other necessary appliances. It was a hot weekend in Rome and I think the air conditioners were not sufficient to cool the rooms during daytime. They were working fine at night.

Absolutely kind and great people - we were 1st time and Rome and were given detailed information about shops, maps and how to get to the main attractions. Also, we asked for the help of the landlord about a taxi to the airport.He was so kind to help us even when the driver canceled our trip till a few minutes before the start. It was almost 4 am but anyway we were safed and I touch with him till our arrival to the airport.

Location was close to the subway which was very convenient. We forgot our keys upon leaving and Andrea contacted us immediately and sent them abroad. We felt very cared for.
