• Lucy (7/5): Tolle Lage - Preis gut! - Die Lage am Bahnhof ist klasse, auch direkt in die Stadt. Kleines Restaurant unten und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Die Sauberkeit des Gasthauses ist verbesserungsdürftig. Ich habe gleich nach meinem Ankunft die Sauberkeit bemängelt und es wurde sofort ein Team durchs Zimmer geordert. Danach war alles okay.

I did not like the pillow, it was very loose and uncomfortable. Everithing else was fine. Hard to get to the 4th floor without an elevetor after full day of walk even without a bag. • Stefan (8/5): - Am Beginn der Fußgängerzone in unmittelbarerBahnhofsnähe gelegen eignet sich dieses Hotel gut für einen Altstadtbesuch in Nürnberg. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Preis-Leistung war super bei mir. Zentrale Lage heisst, auch geräuschtechnisch, die Innenstadt vor der Tür. Kein Lift.

• 眞琴 (6/5): 料金に見合うホテル施設ではなかった。 - ロケーションが良かった。スタッフも親切でした。今回は見本市があったせいでレストランは満席で利用できなかったが美味しいと評判のお店のようでした。 今回、見本市の為、宿泊料が高かった。部屋は５階で（3，4，5階がゲストルーム）エレベーターがなく自分で重いスーツケースを運ばなければならずスタッフが親切に部屋まで運んでくれたがチェックアウトの時は下まで運んでもらうように頼んだが２階におかれていて自分達で運んだ。この料金（高いとき）でこの対応は料金に見合っていないと思った。だが見本市開催の時期なので仕方ない。重いスーツケースをお持ちの旅行者にはお勧めできないホテルです。

• Matthias (1/5): Gebucht-bezahlt-kein Zimmer-Niemand erreichbar - Zimmer gebucht und bestätigt. Späte Anreise angefragt. Bei Ankunft 22:30 war kein Personal da, kein Schlüssel hinterlegt. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Im Nachbarhaus waren Schlüssel hinterlegt, meiner fehlte. Da ein Schlüssel „übrig“ war, erhielt ich den. Nach Mitternacht stand dann plötzlich ein tobender anderer Gast an der Tür und beschimpfte mich, ich hätte sein Zimmer genommen. Horror! So eine üble Erfahrung hatte ich noch nie in einer Unterkunft.

• Schmidt (7/5): Nah am Bahnhof ideal für die Durchreise oder einen Städtetrip. - Das Personal war super. Da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und ich einen riesigen Koffer hatte, hat mir das Personal mein Gepäck in die 3. Etage hoch und auch wieder herunter getragen. Der fehlende Fahrstuhl.

• Williams (9/5): - The hotel is in the part of Nürnberg most visitors will want to see and is near Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. The room is clean, comfortable and has a great view. Breakfast is a bit expensive and there is no elevator.

Muy buena disposición a ayudar de parte de Lilí, el ayudante oriental, que fue muy amable. Buen restaurante aunque un poco caro. Mal trato y mala disposición de parte de la recepcionista del día domingo 22 por la tarde. Tres pisos por escalera (no hay ascensor)

• Santiago (1/5): - The location is convenient and within walking distance of the main train station. The exterior of the building has a traditional and charming appearance. I arrived at the property around 13:00, fully aware that check-in was at 15:00. I had contacted the property in advance to ask whether early check-in might be possible or, at minimum, whether I could leave my luggage. When I arrived, there was no staff present. Around 14:00, two individuals arrived, and when I politely asked about leaving my luggage, I was told in a dismissive manner that the property only opens at 15:00. No explanation, assistance, or alternative solution was offered. I was not requesting early access to the room, only basic luggage storage. The lack of communication and hospitality made the experience uncomfortable and left me feeling unwelcome, which ultimately led me to find alternative accommodation.

З залізничного та авто вокзалів зручно добратися, просто пішки 5 хв! Красива будівля! Приємний персонал! Номер затишний, хоч і на людну вулицю! В номері взимку тепло! Кровать комфортна! Дуже раджу тим, хто на 1 ніч шукає номер та більшу частину перебування в Нюрнберзі хоче гуляти містом! Немає такого

• Jean (5/5): Not fancy, but clean and safe in a good location. - The location is great. In spite of being in the midst of a lot of activity, my room was very quiet. And I want to give a shout out to Batia (not sure if that’s her name) who was very kind and found me an adapter so I could charge my phone the first day as my baggage was lost for a day. She and another staff person were helpful in terms of letting me store my bag in the office for a few hours after checkout time. I didn’t realize that there was no front desk or support staff on premises. The room was very warm and there was a note saying not to open the window so I had to have the air conditioning on all the time. Instead of a pillow, there was some kind of soft blanket that you could shape as you wanted, but it wasn’t very comfortable.
