• Oktay (10/5): - Daire temiz, içinde kısa süre kalırlar için herşey düşünülmüş. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve işlek cadde üzerinde, güvenilir bir yerde. Duşakabin olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Duş alırken etraf biraz ıslanıyor.

• Ivan (10/5): Перфектно жилище и перфектно разположение с парко място. - Изключително коректен домакин. Повече от много добри условия. Има специално място към студиото за личния ми автомобил, което решава проблема с паркирането напълно. Удобно голямо легло. Климатика работи прекрасно. Телевизия, интернет, хладилник, пералня и всичко останало за да се чувстваш у дома си. Локацията е перфектна. Изобщо всичко е прекрасно. Не мога да намеря забележка.
• Nikolay (10/5): - Имаше всичко необходимо за двудневния ни престой. Каквото и да ми потрябваше го намирах. Особено бях впечатлен, че е налична кафемашина, но не са оставени 2 капсули, а имаше цяла кутия с капсули за кафе. В непосредствена близост имаше хранителен магазин. Локацията е също много добра за нашите изисквания - на около 35мин. пеш до Морска гара Бургас. Нямам забележки.
• Маргарита (10/5): Препоръчваме! - Всичко беше точно като описаното. Местоположението е много удобно, на пешеходно разстояние от морската градина, както и от центъра на града. В близост има спирки на градския транспорт. Апартаментът има всичко необходимо за по-дълъг престой (ютия, сешоар, разнообразно кухненско оборудване, пералня и тн.) Наличието на кафемашина беше истинско удоволствие. А климатикът ни спасяваше от горещите юлски жеги навън. Препоръчваме!
• Elitsa (10/5): Отлично - Отседнахме в апартамента за една нощувка и останахме много доволни. Местоположението е изключително комуникативно – точно над пясъчните скулптури и Морската градина, а до центъра се стига пеша за около 30 минути. Апартаментът е много чист, с модерно и стилно обзавеждане, и разполага с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Много ни хареса и със сигурност бихме резервирали отново! Нищо

• Volodymyr (10/5): Exceptional - Great Apartment! The location is excellent—downtown is just a 20-minute walk away. Grocery stores are also very close to the apartment. Bus 15, which provides transportation from the airport and railway station, stops very close to the apartment, making travel highly convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped. It has everything you might need, including a hairdryer, slippers, and even a sewing kit. The kitchen is stocked with spices, salt, and cooking oils, making it easy to prepare meals. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this apartment!
• Lioudmila (10/5): İf I will have a trip to Burgas again, first I booked Ivan's apartment - İvan step by step explained everything, what it needs for opening doors, wi-fi, in details. Apartment is very clean and usefull, spacious and smells good. Also Ivan has a perfect English 😁

• Tomasz (10/5): Wonderful room, great location, amazing stay! - The contact to the owner was exceptional. Ivan did a really good job of communicating with us! We had a lovely time at the apartment - the AC was working perfectly, the facilities were really good and the location is decent - a 4 min walk to the bus station and a 25 min walk from the beach and the city centre. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Burgas I wasn't a big fan of the shower solution - because of lack of any walls - water gets everywhere in the shower. We were provided with a mop that collects the water really well but yeah a glass wall to protect from the spillage would be nice
• Глория (9/5): Great accommodation in Burgas! - The place is perfect for short stay or even summer vacation. Maybe 20 mins walking distance to the beach, but less to the Sea garden park. It is on a main boulevard so is easily reachable. Host is very friendly, short term responsive and helpful. The studio is great value for money - small but spacious and has more than everything you need, incl. espresso coffee maker, microwave and washing machine, balcony. It even has different spices, teas and jars with coffee - everything you might need. Unfortunately we had just one night to stay but would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Burgas. Great that it is bookable for one night only even during high summer season! Nothing!

Furthermore, the bedsheets were very appealing and the communication with the owner was super easy. He send us a detailed explanation on how to retrieve the keys and was all in all very helpful. It has everything you need and more, the attention to details is pretty impressive, you have iron, hairdryer, everything you need on a kitchen, laundry, even thread and needle! Lots of information in different flyers, comfy bed, TV, the balcony... They really have taken their time to design the best experience during your stay, it suits perfect a long stay or even a short one when you need to recharge and feel at home. Location is good, you have lots of options around to eat, buy stuff, move around Burgas. Plus Ivan service is top! He was one of the most helpful people I've met in the country. Totally recommended!

• Денис (9/5): Excellent value for money - The location is excellent. The studio actually exceeded our expectations. It was clean, accessible and had all the amenities that we needed. Ivan was very nice and friendly. We didn't need to pay for parking as we arrived late and left the property early and parked one block away in the green zone which is active from 11 to 20 o'clock. Black out curtains would be very nice since the street lamps shine in your face.
