Guest Reviews
- Nikolay (9/5): Family stay - We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights and we can say that there is enough space for 6 people. The location is amazing. We had some remarks regarding the cleanliness of the apartment

- Sabine (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Florenz - Super Lage
- Turdus Merula (8/5): - Lage
Schöne alte Wohnung Etwas bessere Küchenausstattung wie zB Geschirrtücher
- Bertilsson (8/5): Bra me utrymme för en stor (5 pers) familj men ljudet från gatan samt luftkylan var lite för högt. -
- cenk (9/5): -
- Steve (9/5): Great location and really helpful - Edoardo was really helpful and responsive with great restaurant suggestions. Really good location close to Duomo and sites. All good. Note there's no proper oven, but there is a microwave.

- francisco (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta No tenía ascensor, entiendo que por la antigüedad del edificio. Cisterna de water estropeada y desagüe de ducha atascado

- Cristian-ionel (9/5): Chi di voi sta entrando a Firenze, provi l'Incanto Fiorentino! - Excellent location! Very close to the city center (Piazza de la Signoria, Capela Medici, City Market, Ponte Vecchio) and museums (e.g. Galleria Uffizi, Museo de la Academia).
Clean apartment, all the facilities for bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen).
Edoardo a very warm, calm and kind host he did everything for us to feel good during our stay, Mille grazie Edoardo! The bed my wife and I slept in was better if it had been a double one.
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nestor (10/5): One of best apartments I have booked. - It is an excellent apartment. I fully recommend for groups or families. The location is very good. You can access all tourist points walking. The train station is near, it is possible to go there waking. Nothing
- Nagori (9/5): Superb - Very good location but it’s on 2nd floor and no lift so if you have more luggage then it’s difficult
- Fion (6/5): Beautiful house but with excessive street noise - The location is great. The property decoration is lovely and very typical Florence vibes. Furnitures in the house are very vintage and beautiful. We stayed 4 nights at the property. The boiler was constantly playing up. We couldn’t have warm water and proper shower. The main bedroom is facing the main road. There’s no sound proof. The noise in the main bedroom is excessively loud and unbearable. I felt I was sleeping on the street. It was painful ;(
- Aitziber (9/5): Beautiful flat next to the Duomo - Beautiful flat next to the Duomo, very good communication with owner
- Nadia (9/5): Lovely and comfortable, - The apartment is huge, beautiful and the location couldn't be better The front bedroom is near the busy street below and activities around the supermarket starts extremely early in the morning. I went to sleep on the sofa bed from 3am every morning. Bring ear plugs, that will help.
- David (7/5): Good - Well decorated, large, great location Cold

- Douglas (9/5): Ideal - the location was perfect for seeing Florence could be noisy in the front bedroom
- Louise (10/5): Gem in the city - Fabulous apartment 10 minute walk from train station x close to a variety of shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. Met by host who was very friendly and informative. No lift but that’s all. Must learn to travel light!!
- Lucian (9/5): Superb -
- Dimitrios (8/5): The host was very good, direct in communication and very helpful. The only thing was that the a/c in the bedrooms we - Decoration, location, WiFi No elevator, poor a/c

- Agirlhasavacation (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great location - would stay again! - Beautiful apartment in a great location. The host was very helpful and had excellent communication. He gave great recommendations for dinner on our arrival night. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The charm of the apartment matched the area, and the old building. Loved the washing machine, the size of the fridge, the size of the two larger bathrooms. The location was just down the street from Piazza del Duomo, but far enough away to be fairly quiet at night. There is a small grocery store across the street (Pam), and several restaurants within a few steps of the apartment, if you aren't in the mood to walk. Our favorite gelato we found the next street over. The Accademia Gallery is also a short walk (make early reservations). The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and the lighting was nice. The two full baths worked well for taller people, but the half bath was very tight. Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence. It's not a negative, but be aware that there is no elevator. The lights in the stairways are on a timer - best to tap the switch each time you go on the stairs, so they don't turn off mid way up the staircase :)
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Lorenzo (10/5): Exceptional - Edoardo was a great host and the location was excellent!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great location, comfortable. -
- Jane (9/5): Fantastic Florentine stay in traditional palazzo with modern comforts - Edoardo kept in touch with us to arrange arrival times, and also during our stay, meeting us in person to hand over the keys and provide info about the property & city. A beautiful, incredibly spacious traditional apartment but with all the necessary mod cons & nice touches making us feel cosy & at home. All 3 of us loved it & it's central location but also easy to find good restaurants away from the main throng. Only negative was weekday street noise in the principal bedroom from ongoing roadworks to widen the pavements below - however these will be time limited!
