• despoina (9/5): - Φανταστικο μερος μεσα στα δεντρα. Το ξενοδοχειο εχει δικο του εστιατοριο με πολυ καλο φαγητο. Υπαρχουν μονοπατια τις φυσης για να περπατησεις στα βουνα. Χωροι για να παιζουν τα παιδια. Μακαρι να μεναμε αλλο ενα βραδυ.

Breakfast served pretty late (not before 9 AM, which doesn't work for park checkouts, though the hotel provided lunch boxes to compensate for that.

• Mykhailo (9/5): Great place to stay, new experience of traditions of Kyrgyzstan. - I really enjoyed my stay in Supara. Good place to spend few days. Room was very clean with all necessary supplies such as water and hygiene products. Food at the restaurant was very tasty and not expensive, breakfast was different every day, tasty. Staff were very pleasant and hospital. Very traditional place, cozy. I really want to recommend it. Only the road to get there, no taxi can be arranged from there…only hotel transfer. In winter or after rain the road looks a bit dangerous to me. Government works in riad, hopefully it will be good next year.

Les "yourtes" sont spartiates mais ca suffit pour quelques jours Qu'il faille réserver une table au restaurant le weekend, même quand on a loué un chalet.. on a failli ne pas pouvoir y déjeuner! Les deux circuits de randonnée proposés sont insuffisants, il existe plein d'autres possibilités pour des distances courtes (5 km).

• Yusuf (9/5): - The resort was beautiful placed in a very picturesque area. Staff was friendly. Food was very good but a bit expensive. The forest cabin was cute and spacious. We stayed in the forest cabin and it didnt have any air conditioning so was a bit hot at night as we visited in August. Also since the roads were undergoing construction and the resort is far away from the main city and in the mountains the taxi charge to and fro is very high.

Больше всего впечатлил ресторан и его традиционная кухня кочевников. В общем, если хочется увидеть горы, поездить на лошадях, познакомиться с кухней и культурой, но при этом недалеко от Бишкека и с комфортом, то Supara - идеальный вариант. Было бы здорово, если бы предлагались какие-то занятия кроме стрельбы из лука. Может, кулинарный мастер-класс или экскурсия по юрте с рассказом о традиционном быте? И ждем открытия сауны с бассейном!

• Catherine (9/5): Great staff, great food, great location - Extensive choice of both local and international food for breakfast. Location, up in the mountains, was superb, especially if you like hiking. Lunch/dinner menu was extensive and well executed.
• Piret (6/5): Hoped for more - The hotel is in an amazing green gorge where the horses are running around together with goats. Not too far from Bishkek for a short getaway. The breakfast from the restaurant was 10 points, really good variety and delicious meals. The bathroom was quite modern. It was not clear for us that we will receive the cabin in the woods but that might have been our own misunderstanding. The cabin had no view, which was a dissapointment.

• Danilo (9/5): Superb - A delightful stay and a great escape from Bishkek. If it were not as pricey and we had more time, we would have stayed longer. The restaurant exceeded expectations by striking the trifecta: entrées, mains and desserts were excellent, and they played traditional Kyrgyz music that accompanied the atmosphere so well. The only remark was that after a 1.5 hour ride from Bishkek and about 400 metres from the property, our Yandex was not allowed to take us to the reception which was frustrating as the walk to it was a 15-minutes uphill zigzag. Therefore if you are coming by your own private vehicle or arranged by the accommodation, you will be fine.

• Kaye (9/5): Amazing breakfast! Warm English-speaking staff! Number one hotel in all of Kyrgyz! - Supara is a hotel you just have to visit even if you don’t stay the night. We booked the room with the view and an open balcony underneath the yurt. It was very spacious and clean. The views in the morning were amazing. Staff were all very friendly, they also take your bags and bring it up/down the thousand steps you have to do. Washroom has instant hot water which was important for me. Beds were super comfy and there’s a complementary Supara chocolate when you check in. Breakfast is the best we had in all the five hotels we stayed at in Kyrgyzstan. Just wow! There was a weird stench in our comfort room. It was bearable but degraded the experience. The water coming from the faucet wasn’t the cleanest. The food at their restaurant was okay but nothing remarkable for us, the service took long to prepare. Also, please use less gelatin in your cheesecake! Thank you.

• Ahmed (6/5): Pleasant - nature & the atmosphere. The bathroom smells bad. There is no shaving mirror at bathroom. The door is difficult to lock and open. The stairs leading to the rooms are tiring. The road to resort is difficult, long and not paved with asphalt. The hotel is not serviced by taxi or public transportation. The hotel is not covered by food delivery app. There is no Wi-Fi service in the rooms.

The room is warm even is very cold outside as we visit during winter time. The hotel is really far which located between the mountains but is really worth to stay there.

• Tangkay (8/5): It was a good stay worth for the money and the mountains is superb, just acknowledge someone who's celebrating their - What I like about the property is they are responsive in your needs mostly the receptionist they are very helpful and the staff as well in all locations are nice. The restaurant gives us the best food and the quality of the food in their meat section was superb. Breakfast food offers was amazing and delicious, I love everything the people the view it was worth the travel and the mountains gives us goosebumps it is really surreal mostly for us that we came from Dubai everything is artificial and now we finally see the true beauty of nature. The wifi is not accessible to our room, it's hard for us to connect and we bought only 1 sim in the airport because we rely on the wifi at the room most everyone will do. On the other hand I requested for a Queen bed because we are couple and they give us twin bed and I requested for the better view and a swan towel in the bed 1 month before our arrival it was a smooth conversation when I chatted them because me and my partner celebrating our 5th anniversary, I want it to be more special. I know everyone is celebrating different occasion on that moment but I hope someone will acknowledge my review because we flew from UAE to Kyrgyz to enjoy our special moment. Overall, still worth for the money and travel but next time acknowledge someone who's celebrating their special occasion mostly they fly from other country just to experience and celebrate it. I was little bit disappointed for the room that I requested.

• Nor (10/5): Perfect modern yurt to stay. It was far nicer than we expected. Pretty luxurious with 3 beds, wardrobe, etc. This place - The views right from the entrance are mind blowing. The modern yurt decor is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay a lot in the yurt. Especially during the time we arrived there, the snow just started falling and it's just so magically to be surrounded by the snow. We only had time to stay for 1 night but we wish could have stay longer! No wifi in the room but not a problem for us, we would still consider booking it again.

Nothing about the property, however the journey from Bishkek is quite bumpy as the roads are not done up at all and it’s about an hour of a rough journey. Also, please make arrangements for transportation as online application taxies are generally not available from property.

I came to krygyzstan for this so i was expecting alot and it met it and moreeee it was hard to get a transportation back to bishkek because staff has told me to book it by myself when i have inquired to book for me before staying there. but in the end they helped me because i was not able to get in contact with the driver
• Abdullah (6/5): They are overcharging compared to the facilities they have ,, the resort is very old ,, they need to maintain it properl - Location of the resort , Nature and the restaurant Rude staff trying to cheat by giving us the cheap room instead of the room we booked , also they were not accepting dollars and they were tricking us by asking the local currency so that they can convert with lowest rate which was 25% Less than official bank rate ,,, beds were very uncomfortable and small in the tents ,, the restaurant manager was asking extra money for heating the milk ,,,

• Faisal (10/5): Extraordinary - This Hotel is amazing. The location is excellent on the top of the hill. Has excellent view from the room. Rooms were very cozy, spacious, nice beds. Had 1 double bed plus another double bed in the balcony - good enough to accommodate 2 more (children or adult). Had a private bathroom with toiletries. Water, coffee and a pack of nice chocolates were provided, complimentary. This was our best stay in Kyrgyzstan. The hotel boasts a nice (semi) fine-dining restaurant. The food quality was great. We ordered a few things but the Pizza is memorable. The meat & the cheese in the pizza was unmatched. Very memorable stay. Dont miss the sunrise from this hotel. The hotel is built on top of a mountain. People with knee / leg pain issue or elderly people may have trouble climbing the stairs.
