- Helmuth (4/5): Generell ist auf Dominika alles auf Kreuzfahrttourismus eingestellt. Wer ein anständiges Hotelzimmer sucht, muss tiefer - Man bot uns einmal einen Regenschirm an. Personal gab sich Mühe und war freundlich. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Ich musste um Wasser betteln obwohl mein Reisebegleiter Duengefieber hatte. Im Bad Schimmel, es kam kaum Wasser bei der Dusche. Pool war enttäuschend, Wäsche und Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Die Entfernung zum Hafen und mangelnde Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, stellten sich als Problem heraus.

- Kadesiah (5/5): Overall the view was beautiful, but the cost ($125 USD/day) is not worth the accommodations to me. - The view was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. However, one of them made a comment about my deceased father I did not quite appreciate or find appropriate given that she asked me how his funeral was when I got back to the hotel, only to give me a negative unsolicited opinion, which lowered my standard or her and the training of the staff. I did like that Dive Dominica was right next door at the other hotel though. And the Wi-Fi was great. For $125 USD per day there should have been more accommodations. The pool was murky even after cleaning and I didn’t feel like I could swim in it. I even asked the staff if they were going to clean the pool so it would be swimmable and she stated “oh they already did something to it” which did not give me much confidence the water was clean enough to enter. I also asked if the lights could be turned on around the pool at night so that I could just sit next to it and enjoy the evening. I was shown where the switches were and was required to turn the lights to the pool on and off myself if I wanted to use it. Which again should not be the job of a guest trying to enjoy their stay. There’s also no food or drinks on property you are told by the staff that you have to walk next door to utilize the other hotel’s restaurant. They also have a picture above the fridge stating that there is a mini bar and the cost of each item. However, the fridge was empty and not even turned on. The Wi-Fi was good, but there was no TV. There was mold on the shower curtain and moss growing in the ceiling above the shower. Because the room is tile the AC makes the floor wet and I slipped and twisted my ankle pretty badly on my last day there.

- Chandra (8/5): Happy to have stayed here. - Comfortable room with a sea and pool view. Swam and snorkeled directly from the rocky beach of the property. Went on a whale watch boat trip and ate dinner at the dive shop and restaurant next door. Unfortunately, the pool was uninviting- cloudy from recent storms and seawater.

- Jennie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, close to Roseau and easy to get to by bus. You can hear the waves during the night and the pool during the day was a great way to cool down. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! The pool was a bit green. So I didn’t feel comfortable taking a swim which I was looking forward to. The bathroom leaked a lot as there was a tropical wave passing through. The food took a bit too long to be delivered to my room, and the food it self was a bit disappointing.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Picturesque - The location was great, the staff were so helpful and nice, helped us book tours and give us advice on where to go. The pool was clean and a good temperature, there were paddle boards we used to go out into the sea with and watch the sunset and it was amazing. The bar was still being set up, so I could see where it will be soon and it will be great but I was sad that it wasn't completely set up yet. Drinks were great though!
