• Caroline (8/5): A comfortable stay in a fantastic location with a beautiful view, ideal for exploring Tarragona. - The location was fantastic, right beside Tarragona’s Roman ruins and within easy walking distance of the old town, beach, and great restaurants. It felt like the perfect base for exploring the city. We were also very happy with our room and the beautiful view, which made the stay feel extra special. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our stay. The only downside was that interactions with staff felt a little less warm and welcoming than we had expected. Everything was handled efficiently, but a friendlier atmosphere would have made the experience even better.

Needed a few things like teaspoons, bread knife, corkskrew and either a melamine jug or bowl. Otherwise equiped well for what we needed. Extra care needed throughout on floors as very dusty along edges and corners.

The room we had in the main hotel was better value - Location The apartment was advertised for 4 guests, but the bathroom was en suite, so guests on sofa bed had to go through our bedroom to use toilet. The bedroom was noisy with suitcases of guests rattling on cobbled below the window.

The foyer had an unpleasant smell and I must have missed the part about the stairs. There were very little cooking amenities with regards to spices and paper towels, but there were plates and the other cooking basics.

• Jenny (7/5): We enjoyed our staff in Apartamento Lauria, but would request a room off the street next time. - The location was perfect, the staff were lovely and the room had all the facilities we required. It was very noisy as we were one level off the street and we heard all the street conversations and those in the rooms beside us.

Por poner algo , tener que bajar la basura porque en los apartamentos no hay servicio de limpieza diario. No poder reservar parking( aunque nos aconsejaron uno municipal en el mercado que salen las 24h por 6€ y está a menos de 10 min andando)

• Barbara (8/5): It has lots of potential with beautiful spaces. A bit more attention would help to make this place great - The location is great, close to many attractions and easy find. The building is lovely, picture-worthy. The apartment we got was very comfortable with plenty of room in all spaces, and all necessary amenities (washing machine/kettle/ coffee machine (no pods for it though)/ clothing rack/ hairdryer..). Decent natural light during daytime. They kept our luggage after check-out, which was appreciated They don’t provide any tea/coffee/sugar/salt or anything in the kitchen. The kettle had lots of limescale so we requested it to be changed (which the did and we are thankful for that) The fold-up bed in the common area was quite uncomfortable, with the mattress being too soft so it was bent and could feel the bed frame under it down the middle. The duvet that was in the wardrobe had some stains. The reception staff is not particularly friendly, which made us feel like we were a nuisance. The public toilets near reception need more frequent cleaning, they were not in a very good state

Apartment was very spacious with good kitchen facilities such as dishwasher large fridge. Shower was very nice and powerful. Good ac/ heating system nice decor huge bright windows. 2 Private bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. It wasn’t super clean on arrival with dust on floors and bin hadn’t been emptied it also didn’t include cleaning or change of towels, there was a per person charge to do so which made it expensive. They could provide more cleaning products and additional towels especially for short stays. Beds not super comfy but ok for a few days.

• Marco (9/5): - Palazzo signorile ben ristrutturato, con una ottima posizione sulla Rambla Nova, vicino alle principali attrazioni storiche di Tarragona. Tutti i locali dell’appartamento erano ampi ed ariosi, ottima pulizia e dotati di attrezzature per ogni esigenza. Personale molto preciso e preparato, ottima e rapida soluzione fornita per una esigenza particolare specifica (viaggiando con un bambino di 6 mesi di età). Una miglioria possibile potrebbe essere la installazione di un impianto ad osmosi per la filtrazione dell’acqua nel cucinino dell’appartamento, per evitare l’acquisto ripetuto di acqua confezionata durante il soggiorno. È un dettaglio minimo, ma che avrebbe anche una notevole importanza ecologica.

• Ariane (7/5): - Standort und Grösse war super Das Badezimmer braucht ein facelift auch wäre mehr Platz z.B. unter dem Schütstein/Lavabo gut. Es fehlt auch z. B. Ein Schrank für die Putzutensilien wie Besen etc.gut. so wie jetzt steht alles sichtbar im Studio ist nicht sehr gemütlich. Es wäre nett wenn man für die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wie Zucker,Salz Öl und Essig (in kleinen Portionen) bereitstellen könnte. Es hat zwar eine Waschmaschine aber kein glätteisen. Wie gesagt es fehlt etwas liebe/Ästhetik.
