• Patrycja (9/5): - Miła,pomocna właścicielka! Pokój duży i przestronny. Położenie idealne, bardzo blisko do komunikacji miejskiej , pociągów. Blisko sklepy i cafeteria, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie. Polecam!

• Milan (7/5): - Good location near train station. Coffee capsules for making Ccoffee when we arrived. Missing lock to a shared bathroom. Shared facility were not clean. Missing knife in the kitchen to cut bread or vegetable. We would appreciate microwave in the kitchen.
• Mariusz (2/5): Przed wybraniem tego obiektu lepiej głęboko się zastanowić. Nie polecam - Trudno cokolwiek wybrać. Nie podobało mi się podejście personelu po zgłoszeniu kradzieży jedzenia z ogólno dostępnej lodówki. W odpowiedzi sugerowano, że to moja wina bo powinienem pilnować swojego jedzenia a najlepiej gdybym je trzymał w miniaturowej chłodziarce, która jest w pokoju. Chłodziarka jest tak mała, że mieści 2 butelki wody i 4 jogurty. Ponadto uważam, że złodziejem jest ktoś z osób sprzątających bo wraz z moim jedzeniem zniknęło z lodówki kilka główek czosnku a lodówka została wyczyszczona. Chyba nie przez złodzieja ? Kabiny prysznicowe są tak małe, że trudno w niej zmieścić się nawet szczupłej osobie. W kuchni brak było większego noża do chociażby pokrojenia wędliny czy pieczywa. Na moją uwagę personel odpowiedział, że takich noży nie ma dla mojego bezpieczeństwa. A to ciekawe! Ponadto w kuchni brak było ręczników kuchennych, lub papierowych. Mopy i środki czystości poukrywane w szafie na balkonie obok kuchni. Po przybyciu do pokoju na łóżku leżały ręczniki i nie obleczona pościel. Poszwy były w pojemniku, nikt nie raczył ich nawet z tamtąd wyjąć i położyć na łóżko. Za łóżkiem tumany kurzu (vide zdjęcie). Okolica też niezbyt ciekawa, pełno czarnoskórych młodych mężczyzn, w kilkuosobowych grupkach, poopieranych o samochody, pijących piwo i nie tylko oraz głośno się zachowujących. Strach wieczorem wyjść na ulicę na spacer. W jednej z toalet do końca naszego pobytu nie naprawiono zamka mimo zgłoszenia problemu.

• Montesinos Micó (7/5): Muy bien pero cosas a mejorar - La ubicación está muy bien. Justo al lado de la estación de tren y bus. La cama muy cómoda y muy buena atención La habitación era muy amplia pero hacia olor a humedad. El problema que hemos tenido es que no cambian las toallas ni tenemos la posibilidad de tener unas nuevas, tampoco hay donde colgarlas para secarlas entonces al ducharnos un día al día siguiente o a los dos días la toalla seguía húmeda. La ducha es un poco estrecha y se moja el suelo, podría haber una fregona para poder limpiar cuando te duchas ya que si justo otra persona se ha duchado antes está un poco encharcado.

• Anna (9/5): Większy potencjał niż ma. Kilka zmian, a odbiór gości mógłby być kilkukrotnie lepszy. Większa dostępność hosta - Lokalizacja, łatwe zameldowanie, duży pokój z mini kuchnia, z której nie korzystaliśmy dużo bo nie było tam akcesoriów kuchennych. Wszystko było w dużej kuchni Miejsce ma większy potencjał niż faktycznie daje. W naszej opinii brakowało tam podstawowych akcesoriów w kuchni, np nóż kuchenny, oliwa, pieprz, które utrudniały przygotowanie posiłków. Łazienka bardzo niekomfortowa, mała kabina, ciemno.

• Gabriela (7/5): - 5 minut spacerem do stacji kolejowej, blisko do sklepu i kawiarni. 25 min min spacerem do górnego miasta. Wszędzie blisko. W łazience jest bardzo mały prysznic, osobom z klaustrofobią nie polecam. Stosunkowo głośno jeśli ma się pokój od ulicy.
• Grzegorz (10/5): Perfect location for Italian F1 GP at Monza - Perfect location, 3min from Railway station and local transport. 25min walk to Porta San Giacomo /Citta Alta. Perfect contact with host (Kristina) and full hospitality, even midnight check-in. Clean and comfort rooms. If you have mandatory requirement for private bathroom it’s not place for you. There are common 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms could be little minus, however bathrooms was clean and hopefully not crowded 😎

• JOSE ANTONIO (3/5): - La ubicación excelente. Las almohadas eran malas. A/A no funcionaba, la dueña dijo que el sábado harían por arreglarlo (viernes festivo) pero finalmente no se solucionó. El baño estaba sucio (mojado y sin fregona para poder recogerlo nosotros).
• Irene (9/5): - Conseguimos alojamiento para el mismo día debido a un problema que tuvimos, fue todo muy fácil y nos ayudaron mucho con todas las instrucciones. La cama y la habitación realmente amplias. Como mejora, aunque es cierto que han sido unos días de mucho calor, el aire acondicionado apenas se notaba a pesar de ponerlo a la temperatura más baja.
• Tatiana (9/5): Отличное место в центре города! - Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, расположение в центре города, наличие кондиционера в комнате, рядом есть магазины. В номере и местах общего пользования был порядок и чистота. Окно комнаты выходило на оживленную дорогу, поэтому было шумно. К сожалению, отсутствовали гладильная доска и утюг. В душе было бы здорово организовать небольшую полочку для шампуня и геля для душа, а также швабру для уборки пола, особенно, если ожидается много гостей одновременно, потому что душевая кабина немного протекает.

• Uros (6/5): Not good value for money - Location and late check in opportunity On booking there was an iron included and in apartmant there was no iron. When i asked the staff they did not even answer on whatsapp message. Air condition is like there is no one, it is barely working.

• Marko (10/5): Great city break in Bergamo - Great spacious room, bed was great, bathrooms and kitchen glitzy clean, hot water constantly available, temperature of the entire space was just right. We loved it here and we'd recommend Viva Accommodation to everyone exploring Bergamo and the surroundings. We both were in Lombardy many times and we must say that Bergamo is by far its best city and we recommend anyone visiting Lombardy to choose Bergamo over Milano. And while here be sure to book Viva. :)

• Violetta (8/5): A good place to stay for this price for a night when you have a flight , etc. for - Nice accommodation, the room is big, the location is very close to the train station. There is an elevator ( which is great if you have big bags or disabled). The room is heated well. There is a sink in the room and cooking space . And a separate kitchen for all the rooms. Very nice host who made my check in easy at pretty late time when I arrived . Bed 🛏️ is comfy and clean. There is a cheap Indian restaurant just opposite the entrance which works till late. A big mirror. Many rooms, mostly like hostel. Bathrooms are separate. Loud music in the evening you can hear from the bar downstairs. But it stops at 10-11pm. You can hear noise from the street in the mornings too. But not critical Too many doors to open with different keys to enter. It’s very cold in the shower rooms. They keep the heating on but it’s still very cold. There was pretty much dust in the closet.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Exceptional - the room was spacious, offering plenty of space to move around and relax, kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, location is excellent, right next to the train station, and within walking distance to Città Alta, the historic center, and the station itself. Highly recommended for everything!
