• Elena (9/5): Bel soggiorno - Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e molto curata anche nei particolari, dal bagno in cui c'erano anche dei mini tester di shampoo, con Asciugamani e accappatoi, alla camera molto pulita e la cucina ben fornita, da noi poco usata in quanto siamo stati piu fuori, sarebbe molto gradito eventualmente delle bustine di the insieme al caffe gia presente (con grande nostra sorpresa, apprezzato).Molto consigliata. Anche il gestore molto cordiale. Nulla da dire. Forse un po la posizione in quanto non c'è molto da visitare intorno, e pochi bar aperti la sera, ma noi l'abbiamo usata piu come base per girare bologna centro ed è stato tutto perfetto anche girare in macchina.

• Ewoud (10/5): Zeer plezierig verblijnf - Met veel zorg ingericht appartement Goede ligging tov van het centrum dat goed bereikbaar is met bus 15 en 19 die voor de deur stoppen
• Irene (7/5): - Posizione perfetta per le nostre esigenze di soggiorno, vicina alla Coop e sulla via Emilia. Stanza pulita e proprietari molto disponibili. Stanza dotata di Aria Condizionata e dispone di ottimi accappatoi. Mancanza di alcuni utensili utili per la cucina, di teglie per il forno e di zucchero. La Lavatrice funzionante, ma anche lì non erano presenti le capsule o il detersivo.

• Petra (9/5): Superb - Nice, cozy, clean. With everything you need (even a washing machine). The communication with the staff was very fast. Our train had a two hour delay and they had no problem to accommodate us at 11pm. You get breakfast vouchers valid in two cafes nearby (cappuccino + some sweet croissant etc). If you are light sensitive at night, there is a strong light on the street facing the window opposite the bed. Would be great to have some blinds on the window.
