• Annamária (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, a check-in infók egyértelműek és mindent időben megkaptunk. A szobák normál felszereltségűek, a közös helyiségek jó kialakításúak. A szoba csendes volt. A szoba nem volt tiszta, a fürdőkád tele volt hajjal és a padló sem volt tiszta.

• Sonia (3/5): I don't recommend - I don't recommend this hotel. When I arrived on the first night the room hadn't been cleaned at all ( hair everywhere on the floor and the bed sheets, sink and toilet were dirty). It was night time and there's no reception so no one to contact until the following day. I had to clean the toilet at 6 am to use it and sleep in dirty bedsheet. Cleaning was done on the following afternoon and they offered a compensation for the first night but they never gave it to me, they simply stopped replying my messages after I left. The bed can be slept on but is not very comfortable, the light in the bathroom stays on almost all night and its door can't be closed. Overall : dirty, unconfortable and dishonest people. Isolation is not very good either. Price is too high for the value. The location is a bit outside center but it's easy to reach walking, the self check-in makes it possible to arrive and leave at late and early hours, and common spaces offer a kitchen ( which seemed ok even though I haven't used it) and a massage seat. That's why I still give 3 stars despite my bad experience.
• Мааxim (10/5): Отличное место - Отличный небольшой отель в хорошем районе рядом с метро. Постоянно здесь останавливаюсь. В номере холодильник, чайник, большая ванная комната. Есть общая кухня и большой холодильник, утюг с доской, стол со стульями в коридоре, небольшой общий кинозал. Все отлично!
• Мааxim (8/5): Небольшой уютный отель рядом с метро и центром. - Отличный небольшой отель в хорошем районе рядом с метро. Постоянно здесь останавливаюсь. Заселение бесконтактное, но персонал забыл оставить ключи. Хорошо, что снимали два номера и все вещи оставили в другом, не пришлось сидеть и ждать ключей 3 часа. Оценка снижена только из-за этой досадной оплошности.

Я была очень уставшая после перелета и мне нужно было переночевать только одну ночь, за счет того чт - Месторасположение самого отеля а все остальное это кошмар Грязно, постель была в каких-то пятнах, под был грязный, ванная комната просто ужас. Сидел огромный таракан на шторах

Освещение в ванной на датчике движения, работает по своему настроению. 4. Полотенца пахнут ядрёной хлоркой, но при этом на них пятна. 5. В спальне нет зеркала. 6. Очень жесткий матрас. 7. Мало розеток в номере (2 евро, 2 америки) 8. Нет прикроватной тумбочки. 9. Нет полки в ванной. 10. Зеркало было разбито.

• Dina (10/5): - Отличный номер, с прихожей-гостиной. Большая кровать, тепло, холодильник, чайник в номере. Достаточно стильная локация сама по себе. Телевизор показывает ютуб и не только. Бесконтактное въезд и выезд. Но, на связи были постоянно. Поставила этот отель себе в избранные. Для меня очень тонкие подушки. Они перьевые, как и одеяло, но если одеялу это плюс, то подушками минус. Под тяжестью головы , их вообще не было. Крутоватый вход, надо следить, чтобы не удариться головой.

• Жанар (6/5): - Очень удобный отель. Есть кухня, постирочная, глажка, зона отдыха и кресло массажное. Во первых с первого дня были проблемы с замком. Ночью мы вернулись с прогулки и не могли зайти в номер. Разрядился замок. Менеджеров и персонала нет в отеле никогда. Номер , который указан в букинге просто игнорировал сообщения о помощи и звонки, хотя читал сообщения и скидывал звонки. Менеджер был отключен. Пол ночи мы сидели в холле. Затем нашли номер пустой, благо в двери был ключ. Мы зашли и уснули там . Но было не спокойно, вдруг это забронированный номер и кто то зайдёт посреди ночи. Утром рано нам ещё выезжать на тур поездку. Благо за 10 мин до выхода , менеджер открыл нам дверь. Но все равно, мы даже не умылись , грязные мятые , еле успели переодеться. Вечером вернувшись с тура , обнаружили нашу дверь открытой на распашку. После смены батареек в замке , они забыли закрыть дверь. Благо ничего не пропало, перед нашей дверью нет камер. И за три дня ни разу не убрались , хотя мы просили

• Анастасия (9/5): - Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Расположение очень удобное — всё рядом. Отдельно хочу отметить бесконтактное заселение: в Тбилиси часто приходится искать хозяина или ждать администратора, а здесь всё продумано, заехали быстро и без лишних хлопот. Рекомендую!

• polina (9/5): We had a great time! We'll stay in this hotel next time we're in Tbilisi - Great location and very light and spacious rooms! We were able to check in early, which is wonderful! Self-check-in is extremely convenient and simple. The lady who was cleaning the rooms was very nice and kind, it was a pleasure to talk to her. Free massage chair in the hallway was a very nice bonus. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow sometimes. The shower was a bit worn out but working well anyway, so it's not a big problem.

• Maryna (10/5): - Очень понравилось местоположение, в отеле массажное кресло, наличие кухни с посудой, Мы брали 2 номера, и возле второго был шумный электрощит. Противненько звенел все время.

• Daniel (3/5): Not a hotel - The location was very good. The check in was relatively easy. There's a kitchen. Let me start with the most important fact: This is NOT a hotel. This a glorified AirBNB, a 2-story townhouse converted to rental rooms. There is no front desk, there is no daily cleaning, fresh bedding and toilet paper is only provided if you request it a day before (And assuming the one cleaner is working that day). All communication with the provider is through whatsapp. If that is the sort of stay you are looking for, it's okay for what it is. But this is not a hotel.

• Lali (1/5): - The heating was out of order. There was nobody on the premises - just the phone contact. The person promised to fix the problem. After waiting 1 hour, I had to move out . The communication regarding the refund was extremely unpleasant, the contact person requesting bank account details ( which they shouldn't be doing in any case).

• Farnoud (7/5): I will never go back to a place where I am disrespected again. - It had a great location, beautiful interior design, good amenities, and everything was clean and working. The manager of that accommodation messaged me after I left and accused me of smoking there, saying that the room smelled of cigarettes, and that I'm an athlete and don't smoke, and he didn't even apologize for what he said.
