• Jutta (10/5): - Ein wunderbares Cottage, super ausgestattet. Es ist klein, aber sehr geschickt eingerichtet. Super gemütlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Dusche, bequemes Bett. Sehr nett das welcome package mit Milch und Butter im Kühlschrank, Toast und Marmelade. Tee, Kaffee. An alles war gedacht. Großer eingezäunter Garten, absolute Privatsphäre, obwohl angrenzend an das Grundstück des Haupthauses. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

• Richard (10/5): A peaceful dog friendly place to stay! - Really quiet location and very close to the New Forest. Well appointed and comfortable log cabin for short stays. Ample breakfast provisions provided, even though self catering. Our dogs loved being able to roam around the cabin’s secure paddock. We’ll be back when we can. Nothing

• Sarah (6/5): Lovely accommodation in quiet secluded spot, but could have been better - The accommodation is in a quiet location, offering lots of privacy. Thoughtful breakfast supplies, including bread, juice, milk, and cereal. Has a cosy feel, providing blankets and towels. Comfortable seating outside, with a new bench table. The shower was good with adequate hot water. It may have been a one off as we stayed one night, but it felt as if we tagged on to the end of someone else's stay - juice container was already open and half empty, best before on the bread was the day of arrival, a biscuit wrapper and jug left on the sideboard, rubbish in the bin. One window didn't shut. Some dead plants in the flowerbeds and containers, animal poop at the far end. No designated parking and the access gate difficult to open. It was a lovely lodge, it could have been a better experience for these reasons, making us wonder if the bedding was fresh. It does have good reviews, so perhaps this is not the norm, but unfortunately for us this was our experience.
• Chris (10/5): A peaceful stay near Wimborne Minster.' - The lodge was lovely ,every thing that you could need was there, set in lovely fields and woodland there so many birds, wood pigeons and swallows getting ready to leave for the winter. My spaniel Biscuit absolutely loved the time we spent there going round the garden and field so many times! The lodge was cosy at night and the bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I had for ages.A great place and excellent value .I shall certainly be back! Having to leave!

• Sue (8/5): Despite the two minor issues I enjoyed my stay. It suited my needs and was comfortable and clean. - The hosts were great and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The parking was a little cramped, but I think this may have been a temporary issue. There was what appeared to be a small commercial yard adjacent to the property which had occasional lorries coming and going, both early morning and evening.

• Magdalena (10/5): Gartenoase - Die Wohnung war ein Traum. In freier Natur, kleines, funktionales Häuschen mit allem was man braucht. Schöne, große Wiese zum spielen. Der Kühlschrank wahr gefüllt mit Zutaten fürs Frühstück. Es war sauber, gemütlich und einladend. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

• Patricia (8/5): It was a very hot few days but an excellent shower cooled me down. The outside furniture was a boon. - An excellent array of breakfast items which was unexpected. Probably too isolated for me personally.

• Esther (10/5): Fantastic - The position was exquisite. Private with a lovely outlook. Lots of birds including a pair of herons! So peaceful, we absolutely loved it ❤️ There was nothing to complain about!
• Kerry (10/5): Wish we were staying longer! - Lovely setting, easy check in, good instructions, very well equipped, comfortable bed and lovely touch with the items left by owners such as milk, bread, cereal etc. Lodge is very clean. Great paddock for dogs which is secure. Nothing.
• Ann (10/5): Just what I needed to break the journey from South Devon to Brighton - The location was lovely - secluded and tranquil - the outlook from the bed was beautiful - little garden and a walk to the edge of the property along a mown path amongst wild grasses. There were two horses (Not belonging to the property) but they added to the view. Chalet was spotless and cosy. I hope to return with Milo (my miniature schnauzer, who seemed to enjoy the whole experience. Thoughtful selection of teas, coffees, milk, juice and breakfast cereals (and a sliced loaf!) Nothing from my point of view
• Julie (10/5): Relaxing dog-friendly stay in a peaceful location. - Perfect little place to stay for us and two dogs. Good outside space for the dogs to potter around in. The lodge was lovely and cosy and well-equipped. Plenty of breakfast provisions waiting for us. Very comfy bed. Good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend! Nothing
• Samantha (8/5): Lovely place to stay which I highly recommend, great value for money and we loved the little extras provided by the host - It was really private and secluded, clean and cosy, had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home The shower door runner seemed to be broken with one runner missing so the door wasn’t closing properly, and the spare bed had a loose spring which needed reattaching.

• Yvonne (10/5): Amazing, memorable - Lovely location, extremely quiet to recharge your batteries, very therapeutic. All facilities provided, breakfast bits, milk bread, juice, towels, bedding. I would say it sleeps up to 4/5 comfortably. Lovely electrical coal fire, gave it that extra warmth. I would highly recommend, I would definitely stay again. The host extremely helpful, and very approachable. Thank you Yvonne Nothing to dislike

• Janet (9/5): Exceptional accommodation making for a very comfortable stay. Host, Deanne has thought of everything - Deanne was extremely obliging. The lodge was superbly equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable break. Even down to an umbrella & a hot water bottle. The breakfast provisions were incredible. Fresh milk, bread, orange juice, cereals, jams, honey, condiments, tea, coffee, eggs & a tin of baked beans (Heinz) ! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Decor pleasant. It was spacious & airy. A very efficient heater was provided. Plenty of towels, throws. Shower great. Always plenty of hot water. I can not praise it enough. I’m afraid I didn’t like the 3 barking dogs that ran up to the fence as I was walking down to the lodge. I know they were only doing their job ! Unfortunately the WiFi was problematic. A T.V /Microwave would have been fab!
• Susan (7/5): Don't rely on your Sat Nav to find the location. - Quiet, dog friendly, clean, adequate bfast and beverages. Helpful host. Free parking. Lovely woodland walks nearby Poor WiFi and sat nav fails to locate so very difficult to find. Poor signage, so look for a red post box outside the driveway and a torch might be helpful. No TV or radio in the summerhouse.

• Richard (9/5): It was a lovely stay. Clean accommodation, peaceful surroundings. Exceeded expectations - The host was easily contactable and responded in good time. The key was waiting for us on our arrival. The WiFi and signal was unstable and so had no Internet connection for the stay. There was no TV. But that made little difference to our overall experience.
• Drew (10/5): A delightful and quiet stay for a night with super comfy bed. - Quiet, clean and perfect for our small family and 2 little dogs. Nothing! The 6yo might have preferred a TV but tough! Only tiny issue was I think the directions could be clearer. Maybe drop a pin or provide map coordinates for those who like that kind of thing :)
• Paul (9/5): Lovely quaint property in a peaceful location - The peaceful garden, nice little touches like breakfast bits, helpful hosts, excellent location. WiFi didn't work and there was no phone signal but spoke to the host who is planning to improve it.

• Martin (9/5): If I have the opportunity, I will come back again for a longer stay. - Very nice room, clean, interior furnishings at the level, basic supplies for breakfast. Large Garden, where our dogs could run freely and safely. A place for a barbecue, relaxation. Lots of greenery around.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, giving us good advice regarding dog friendly pubs and restaurants. Nice enclosed garden for your dog to safely roam. Nothing not to like but would have liked two bedside lamps.
• Joan (10/5): Exceptional - As soon as I arrived it felt like home. The staff/ owner were so lovely,friendly and accommodating. It had everything you would need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Great breakfast selection of goodies too! The area was so peaceful and not far to other places of interest too. Perfect to relax and unwind. Parking and access really easy too. Will be back very soon! All good!
• Sharon (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. - We stopped en route to Guernsey with our two dogs. The accommodation was just what we needed after over 7 hours on the road. Quiet and peaceful with an enclosed garden for the dogs to stretch their legs without having to be on lead. Although we did not require breakfast, the fridge stocked with some breakfast essentials was a thoughtful and unexpected addition. The internet was very slow.
• Mack (10/5): Exceptional - Cabin was brilliant, really smart and clean. Loads of great features and a lovely internal bathroom and a full kitchen as well as wifi. The location and view from the cabin is also perfect. The hosts couldn't have been better, brilliant communication, friendly and even stocked the fridge with breakfast! Loved our stay. Nothing.
• Zoe (7/5): Booking and communication was stressful! - It was private and quiet which is what i wanted although you can hear the busy road in the back ground. Lots of different things left for breakfast but some eggs would have been nice. The customer service and communication with the host and booking . Com was awful! I booked and paid then was told by host it had just been booked by someone else, right before me?!? spent hours trying to get hold of customer service which I did. To then get a text from host to say it was now available?!? I was too busy to try and find anywhere else so went with it. Obviously wasnt totally prepared for guests, it wasn't as cosy as photos made out, bed was unstable and squeaky, lots of cobwebs , long hairs on bed ( i have short hair!) very dirty windows, didnt feel that clean. Bumped into host when i arrived but nothing when i left. Very disappointed by whole experience, they obviously arent geared up professionally for paying guests yet, potentially it could be amazing and a good business. Also pathway to lodge is uneven. I went over on my ankles twice.
• Zoe (9/5): Great family night away. - Lovely peaceful location, a home away from home! Perfect escape from the busy lifestyle! Great enclosed garden, which our puppy loved. Very comfortable stay, host very welcoming and a lovely surprise to find breakfast supplied. Thank you for a great night away, we will definitely be back

• Lilita (10/5): Cosy and relaxing place - Great location, super helpful host, loved the Lodge, there was so much attention to detail in terms of available items and decor. Such cosy and lovely atmosphere! Dog had big enclosed space to run around as well! Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I'm in the area!
