David (7/5): Did the job overall but at £400 per night with sub standard hot water/shower it was over priced. - Location was good and at the quieter end of the road. Black out blinds with clothes pegs in bedroom very poor and an obvious cheap after thought. Shower runs cold after a short time due to potential boiler problem? Reported to agent but a distinct lack of action from them. No email as requested (as I was in a bad mobile coverage area during the day) and no solution offered.... If the owner reads this I'd suggest using a different agent.
Louise (10/5): A superb location to enjoy Brighton. - The property was exceptionally clean and we had everything that was needed for our stay. Location was central to everywhere. Local seagulls lol

I will be back - great location in the heart of north laines , lovely modern cottage with all the comforts of home Great wifi allowed me to work remotely from there whilst still enjoying Brighton Dog friendly too , highly recommend Not an issue for me but stairs very steep cloud be tricky for less mobile people.
