• Sofia (10/5): - Просторная уютная квартира с отоплением в старом Батуми. Есть парковка во дворе. Тихая улица, удобный вход, 2 этаж. Удобная кровать, плотные шторы окнах, комфортная мягкая мебель, полноценная кухня, красивый балкон . В общем всё удобно и как,-то по домашнему.

• Ilona (3/5): Several issues need fixing, overall a fine stay. - Communication, check in, location were fine. The apartment had the necessary supplies for a longer stay. The dark smelly hallway, lack of noise insulation, overall cleanliness of the apartment spoiled my stay. And the apartment door really needs fixing, considering how it needs to be pushed just to open. There were several occasions I though I might not be able to open it at all (and I am a strong woman).

• Julia (9/5): Superb - Great location, walking distance to everything. The apartment is comfortable and nice. It would be nice to have more cutlery (table knives). If you are planning to cook in the apartment, the kitchen is equipped with just basics.
• Svyatoslav (10/5): Exceptional - Great location on a quiet, peaceful street. There are many good coffee shops nearby, and there's a small grocery store in the same building. Right outside the window, there’s a pine tree—you can sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and admire it :) Convenient contactless key pickup. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with everything you need. I loved everything!
• Abdallah (5/5): Passable - 1-Noisy apartment 2-Far from most of arabic and halal restaurants. 3- There is no AC in the bedroom, so in the summer you are obligated to sleep with your family on the sofa in the living room, where you will wake up so tired (sofa bed not comfortable).. 4-Kitchen window (facing the living room) is without any curtain so you cant make the room dark when sleeping (in the early morning). 5-No hand spray (shattafa) in the WC. 5-No key for the balcony so maybe you will feel not safe. 6- Early check out (up to 10 am)!!! which is unlogical and different than all other apartments we booked, so take into consideration that you should find another place for your lagguage, since the only solution provided by the property is to put your luggage in the entrance of the building!!. 7- If you are planning to cook, be awared that there is missing of al lot of utensils in the kitchen...
