• Veronika (8/5): - Very friendly staff, the room is clean and has everything one needs, the bathroom as well, all looks very new. The mattress felt bit soft first but is made of some special foam or similar material that's giving good support whilst still being soft. Very comfortable! They also let me store my bicycle in a room on ground floor that wasn't used. Might not be possible in high season though. Breakfast available (costs extra) at their restaurant, which is popular with locals too.

A modern structure on the first floor, with a restobar downstairs open only for breakfast. Quite modern, with slightly dated A/C and TV, a refrigerator, and I assume some rooms also have a sea view. Rating: 7.5

• Clemente (9/5): tranquilidad, ubicacion con calidad precio. - La ubicación a la entrada es perfecta, normalmente tiene sitio en la puerta o alrededores para aparcar, está cerca de las playas y es tranquilo, las habitaciones muy bien, el colchón muy bueno y con dos almohadas. las habitaciones no estan muy insonorizadas y te enteras de todo pero como llegabamos cansados de todo el dia no te enterabas mucho, pero lo que mas destacaría es el precio del desayuno, muy caro la tostada y no es nada del otro mundo, hay otras opciones mejor en otros sitios mas baratos.

• Beatriz (7/5): Hormigas - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Había muchas hormigas. De hecho mi hermano tenía en el lavabo un recipiente cerrado donde guardaba su férula de descarga para los dientes y cuando llegamos una noche la tenía llena de hormigas. También encontramos hormigas en el armario y en una de las paredes del baño.

• Jacques (7/5): Good - This appears to be a family run business. The lady and her husband were really very nice. You must know that Inarrived and the tourist season had not really started yet so most restaurants were closed. Because of some discomfort, stayed two nights instead of the one, and both nights slept like a log in a wonderful bed. Great shower but you need to let it run before it gets pipping hot. Breakfasts were the same both days. They do not offer dinner or lunch.

• Janet (5/5): Passable - The location by the sea The room was scantily furnished for a twin bedded room. Only one wooden chair and one bedside little table. One very small table under a smamm tele that had not been configured correctly so the top quarter of the picture didnot show beheading people! Although it was 5.30 pm it took 10 minutes to get attention from staff to get in. A warning to others booking for Bolonia in the winter is that everything is closed and in the evening even the hotel offers no drink or food services and to cap it all there is no kettle and tea and coffee bags in the room. So arriving tired and cold in the evening bring your own thermos and biscuits. At lunch time there are 2 expensive fish restaurants by the shore all closed late pm.

• Christopher (8/5): Idyllic spot next to beach and excellent Roman ruins - We stayed in the off-season which had a major advantage (+ some small disadvantages). The advantage was that we were allocated 1 of the 2 best bedrooms (22 & 24). They have large balconies with brilliant views over the bay and the nearby Roman remains. (As far as I could tell other rooms have more limited views). The room was modern, light, clean and well decorated. Being the only guests there was no WiFi. Luckily we stayed at the weekend when the linked cafe is open in the mornings. Although the rooms have been modernised the underlying plumbing is of an older generation. A definite whiff from the drains. And you need to be patient for hot water to arrive (but it was fine when it came).

• Csaba (6/5): All in all due great due to the location ! - The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean & had air-con with good heating. Parking was available nearby and the ancient Roman archaeological site of Baelo Claudia was wonderful and free ! 1/ The room was very small & the two single beds ( whilst quite comfortable) left virtually no room to move on the sides ! A tip for the management…move the beds together and buy another small bedside table & locate them on each side ! That would also make it easier to view the TV from both beds ! Breakfast consisted of a piece of toast with some tomato & olive oil + coffee - not brilliant ! There was no hair dryer, but luckily the split air-con heating could be used to dry my wife’s hair ( maybe more expensive for the establishment ??
