• Andreas (10/5): Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden und jede Minute genießen! - Juans ist ein wunderbarer und aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Das Haus, dass schon sein Generationen im Familienbesitz ist, ist wunderschön saniert und steckt voller schöner Details. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten nie so viel Ruhe in unserem Urlaub! Vögel, Schafe und der Wind in der Palme vor dem Fenster. Mehr hört man hier nicht. Dass uns Juan in seinem alten Landrover mit in die Stadt genommen hat und wir uns an den Granatapfelbäumen bedienen durften waren zusätzliche Highlights, die den Aufenthalt für uns unvergesslich gemacht haben!

• Valu Scrilatti (10/5): Finde de paz y tranquilidad en un entorno espectacular - Me encanto la finca y el sitio donde esta ubicada, rodeada de vegetación, árboles, y animales. La tranquilidad de la finca, la cama de la habitación y el entorno fue lo que más me gusto. La piscina espectacular, lastima que no la pudimos aprovechar porque hacía mucho frío, pero sin duda volveremos en verano :) Juan, el anfitrión, muy amable y atento, cuidando todos los detalles. Muchas gracias por todo!
• Marcelina (10/5): Cudowne miejsce, z cudownymi widokami, z dostępnym i bardzo pomocnym gospodarzem na miejscu. - Bardzo dobre śniadanie, w hiszpańskim stylu, z hiszpańskimi przysmakami. Joan - gospodarza będący na miejscu - bardzo starał się, żebyśmy poczuli się jak w domu. Widoki z pokoju - cudowne (hiszpańska Toskania). Piękny dom z kamienia, otoczony zielenią, zwierzętami (owce, kucyk, kotki - dzieci były zachwycone), urządzony gustownie, w miejskim stylu. Na pewno wrócimy tam jeszcze raz! Dzięki Agriturismo Subies, dzięki Joan. W pokoju mogłyby być dodatkowe szafki, tak, żeby można było rozpakować ubrania przy 4 osobowej rodzinie, ale zasadniczo nie jest to problem.

• Anne (10/5): Lovely rural property in a World Heritage setting - Beautiful restored Agrotourisimo made very comfortable by Joan. We had an upstairs suite with sensational views, an enormous comfortable bed and everything that you could need. Joan is an exceptional host and he continued to provide little extras such as beers, water and a glass of wine. The pool was essential for June and we enjoyed it very much. We often had it to ourselves. Joan is the most enthusiastic and pleasant man with nothing too much trouble. We highly recommend Subies and we hope to be back soon. Nothing

The peaceful rural setting, beautiful views, and stylishly restored house made it truly special. Juan is an amazing host – warm, helpful, and full of great local tips. Our child loved the animals, especially the sheep, and the yard was perfect for play. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a separate bathroom and everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the location is perfect for both mountain hikes and nearby beaches. This place is a hidden gem – peaceful, stylish, family-friendly, and hosted with so much care. We would come back in a heartbeat! We loved everything!
• Andreea (10/5): Amazing house and host! - Wow, what a place! The house is wonderfully decorated, clean and nice, and equipped with all the necessary. Its position is great to visit the island and having an accessible parking spot is quite a treat in Palma :) There are restaurants near by, at walking distance (10 min) or at 5 min by car. If you're visiting with a toddler then this is the place to be: there's a chicken, 2 cats and sheep & the yard is great. Juan is the best host, kind and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lasted up until lunch, so one can take its time in the morning. The room was cleaned daily. That we had to leave

Joan (the host) was so friendly & kind and made us feel very welcome to stay in his beautifully restored farmhouse. Picking fresh oranges from the trees, wondering through the almond blossom to get to the beautiful pool - a perfect mix of rural countryside tranquility and beautiful modern decor - we couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Nothing, we loved it all.

• Hannes (10/5): Exceptional - Juan was a very enthusiastic and super host for us with many recommendations for restaurants, things to visit or hiking tours. The historic house is beautifully rennovated and the rooms are spaceous with a seperate bathroom/toilet. The common sitting area on the in and outside was very good. The accommodation is perfectly situated for hikes in the Tramunatana mountains but also close enough to the beaches. The Ca Na Toneta restaurant is close by and well worth the experience.

• Nele (8/5): Beautiful place if you want to enjoy rural quietness - The house is very well decorated and our room was beautiful and spacious. The pool is nice and very peaceful. The breakfast is pretty basic, fresh juice would have been welcome. Sunbeds are not of the highest quality and have signs of use.
• Marius (10/5): A perfect, relaxing stay surrounded by idyllic countryside. - A wonderful host. Juan could never do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the ambience, being so close to nature yet very accessible to some wonderful restaurants.

• Gergana (10/5): Excellent stay if you are looking for peace and quiet away from the mass tourist spots - We were looking for peace and tranquility and this is absolutely what we found! With a backdrop of the tramuntana mountain. The only thing you hear are sheep and beetles. The house is a minimalist interior design dream. Super big and very comfy bed, it’s either a queen or even bigger, the mattress is very comfy. The whole place is spotlessly clean. We loved the daily room cleaning. Breakfast is fresh. The pool is lovely, very comfy sunbeds. There is only 4 rooms at the property so often it was our own private pool! There is a shallow end for kids. A selection of casual to more high end restaurants 10-15 min drive away. If I have to be very picky I would have loved more storage space, a few hooks for a towel or a bag or a hat here and there.
• Marton (10/5): A rural but beautiful stay - We had an incredible time, we ended up even extending our stay we enjoyed ourselves so much. The whole region around Caimari is beautiful, very laid back, but by car even the farthest attractions on the island are easily accessible. Juan, the owner of the estate did everything in his power to make us feel at home, he was a truely great host. We loved every minute. The bed is extra wide and the duvet felt like a mile long, we slept really well.

Subies was our happy place. Joan was very helpful at all times and his breakfast buffet was great. Newly refurbished place, nice rooms, quiet.

• Maria (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!! - This place was just spectacular!!! Let me preface this by saying I’m the researcher and planner for our vacays and I’m not easy going. Subies absolutely did not disappoint! This old house that has been in Juan’s family for generations was recently renovated and it is decorated just oh so beautifully! Many of the furniture has been made by Juan and the pride he holds for his home and his island is simply lovely! He greeted us warmly and was super accessible and responsive throughout our stay. From helping with day trip plans to helping with restaurant reservations, we could not ask for more. The breakfasts were delicious and the common areas so comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was tranquil and quiet. I wanted a spot away from the city that would be a good base camp for exploring the various parts of the island. Subies proved to be an excellent choice. We have so many places to visit on our bucket list but I do hope we get back here some day! That’s it’s too far from Canada
• Ks (10/5): Exceptional - (Sept 4-6) From the moment we booked, our host Joan was super responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our friendly host who was happy to receive us, give us a tour of the beautiful property and show us to our lovely room. We also got to meet a few of the animals along the way - which was a key reason we booked this accommodation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos. The old stone building has been so wonderfully restored and the common areas and room are impeccably clean at all times. The entire place has a wonderfully warm and welcoming feel to it, just like the hosts, we were made to feel like home immediately. There are many great options for restaurants within a few minutes drive - host is happy to recommend. The room itself is perfect. Has everything you need, including plush bath robes and a minifridge. Everything has been thoughtfully designed. If there's anything you might need that you don't see, just ask your host if it can be accommodated. They are so kind. Thank you for your amazing hospitality -- we have already recommended this place to others visiting Mallorca.
• Mestern (9/5): Peaceful, comfortable and welcoming! - Beautiful, peaceful, new, perfect location for reaching Caimari and the fabulous restaurant, Ca Na Tonata, on foot. Gorgeous swimming pool. Aircon was fantastic given the 40° temperatures we had to deal with. Breakfast was outstanding; a delicious spread for all tastes. Joan was a great host, very friendly with good advice and even assisted with a reservation at a local restaurant. A selection of very welcome welcome drinks in the fridge. It would have been great to have water and wine glasses, plates and cutlery in the room. Swimming towels would have been nice. Most of the time the coffee station didn't have cups and milk. These were minor in comparison to the plusses!

• Steven (10/5): This finca is a dream, would recommend everyone to stay with Joan! - I cannot recommend any accomodation more than this one! Joan is an amazing host who makes you feel welcomed from the first second onwards. Joan proudly shows you around the finca, which is beautiful and all facilities are brand new and top notch. Amazing bed, nice bathroom and shower, mini fridge and delicious breakfast with local products. The finca has several spots to sit and relax, both inside and outside. Even though there are multiple rooms, you feel very welcomed and invited to stay in the public spaces (as there are so many). The location is very private and has beautiful views, Joan is always close to help if you need anything. The location is very central on Mallorca, enabling you to visit every corner of the island with +/- 1.5h of driving. Make sure to ask Joan about his restaurant tips, as there are many amazing places nearby (tip: make a reservation early)!

• Alberto (7/5): Great place and location that need to mature a little bit. - The place is great, beautiful has great space and super friendly staff The place is new and some services like air conditioning were not working fully and they are still learning no how to use them. There was a coffee machine and water machine available but no cups or glassess to use it.They have a small pool, but the access to it is far from friendly they promise that they will biuld a new large pool, but that doesn't help on my current stay.
• Lara (10/5): A beautiful finca with a really loving family! - Perfect place for rest and relaxation - We had an incredible stay in this beautifully designed finca hotel, an old country estate at the foot of the Tramuntana. It was just perfect! The newly renovated and designed house has just a few rooms, some beautiful rooms to share and a beautiful country garden with a cozy pool behind the house. The house is located in the countryside in between Caimari and Binibona. Both villages could be reached by a nice 10-minute walk. We can highly recommend a bike ride through the beautiful villages or go for a hike in the Tramuntana. We had delicious breakfast served every morning on the terrace with a wonderful view. The cleanliness was amazing and last but not least it was Joan and his family that made us felt very welcome. Joan was a very attentive host and gave us a wonderful stay. Thank you! We would love to come back!
