• Fiorina (10/5): Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück! - Die Lage ist schön und das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Check-In via Hotel-App funktioniert unkompliziert. Die Architektur des Hotels ist sehr originell und die Einrichtung ästhetisch und passend gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig. Etwas Kleines, das vom Hotel in Zukunft zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnte, wären Hausschlappen. Alternativ wäre eine Möglichkeit zu erwähnen, dass keine zur Verfügung stehen und bei Bedarf selbst mitgebracht werden müssen.
• Sabine (5/5): Schönes, designtes Hotel für uns leider nicht geeignet! - Optisch ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit wunderschönem Design. Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung nicht optimal. Das Zimmer ist nicht für ältere Personen geeignet. Das Bett ist über zwei Absätze (sehr gefährlich, Stolperfalle) zu erreichen und ist dann bodentief. Ablageflächen (Nachtisch) gibt es nicht. Lage: Die Bundesstraße ist laut, der Zug ebenso (auch nachts)

• Frank (8/5): Top… ich komme wieder… - Ist halt ein Architekten-Hotel… Gutes Design, guter hochwertiger Materialmix. Großzügige Zimmer, mal nicht im Standard Format. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleiner Parkplatz mit ungünstig positionierten Ladeboxen. Vielleicht war aber einfach auch mein Ladekabel zu kurz 😉

• Julia (8/5): Gemütlich, nettes Personal im Café, nicht alles bis zu Ende gedacht - Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, das Café ist zum Entspannen Das Licht in den Zimmern ist doch sehr schummrig. Vor allem im Badezimmer braucht man ordentliches Licht. Das Bad hat etwas Hallenbad Atmosphäre.

Una struttura bellissima, si vede che è stata pensata e studiata da architetti con una visione speciale. Materiale, arredo e insieme davvero bellissimo. Ottima struttura senza reception, con servizi per check in e check out perfettamente funzionanti ed efficaci. Super consigliato. Anche il bar, accogliente, riunisci persone anche dall'esterno in un momento conviviale e all'insegna di buonissimi snack e torte. Forse l'inserimento all'interno del paese non è dei migliori, mi ha stupito trovarlo nella zona più industriale del paese. Ma le scelte architettoniche degli esterni e del tipo di architettura sanno completamente farti dimenticare dov'è posizionato, facendoti sentire Comunque immerso nel verde, nella calma della natura circostante.

• Nils (10/5): Tolles Konzept mit außergewöhnlicher Qualität bzw. Leistung! - Ein tolles Designhotel mit außergewöhnlicher Ausstattung und einer schönen Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee in der dazugehörigen Tagesbar waren unsere Highlights, da ausschließlich Qualitätsprodukte angeboten werden und der Geschmack fantastisch ist. Die Tagesbar schließt zwar um 17 Uhr, jedoch weist das Hotel auch aktiv auf umliegende Restaurants und Gaststätten hin. Aus unserer Sicht daher kein Problem, da dies vorab klar kommuniziert wird. Wer ein Abendessen im Hotel möchte, ist somit hier fehl am Platz.
• Maria Theresia (7/5): - Hochwertige Materialien und anspruchsvolle Gestaltung Das Bett war nur über ein Podest erreichbar. Es gab zwar eine Sitzbank und ein Sitzkissen, beide für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen nicht wirklich geeignet. Ein einfacher Stuhl fehlte. Die Beleuchtung war nicht praktisch.

• Hans van Dijk (7/5): Wel goed, maar kan beter! - Er was geen ontbijt, de locatie was een bedrijvenpark. Er was gedoe omdat mijn creditkaart gehakt was via een mail via Booking.com van het hotel. Alles gaat via mail of internet bij dit Hotel, je krijgt toegangscodes waar je zelf de deuren met je telefoon kan open doen, totaal geen persoonlijk contact. Een aantal jaren geleden heb ik in de zelfde plaats in een hotel met dezelfde naam gelogeerd, ik was in de veronderstelling dat dit hetzelfde hotel was. Dat was echter niet zo. De kamer was verder prima, mooie badkamer en we hebben goed geslapen een nachtje voor onze verdere reis naar Zwitserland. Volgende keer neem ik toch weer een 'normaal' hotel met iemand aan de balie. Eigenlijk alles, begon al met verwarrende mails via booking.com over betaling waardoor mijn creditkaart vlak voor onze vakantie gehakt werk, gelukkig reageerde de bank uitstekend op en stuurde op korte termijn een nieuwe kaart die ik zeker niet meer bij booking.com ga gebruiken. Geen reactie van het hotel of booking.com. Dat was geen goed begin van ons verblijf in dit hotel. De omgeving is prachtig, uitzicht is op een rivier en in het dorp is het goed toeven.
• Heide (8/5): Angenehmer, erholsamer Aufenthalt in schickem, hochwertigem Ambiente mit sehr wenig persönlichem Kontakt zum Personal. - Außergewöhnlich gestaltetes Hotel. Digitaler Empfang funktioniert gut. Personal ist bei auftretenden Fragen telefonisch erreichbar oder ruft nach kurzer Zeit zurück. Schicke Ausstattung, nicht immer funktional aber schön. Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss Elz. Kleiner Balkon. Inhalt der Minibar war überschaubar aber inklusive. Sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück in der Café Bar, besser mit vorheriger Anmeldung. Wenn man noch Lust auf etwas zu trinken hat oder eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte, bietet das Hotel nach 17 Uhr nichts an. Da wäre ein moderner 24 h Automat keine schlechte Idee.

• Giulia (9/5): Modernes Hotel in entspannter Lage - Super schöne, große und moderne Zimmer. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf dem Fluss. Unten gibt es ein tolles Café. Das Frühstück war total lecker und alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Check- in und out waren unkompliziert, da wir vorher schon per Online Check- In alles ausgefüllt hatten. Weitere Pluspunkt, dass man mit Hund anreisen kann. Komischer Geruch wenn man in das Zimmer gekommen ist.

Everything felt new and up to date, the bedding and towels were soft and luxurious and the room was very quiet. The cafe was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. The lighting at the bathroom sink could have been better. It was a bit out of town.

• Andre (7/5): Great design, wrong room - We loved the hotel design, it is really interesting. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and spotless. The self check-in works very well. Just a lovely place. The picture on room details regarding room view/ window didn't match the actual room, since this had a concrete wall just outside the window. Therefore, visibility and light entering the room were severely compromised. This was upsetting, I wouldn't have booked this room/hotel had I know this in advanced. Room details were misleading (see pictures). With the self check-in/out, we ended up having no physical interaction with staff, which takes away from the guest/hotel experience. The main bed could be firmer.

• Innokenty (3/5): Disappointed. Not worth the money. - The size of the room was decent. That’s the only good part of our stay. First, I must tell the room has no AC or ventilation. Outside during the day temperatures were high. It was impossible to sleep during the night, I had to leave the terrace door fully open. There was no air. I wasn’t able to have any good sleep. The shower is very cheap, very poor, flow is very weak, temperature of water changes a lot while you are having a shower, it’s horrible. TV was not working at all. I don’t think it is a design hotel to be honest. One thing, besides your bed there is no shelf no nothing to put anything, so I had to put my things on the floor, how is that for a design? The other thing about the hotel - it’s a ghost hotel. I saw people only when I arrived at the hotel, that person was about to leave the place, and the other time was during the breakfast (nice lady btw) No reception, no staff during day and night. When I was leaving the hotel there was nobody there. The hotel location is in the industrial zone. I should have booked a hotel in the mountains. Very disappointed.

• Paul (7/5): Once was ok - The hotel was quite unusual - both good and bad. The room was spacious. The furnishings were of a high standard: bed linen; balcony chairs; bathroom cosmetics. The breakfast was good. About 15min walk to the centre of town. Nice view of Kandel. The online check-in and door-opening by smartphone is a gag and a PITA. Couldn't help wondering how we would get in if the battery died. It did work but just felt impersonal (cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly).

• James (10/5): Cutting edge modernity near a medieval castle - Beautiful, peaceful view from my private terrace of a rushing river and high hills and trees. Large walk-in shower with rain shower head, beautifully illuminated throughout. Super clean throughout. Excellent breakfast that was very generous and high quality. First impression is like “what?” The hotel is in an industrial zone, and the neighborhood on approach is a bit on the ugly side. But once inside, that all changes. It’s a unique property, and I was delighted by how quiet it was. The bed, set on a double riser, could be a challenge for those with personal mobility or agility issues. Not a fan of the coffee cups - they lack handles.

All messages sent to me (and the notices about the checkin process) were in German and I couldn’t understand them. So if I hadn’t had German friends with me it would have been very tricky.
