• brigitte (8/5): Alles super .Bis auf den Nachbarn über mir - Ein Nachbar über mir hatte sich um 18.00 beschwert man wäre zu laut ....mein bruder holte mich vom Bahnhof ab und brachte mich zu meiner Unterkunft .Wir hatten uns viel zu erzählen aber im normalen Ton ..dann hatte es geklingelt und der Nachbar über mir stand vor der Türe..,
• Osman (7/5): Tekrar gelirmiyim evet - Konum Fiyat ve Yatak temizliği güzeldi Araç parkı çok büyük bi sorun hep çok uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık odanın genel temizliği güzel ama Lambalarda ve odanın birkaç köşesinde örümcek ağları vardı ama en önemlisi’de tuvalet kapağı bozuk ve tuvalet fırçası çok eski ve çok pis idi temizlik firması işini iyi yapmıyor.

• Anke (9/5): Hat mir gefallen - Schönes Zimmer, keine Luxusausstattung, aber gemütlich und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Hammer-Aussicht mit Balkon. Hatte leider ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Bahnhof, war schon eher laut. Geht mal eine Nacht, aber für lärmempfindliche Gäste ist das nix für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

• Khalil (4/5): - Zentrale Lage, gute Aufsicht und ruhig. Leider nicht sauber genug. Für das Geld habe ich mehr erwartet. Sonst war noch im Rahmen. Das Bett war billig und zu klein für zwei Personen.

• Jennifer (5/5): - Toller Ausblick! Gute Kommunikation, das war alles bestens Auf Grund der fehlenden Klima es war unendlich heiß! Tauben Probleme auf der Terrasse und enormen Zug Lärm da wir wegen der Hitze die ganze Nacht das Fenster offen hatten,und keine Parkplätze, leider war nie etwas frei.

• Uwe (5/5): Unschönes Appartement vermiest den Urlaub - Gute Lage mit schönem Fernblick. Vieles. Das Appartement war kaum gereinigt. Sofa und Stühle waren so verdreckt, dass wir uns da nicht hinsetzen mochten. Viele Möbel und Einrichtungen waren abgestoßen und beschädigt. Nachdem wir uns beim Team Hotelturm beschwert hatten, wurde das Zimmer am nächsten Tag gereinigt. Trotzdem war das Zimmer nicht das Geld wert. Wir werden dort nicht mehr übernachten.

• Annika (9/5): Bombastischer Ausblick, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, funktional ohne Schnick Schnack, trotzdem gemütlich. - Der Ausblick und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Leider waren Baustellen rings um das Areal und Parken war etwas schwierig, hat aber irgendwie geklappt. Am ersten Tag bekamen wir den letzten freien Parkplatz und am Abend mussten wir 1km laufen, damit kamen wir aber zurecht.

• Louis (1/5): MANGELHAFT, Unprofessionell, extrem schlecht! - Die Lage, sonst nichts. Die „Matratze“ ist ein Topper, der extrem ausgelegen ist. Nach 10 Minuten am ersten abend haben wir beide Rückenschmerzen bekommen und sind Nachts um 1 Uhr auf das Sofa gewechselt, welches minimal besser war, aber definitiv keinem Bett entspricht. Auf meine Rüge hin und Aufforderung zur Teilweise. Rückzahlung wird schlichtweg nicht reagiert. Daher wird diese gerichtlich geltend gemacht. Keine Empfehlung! Geiz, Gier und keine Einsicht.

• Anneliese (8/5): Trotz einiger Kritik wäre der Hotelturm wieder erste Wahl. - Aussicht auf die Stadt, Sonnenaufgang. Besteck, besonders Messer, ziemlich abgenutzt und in sparsamer Stückzahl. Kopfkissen mit 8ß x 80 cm zu dick, 40 x 80 cm hätten ausgereicht. Kein Handtuchwechsel bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt.
• maxc14 (7/5): - Ausgezeichnete Lage im Wittelsbacher Park, nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Tolle Aussicht auf die gesamte Stadt.
• Zakula (9/5): Great apartment - The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We had good communication and easy check in via key box. The view is great. It was a bit warmer in June and the apartment only lacks air conditioning to be perfect. Free parking 5 minutes away.
• Andreas (7/5): Für den nächsten Kurzurlaub in Augsburg unser Favorit - Die Lage des Hotelturms ist für Gäste, die gerne ein paar Schritte gehen, gut geeignet, um zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Ansonsten ist auch die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr nah. Der Blick vom Balkon ist außergewöhnlich schön. Mit dem modernen Aufzug ist man sehr schnell und angenehm in den oberen Etagen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft ist ein kleiner, schöner Biergarten, der von allen Altersgruppen frequentiert wird. An manchen Tagen blies der Wind in luftiger Höhe schon etwas sehr, so dass das Sitzen auf dem Balkon nach einiger Zeit - trotz hoher Sommertemperaturen - unangenehm wurde. Vielleicht wäre ein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarbalkonen nicht nur für die Gewährleistung einer besseren Privatsphäre nützlich, sondern auch eine Abhilfe gegen den Windzug?

• Мария83 (9/5): Superb - The view from the balcony is amazing, the apartment is clean and very comfortable and the communication with the owner was perfect, there were even boardgames for the kid. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The elevators are very fast and good, so you get to the 19th floor for seconds, without even noticing.
