• Opiola (1/5): - Nic Właściciel o godzinie 15 w dniu zameldowania poinformował, że ze względu na awarie nie może mi wydać pokoju. Zaczął proponować inne noclegi na obrzeżach miasta. Zgodziłam się na jeden z nich i okazało się, że proponowany zamienny nocleg jest brudny, pleśń i grzyb na ścianach, pod prysznicem, brudna pościel, wlosy na podłodze, brak mydła. Poinformowałam, że nie będę spać w takich warunkach i dostałam kolejna propozycje bardzo daleko od centrum. Zgodziłam się na to jednakże kolejny nocleg również mial bardzo złe warunki i był od centrum godzine. Próbowałam odzyskać pieniądze za nocleg i dogadać się z właścicielem jednak ten przestał odpisywać. Musiałam znaleźć nocleg na własną rękę aby nie mieszkać w brudzie i grzybie. Nie odzyskałam pieniędzy i kontakt się urwał. Nie polecam, strata czasu i pieniędzy. Zamiast korzystać z wakacji musiałam przemieszczać się po różnych lokalizacjach noclegowych, które były w fatalnym stanie. Zmarnowany czas i pieniądze.
• Kowalenko (2/5): Not worth it. - Nice neighborhood. Check-in at 17 and check-out at 10 should be illegal. There are two rooms at the appartment, one with a nice view like in the pictures and second one (with the kitchen) has dirty balkony overlooking the wall. Overall appartment is in quite bad condition and extremely needs renovation. There is mold on the wall, balkonies are dirty, it is not that nice like in the pictures.

• Roman (3/5): Ожидание и реальность. - Единственный момент что находиться на второй линии от моря. И в большой комнате кровать с нормальным не продавленным матрасом. И из плюсов на этом всё:(( Остальное просто ужасно, фото сделаны после первого ремонта ( это было очень давно) на некоторых стенах плесень, под зеркалом(грязном в разводах) плесень, вид с балкона не тот как на фото ( а смотришь на заплесневелый дом во внутреннем дворе) балкон в птичьем говне, на кухне вытяжка просто в комнату( то есть её нету) посуда грязная ( кружки) оставлена грязная губка. В ванной комнате было только четыре одноразовых геля, при этом стояли баночки для жидкого мыла ( но они были пустые) , сушилки для полотенец также отсутствовали, был всего один крючок, дверь в ванную комнату вообще ужас. Шумоизоляция ужасная. Каждое утро в 6 утра нас будила энергичная собака сверху ( которая гоняла голубей у себя на балконе) и мы переживали что она просто упадёт на нас через потолок. Так что мы были очень расстроены этими апартаментами и при этом они не такие дешёвые.
• Ivana (8/5): - Výborná lokalita, pohodlné postele a matrace. V pokoji byl vybaven rychlovarnou konvicí a strojem na Nespresso, ale nebyl tam ani hrníček ani sklenička jen dva papírové kelímky. Na toaletě nebyla ani štětka na čištění záchodu a pouze jeden malý toaletní papír.

• Anjaparidze (10/5): Perfect location, host very friendly, clean and cozy - Apartment’s location is very close to everything. Clean, cozy and balcony view was very authentic to Bari vibes. The host was very helpful and friendly. If I visit Bari again I will definitely choose same property.

• Oliwia (7/5): Apartament ok, ale mogłobybyć czyściej - Świetna lokalizacja, wygodny układ apartamentu. Szybkie i bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Czyste ręczniki i pościel. Niestety choć na pierwszy rzut oka apartament wygląda na uporządkowany w rzeczywistości jest to zrobione niedokładnie. Brudny zlew w kuchni, podłoga, do tego kanapa na której miała spać jedna osoba, była brudna.

All doors can only be opened with an internet connection, so if you are using roaming data, this can be quite challenging. On the positive side, there was a coffee machine in the room. The hot water was not working at first, but the manager stayed in touch and tried to help. The next day, he informed me that the issue had been resolved. the apartment was not in the best condition; there was dust, and the situation with the water was frustrating. If these issues are resolved, this could be a good place to stay in the future. I was moved to another apartment at 11:00 pm, which I appreciate — thank you for that. The manager tried to help and was very polite

The accommodation is close to the center and there are several high-quality dining options nearby. However, that's where the positive review ends. Išlo o výbornú lokalitu v krásnom prostredí. Ubytovanie je blízko centra a neďaleko je viacero možností veľmi kvalitného stravovania. Tým však výpočet pozitívneho hodnotenia končí. The photos published on Booking.com are stylish, but the accommodation itself is not so stylish. The bedding was clean, as were the towels, but there was a lot of dust and small dirt particles in the accommodation, the space was saturated with a smell reminiscent of cigarettes, and although it was possible to heat the room with air conditioning, it was very cold, rather austere, and not very cozy. For this reason, I was somewhat disappointed with the accommodation. Fotografie, ktoré sú zverejnené na Booking.com sú štýlové, ubytovanie samotné už také štýlové nie je. Postelné prádlo bolo čisté, osušky taktiež, no v ubytovaní bolo veľa prachu a drobných nečistôt, priestor bol nasiaknutý pachom, ktorý pripomínal cigarety a hoci sa dalo kúriť klimatizáciou, išlo o veľmi chladnú, značne strohú a nie veľmi útulnú izbu. Z tohto dôvodu som bol z ubytovania do istej miery sklamaný.
• Antonio (10/5): Comfort, posizione e tranquillità. - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte a Bari e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è eccellente: centralissima e facilmente raggiungibile, a circa 10 minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro città (in auto ancora meno). La stanza era molto grande, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato in particolare la pulizia impeccabile, il silenzio e l’atmosfera accogliente. L’arredamento moderno e curato rende l’ambiente piacevole e perfettamente in linea con i tempi. Ottima struttura sotto ogni punto di vista, assolutamente consigliata.

Polecam. - + Super kontakt z właścicielem. + Nowoczesny sposób otwierania budynku i apartamentu (wszystko odbywa się elektronicznie) + Apartament bardzo ciekawy, całkiem sporo miejsca, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny (a w nim płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka i lodówka), dwa telewizory, super łazienka, jest malutki balkonik (niestety z widokiem na wewnętrzny dziedziniec), czysto, ręczniki i pościel, + W apartamencie jest również suszarka do włosów i żelazko + Piękne nabrzeże dosłownie za rogiem. + Niedaleko w okolicy (2 minuty spacerem) znajduje się supermarket i apteka + Cena Łyżka dziegciu w beczce miodu: - Apartament znajduje się w starszej kamienicy na drugim piętrze (!). Niestety w opisie zabrakło wzmianki o tym. Dla nas z dwójką małych dzieci i wózkiem było to niewielkie wyzwanie, ale jakoś musieliśmy dać radę. O dziwo w tej kamienicy drzwi do klatki są tak wąskie, że nasz wózek (jeden z najwęższych) ledwo się przeciskał. - w apartamencie są dwa płaskie telewizory, ale... pilot był tylko do jednego (w pomieszczeniu z aneksem). Całe szczęście, że mam możliwość sterowania z poziomu smartfona. W opisie jednym z atutów miał być Netflix. Jednak jest to trochę wprowadzenie w błąd. Chodzi o to, że jest zainstalowana aplikacja (jak również inne w Smart TV), ale zalogować musicie się już na własne konto. Inaczej nici - nie wiem czy to wina właściciela, czy poprzednich lokatorów, ale kuchnia dość słabo wyposażona w sztućce itp: były ze trzy łyżki, dwa noże i jeden nóż do krojenia. Brak widelców (!) i deski do krojenia. - klimatyzator w sypialni momentami pracuje bardzo głośno, co jest uciążliwe w nocy. Wszystkie te minusy nie są jakąś tragedią - da się przeżyć, ale niestety wpływają na komfort. Stąd ocena 9 zamiast 10. Mimo wszystko pewnie rozważyli byśmy powrót do tego miejsca.

• Veronica (3/5): Non come in foto - Siamo stati una sola notte, ad agosto, ma purtroppo è bastata per lasciare questa recensione che spero possa aiutare nel migliorare la struttura. Purtroppo le foto di Booking non rispecchiano la realtà che si presenta una volta aperta la porta della stanza. Inoltre, ci terrei particolarmente a toccare un punto fondamentale: la pulizia. Non posso descriverla altrimenti se non come superficiale: pareti sporche, porta spazzolini letteralmente con del liquido ammuffito, e polvere sotto il letto.

Il prezzo è piuttosto alto per il tip - • Appartamento moderno, spazioso e non troppo lontano dal centro. • Wi-Fi e TV perfettamente funzionanti. • Aria calda del condizionatore molto utile. • Proprietario sempre super reattivo e disponibile, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-out con un’ora di ritardo • I muri avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, erano piuttosto sporchi. • L’acqua nella doccia e nel lavandino defluiva lentamente; presenza di muffa negli angoli della doccia. • Solo un rotolo di carta igienica per un soggiorno di tre giorni di due persone. • Cuscini estremamente scomodi, praticamente vuoti e senza supporto per la testa. • Sapone fornito di qualità scadente. • Le foto dell’annuncio sono fuorvianti, perché mostrano unità diverse (una con angolo cottura e una senza). • Alla nostra richiesta riguardo al fatto che fosse disponibile una sola capsula di caffè per due persone, il proprietario ha reagito in modo difensivo, spiegando che, essendo la struttura una locazione turistica e non un B&B, il kit di benvenuto non è obbligatorio ma solo una cortesia.

• Aneta (9/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany. Bari i okolice to fajne miejsce na krótki urlop. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży, historycznego centrum miasta i do dworca centralnego. Na przeciwko jest pyszna pizzeria więc dodatkowy plus. Kuchnia mogłaby być troche lepiej wyposażona. Brakuje np. sztućców, deski do krojenia i brak dodatkowych worków na śmiecie. Ale ogólnie jest w porządku.

No elevator. A lot of furniture a little bit old , and broken. Mold at shower. Balcony door not closed till end. Even coffee capsule with dirty.
• Dzianis (8/5): Good place, but with some access and check-in challenges - The apartment is small but freshly renovated, clean, and equipped with everything needed. All appliances worked well. The location is great — it’s easy to walk both to the city center and to the city beach. Despite the recent renovation, there was already some mold in the bathroom and a few small flaws that stood out, though nothing critical. The self-check-in process took some time — access to the building is only possible via a smartphone, which isn’t very convenient, especially if your phone battery is low. The staircase is also very steep, and there’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big issue for us, even with a stroller, but it might be difficult for older people.

Easy access to the apartment, no problems, but keep in mind that you need the internet every time you enter. The walls and room were a bit dirty, but bearable; the bathroom was clean and tidy; toiletries were provided, including soap, shampoo and shower gel, and toilet paper. In the room there were glasses, some knives and forks, but no spoons

• Shubham (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect location. Just 2 minutes from Beach walk, 15 minutes walk to the centre and 15 minutes walk to the Bari Beach. Spacious room, clean bathroom, very nice shower gels, working TV, little kitchen to prepare coffee and tea, clean towels and sheets. Everything just how I like. There was no elevator, and I was with a 20 kg trolley. Apartment being on 2nd floor and steep stairs made it a bit challenging. But it was just one time thing so it was okay.

The terrace door couldn’t close fully, the owner didn’t pick my girlfriends phone, after my phone battery died, and we couldn’t access the apartment door, so we had to walk around Bari and search for iphone charger in the night, hours before our flight.

• Aneta (1/5): Awful - - It was awful! Bed sheets were not changed, dirty towels in the bathroom, no soap in the dispenser, the balcony was dreadfully dirty. We did not have cover sheet, not a blanket, so we had to cover with TOWELS and CLOTHES in the night, to not freeze. The host tried to make me write a 10/10 review, to give us 50% compensation for the first night. Impossible, AVOID at all cases!

If you don't have internet, you will not be able to enter the building. When we access to building, we had issue with finding the rooms keys as we did not know how to get it. • Violeta (1/5): Bad - It was good only location, but not very well. It is extremely very noisy and can't sleep well. The bathroom door does not close all the way and is a big inconvenience. There is no elevator and it is very difficult to load the luggage. There are ants. Also they couldn't provide us with an iron for 5 days. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules. Three people for five days, leaving capsules is a wonderful compliment given the other inconveniences.

• Valentina (10/5): A clean, modern apartment close to the sea and the main sights - Everything was wonderful. The apartment was in a very good area, a few meters from the seaside promenade. We were able to visit the important sights very easily, even though it was our first visit. I really liked the accommodation conditions. The beds were very comfortable with immaculate white bedding sheets. I was very impressed by the fact that the apartment is renovated in a modern way, even if it is in an old building, specific to the area. I traveled with my 2 kids. They were very content with the place. I recommend this location with all my heart. We will definitely come back.

• Roberta (6/5): Okay place for a one night stay - Good location, close to the lungomare Automated easy check in and check out Decent price, many other places were very expensive for a one night stay It is not very well looked after, there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower and there was an hole covered with some amazon packaging. The kitchenette is very basic and the cutlery and dishes did not look clean. We only stayed one night but it did not feel comfortable, would not stay there for longer.
• Kristina (1/5): the worst experience - nothing AVOID!!!! NOT LIKE IN THE PHOTOS!!! Dirty, not cleaned properly at all. Quite old and used apartment. In the kitchen there was old food left in the fridge and on the counter. Balcony door broken, nobody helped with that, slept with the open door and noise from outside. Sheets washed but with stains. Toilet not clened properly, a lot of hair everywhere. The BEST PART - pigeons walking and making a lot of noise in the abandoned level above, because there is some kind of hole, where they get in the house. Really kreepy experience at 5 am.
